I am concerned because they NEVER answer their phone! You can forget about calling to ask any questions because it will, just about always, go to the voice mail. If you have questions you will have to physically go up there, which is inconvenient when you live across town.

I currently live here and I love it! When I was researching the area, the amenities, safety and convenience it was everything I was looking for. Maintenance is awesome and always fast. I love the staff here too. They try their hardest to please their residents and I think they do a great job! I've renewed my lease three times now and I plan to stay here for awhile!

CityNorth is a great place to live. The management staff are very friendly and make the effort to cater to resident's needs. The level of security makes one feel comfortable. Depending on which unit you chose to live in, the access to elevators will be very inconvenient. The design of where the elevators are placed can become extremely annoying when you come across activities like groceries or moving.

I just signed my 3rd lease with City North and couldn't be happier. It's so peaceful and quiet and always feels very safe. It's convenient for shopping and restaurants and easy access to the highway to get around and out of town. The staff is friendly and accommodating and maintenance has helped me out in a pinch several times. My favorite thing about it is the pool - comfortable seating areas, grills, plenty of lounge chairs around and even in the pool! My happy place!

City North is an amazing place to call home. Whether it's for a short rental, or for a longer term housing option, it is a great place to be. I have been here for a few weeks now, and I must say that it has been an absolute pleasure being here. I find myself at many times just hanging out at the lounge or the office and talking to the staff and other tenants at this building. From the clean up crew, to the maintenance team, to the leasing agents, and the management, I can say that I honestly look forward to seeing every face in this building. Only downside for me, is that I'm going to have a hard time leaving this place if it ever comes to that. Tiera Watkins, who helped me with my move so much to make it all as smooth of a transition as possible, has been an amazing person to be working with. Tiera went above and beyond to make sure that i was satisfied with my unit and even saved me a little money at moved in. Tiera's service was also absolutely awesome. She made sure to be available all the time for me to guarantee an amazing transition into my unit. The staff in this building is also very respectful and attentive. The parking situation for tenants is great. It is fully gated. its not too bad for visitors either The pool, club house, gym and lounge area are all very nice, and never crowded. Bottom line for my long review: City North is an amazing place for me to call home. The staff and other tenants here give me a very family vibe. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I've lived here for a year and a half now. When I first came to view the apartment and property it was beautiful. I fell in love and insisted that me and my boyfriend move here. Anywho, maintainence has never been an issue. They always answer my request in a timely manner. The staff in the leasing office is very pleasant. Recently though , the grounds aren't as beautiful as they have been in the past. There's random trash laying around outside and in the parking deck. The hallway floors are dirty and should be cleaned. The elevator is a dark and gloomy box. They should really consider some better lighting in there lol. My biggest pet peeve is that 99 cars are able to follow behind me through BOTH of the gates. I hate that!! They have recently moved the arms that are placed in front of the gates and that has only made it a bigger issue. City north may as well have no gates ??

This property is perfect in the sense of location; it is close to Emory which was my main concern being new to the city. The MARTA bus stop is practically in front to the building which again a major plus. When I came to visit on the only Saturday I was in town prior to moving here there was no one in the office. I waited in my car 45 minutes before leaving to see another apartment and grabbing a bite to eat. When I returned the sign saying we will return was still there and that time had passed. I left again and came back 30 minutes before closing and was told they were closed for the day. I hadn't found a place so I came back on Sunday... I had a great visit, the property was a bit dated but it really fit my needs. UNTIL MOVE IN DAY!! The suite they promised was not available on move in day. I was given a larger = more expensive one. I didn't have a clicker to get around so moving in was a complete headache as it is needed to get around. I also shared this on google+ because i feel people should know about the weed smell, dog piss in hallways, breakins and loud stripper pool parties. courtesy officer is a joke!

City North is nothing more than a glorified dorm setting. The parking garage is full of not only trash bags full of tenants' trash but cups and junk people throw out. The second floor is a permanent storage for someone's plastic containers. People are loud and screaming in building two and the DeKalb cops are often called to the complex. The office personnel lacks professionalism and the manager, who is probably the person posting grand reviews about the place under false names, needs training classes in professionalism. The hallways smell like marijuana, the gym never has the air on after the business office closes. The pool was closed during my son's spring break, the gates are often broken. The staff is nice until you sign your lease, then prepare not to have any issues resolved.

I only lived at City North apartments for six months but it's a very quiet and pleasant place to live. The manager and staff were very nice and helpful. When I had an maintenance issue the service request would be taken almost immediately and the work would be done in a timely fashion. This was the first apartment that I was actually comfortable living in until my place was broken into. To make it worst it was on my day off from work. Upon moving into my apartment I was not aware of any home burglaries in the complex. But apparently I found out after my place was broken into that there had been several others. I believe I was being watched from the time I left my apartment until the time I came back which was approximately 15 minutes. I strongly recommend anyone that is considering living here to not only get a security system installed but place a hidden camera in your apartment as well. Please do not rely on the few cameras they have set up around the property. And dont think because the community has two remote access residence gates that some one up to no good cant get inside. Also if you can I recommend allowing maintenance to only do work in your apartment when your home so you can become familiar with their faces. My last recommendation is to get to know at least four neighbors on your hall. Remember crime is everywhere no matter how nice the apartment looks. If you don't mind securing your apartment like Fort Knox. Other than my misfortune I enjoyed living at City North for the very short time I was there. I honestly believe if I didnt fear for my safety and all my valuables had not been stolen. I probably would still be living at City North.

I just moved in City North three weeks ago and so far so good. I picked this location because of the exterior modern beauty seen from the street view. After stopping by to check the rates I noticed the staff was exceptional knowledgeable and friendly. The opted to go with the one bedroom and I couldn't find a better looking apartment in Atlanta. This place is differently worth checking out!!

Excellent Upscale Apartments Homes!! Beautiful building, and lovely Landscape. Wonderful walking area, absolutely perfect location from the down town Atlanta. CityNorth apartments are upscale and elegant living. It's very clean and tidy, well kept. I love living there and telling my friends about CityNorth apartments. The property business manager (Alice) is very professional and caring for CityNorth renter tenants. Also, she goes out and beyond to make sure the issues or complaints are solved. The assistant manager (Tony) he's great and always follow back with you if you have any problems or concerns. The two office consultants staffs, Jan & DeAndre are very friendly, helpful and always on time when you need anything. CityNorth always keep the residents inform about all upcoming events and actions by email, that's an amazing communication line.

I have been a resident at City North Apartments for 2 1/2 years and I think the property is very pleasant. I have no issues. The property does their best to keep it as pleasant as possible ,but it takes the residence to help maintain the cleanliness. The staff is Great with any concerns I have and the response times is always reasonable. I would definitely recommend City North. I enjoy the activities the property incorporate amongst the residence . It's take the residence to work hand in hand with the property. Overall I love it.

I stopped by on this past Friday to see what City North had to offer. I toured the property with Tony and he was very pleasant and very professional to me. He had many things going on but he made feel as if my needs were the only thing he needed to concentrate on at the time. I was unsure of where I wanted to live before talking with him but after seeing the 1 bedroom model, the pool, and the whole property, I decided to rent with them right away. I am looking forward to my new home at City North!

I have lived at City North Apartments since June of last year and I absolutely love my apartment! I have a gorgeous view of one of the meditation gardens and I often just sit out on my balcony and take in the environment. It's also a great way to meet some of your neighbors. I recently had a friend from my hometown come to visit and he flipped head over hills for the community. When he moves to Atlanta, He is definitely going to stay at City North. The staff is great! The property manager is such a sweetheart. She has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed even though I am far from home. She has even given me some great advice about how to help my cat adjust to the new environment. I foresee that I will be a long time resident of City North.

I've been living at City NORTH for 3 months and I am one happy camper! I don't know about everyone else but I've never had a problem with the maintenance team they're very attentive and accommodating my requests. The front office is awesome and super friendly and helpful. People need to realize that everyone here does the best they can and are focused on making everyone's living experience as pleasant as possible. I think they're doing a great job.

Okay I lived here for a year now I'm NOT renewing the staff is very rude and does not care about the tenants opinion! I have had several unanswered maintenance calls this is unacceptable! Very outdated washer and dryers. The call box always has issues.. its difficult to even speak with them because they randomly close the office, very unprofessional! And WATCH YOUR CHILDREN people are always driving fast!!! And I've had 2boxes stolen from my door step!! Last but not least me and my children come home to see these disturbing skinny dipping girls I made my children cover their eyes. My lease is coming to an end and I've been thinking about going next door to Marquis 2200 it looks far more well kept. I rate City North a 0

Terrible, The property manager ----- is very unprofessional, rude and obnoxious. The maintenance team is horrible I've been living here 6 months and never had my apartment serviced. The bathroom fan never worked, also they seem to have a light problem all the lights are going out! The residents have a serious problem picking up after they're pets there's poop EVERYWHERE I wouldn't recommend moving in.

I love, love my apartment. I recently got a new job and was considering moving to be closer (not that I am that far) and my lease was coming to an end in 60 days. I looked in the Duluth area and could not find anything and I mean ANYTHING that could compare. I feel very safe here, love the gym, the grounds are kept for very nice, great location and great access to 285 and 85 and close to Northlake Mall, grocery stores and many other conveniences. The staff is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend City North!!

I have lived here for almost a year now, and I will be renewing my lease for another. I love this place and how clean and pretty it is. My only complaint would be about pet owners not being responsible for their pet by picking up after them. Even though there are several pet stations around; a lot of owners don't utilize them. I see the maintenance staff having to pick up after the pets, and I have to give them props for that. And the staff is very friendly and prompt with any request that I may have...I don't have too many. I love it here and don't even want to look at anywhere else.

I like the location of this apartment! I also like the interior, especially the high ceiing and the renovated granite counter kitchen!! There are washer and dryer already installed in the apartments. I really love the "leave the trash outside, and they come and pick up the trash every single day!!" Very convenient. I also love the staff and you can pay rent online, send work orders online, and this apartment has elevators!! They also have parkintg decks so no getting wet in the rain or snow. Very clean and safe apartment (gated community) to live in! I absolutely want to recommend City North apartment!

I have lived at CityNorth Apartments since early 2014. It was one of several places I looked at in the east Atlanta area (my partner works in Decatur), and it was definitely the best price for a luxurious, safe apartment community. The office staff are pretty great-- particularly Janet Cho and Gina (though I don't think she works here anymore). I've had a couple issues with maintenance requests and sometimes there's been small difficulties with the gate, but whenever I've called the office, they've been sure to fix things very quickly. There's not much more you can ask for than that. Overall, I liked this place so much that I've stayed another year. The gym and pool are really nice and clean, and the apartments are gorgeous. Best bang for your buck!
