Not only was the recent maintenance ticket left unresolved for two weeks but both me and my partner called the office several times and were told it would be resolved that day with no results. Frankly I have little to no faith in the team’s ability to resolve any issue in a reasonable amount of time.

I enjoy that our community is quiet! Our community has a nice pool! I like that we have elevators and stairs! My apartment is very spacious and nice! The community is pretty clean overall. Not too many loud noises. You may here a few kids from time to time. Overall good place to stay.

I love my unit and am happy about the response time for maintenance. It is a clean, quiet community that I am proud to call home. I do wish that the gates worked more efficiently to enter and exit the premises.

Quiet and beautiful community. Close to 285 highway for ease of travel and area around has a good amount of food/ shopping retailers. Front office staff is friendly and does a good job on following up with any request. Electric gates do break a little more than desired but overall a great place to stay.

Apartment are not move in ready at all. Only thing that gets done is carpet being cleaned and that’s it. My walls have a lot scuff marks and dents, bathrooms cabinets are destroyed and ceiling fans were taken out to put in another unit which is completely wrong and unacceptable

The service is just awful. I have complained so many times. Zero satisfaction guaranteed from this community. I would not recommend anyone to live at this community. I cannot wait to move out and find a more suitable and comfortable and friendly community to be apart of.

Living here has been overall fine. I dont do much so spend a lot of time at home and I'm pretty content. I have plenty of space and have even started using the gyms. I would say my biggest issue is with bugs and sometimes pet feces I see in the hallways. Sometimes things get dropped in the parking deck as well and left like glass and food that molds. And noise, which I know cant be helped much.

First impression of the community is nice. Convenient area, nice layout and renovations as well. Luxury cars can be seen throughout the parking lot, but a good majority of the tenants are nasty! Trash is left in the hallways, parking decks etc. I cringe imagining what some of their homes look like inside. Don't get me started on the pet droppings....they're everywhere! They just might have more pet residents than humans.

My experience at this community is alright it could be better. We started of on the wrong foot my move in experience wasn’t the best but so far I love my unit . The building is clean for the most part however we need pet restrictions especially in the elevators because it gets ridiculously disgusting at times other than that no complaints

I wouldn’t rent here. Smells like weed all the time (maybe good for some people) but not kid friendly environment at all. Zero sense of security and peacefulness. A few cars have been broken into while I was there.

The most disgusting and unsafe community and very disappointing of the turnover of staff and upkeep of the property. Ive lived here for 3 yrs and there has been a record of break ins, a murder abandoned pets, 5 property mangers, several staff turnover. Non clean hallways and stair ways. Trash lasting for days in the parking garage and hallways. Inconsistent valet trash and bugs all throughout the property and in the apartments. Non elevator working for over a month. Inconsistent communication from office staff. Gun shots in the middle of the night. Unable to contact office staff during the week.

The office admin are the bomb; actually helpful and follow through!!! Maintenance handle it fast. Gym is always well kept with decent equipment. Thanks for bringing the dog bags back!! New manager is thoughtful and communicative. I really do enjoy being here.

Don’t live here! Too expensive and they constantly break into cars. The parking deck does not allow you to use your phone. Cell reception is poor in my unit. Office staff is nice though! People let their dogs poop everywhere…including outside of my door. We have to pay for the outside electrical and water! There’s a charge for sending out rent notices. If you want to live here, be prepared to pay!

The apartment complex including breezeways and elevators are constantly littered with trash and various substances. Apartment unit was not cleaned before moving in. Definitely would not recommend renting.

Avana City North has been a very pleasant place to live so far. My neighbors are friendly, the office staff has been very courteous and helpful with any questions I have. Grocery stores and restaurants are all very close by, and being close to 285 makes it easy to get anywhere in the city.

My experience started off good until my dog was stolen and noticed after asking there are no security cameras on the premises. Also there were multiple gun shots within days of each other within a week. No letter or safety issue or concerns were sent out from the community. Valet trash has never picked my trash up. It’s been out there for over a week now.

They never follow up on issues regarding the concerns that are brought to them. You have to call them repeatedly and even visit them, which disrupts your already busy day. You hope they will have an answer but they do not. They often let the off site person answer to not deal with problems.

Please do not move to this property. It is badly maintained and unclean. There is trash lying in the hallways all the time, and there is a lot of litter anywhere you look in the property. I have complained to the property many many times about this, but the property is still unacceptably dirty.

Not a good one. Beware of signing up because the apartments are nice. There are a lot of maintenance issues. Grounds are unsafe. Staff are unreliable. Been loving here for 3 years. Will be leaving in Sept. Well wishes to those that are like me and think every review is done with bad intentions. I did the same and regret it.

New move in and apartment was not up to the standards for a new occupant as mentioned from staff. The apartment was not ready for leasing and should’ve did more inspection on the unit. The HVAC system isn’t working and placed a temporary AC unit in the living room area which doesn’t cool the entire apartment which may sky rocket my electric bill and wasn’t advised that this was taking place.

Upon arrival I was given a different apartment than the one of my walk thru!! I decided to take it anyway because I had just sold my home and needed to move asap!! The unit I am in is not worth what I am paying for it I will be moving as soon as my lease is up if not sooner!!

Avana City North is a beautiful establishment that caters to my needs and is highly reliable. There has not been a situation where I've needed assistance and did not receive it. I recommend Avana to many people I know for its great view and well-organized maintenance.

This has been the easiest move in process and the community is beautiful! The maintenance team works really fast. And I just love my apartment. I have no complaints and I would definitely recommend Avana City North!

The apartments are nice. Large space and convenient. The management and maintenance lack follow through and will make you feel like your complaints arent valid when you keep calling. Standard request were marked complete and I never saw or heard from a maintenance person

I have had the worst experience here at Avana City north since I moved here in March. I recently had a package delivered to my apartment and it was stolen. I contacted the leasing office multiple times but they never answer the phone and they never call back when you leave a message.
