Leasing agent Wille was fantastic. She made my move-in very easy by helping me to select the right apartment, and also being very patient with me throughout the whole process. She is very knowledgeable about the apartment complex and it is very obvious she enjoys what she does. Thank you Willie.

I really enjoy live in this community. The amenities are great and the office staff is very friendly and courteous. It's a great pleasure living in a community that values ones safety and cares about making sure the tenants are pleased with the community. I love the monthly events and how the office personnel learns your name. You're not just a tenant. You somebody important. Thank you for welcoming me to the community. I've been here for 8 months, and it's been a joy.

I have been a resident of this community for the past 3 YRS, I love my quiet Court Yard apartment. Providing I have maintenance concerns they are usually addressed in a timely manner. Community is diverse, always has some kinda fun activity going on. The gym is perfect. Love Love Ms Willy in the office, always patient with me and addresses my concerns timely with the biggest smile ever. I would highly recommend this community.

All has been well the hallways can be cleaner but overall it’s been good . The staff have been very helpful. My move in was a little rocky my movers got stuck in the elevators and it wasn’t a sense of urgency to the staff to help me get them out other than that I have no complaints

The experience is great. I have no complaints. The leading staff is helpful and great at communication. The property is nicely kept and the location is great. Stores and other things to do are close and there is always something to do.

Avana City North community is simply exceptional! From its well-maintained grounds to its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, this community stands out as a true gem. The amenities are top-notch, the location is convenient, and the sense of community among residents is truly heartwarming. Living in Avan City North is a delight, and I couldn't be happier to be a part of such a fantastic community!

I’ve been a residence for a little over four years now and I don’t really have any complications. Everyone here at Avana is kind and very friendly. The area is convenient for me and I’m thankful for a safe community.

Front office staff has been great. Again, my biggest disappointment is the cleanliness of the property and the safety. Dumped furniture and abandoned cars throughout the parking garage. The front gate seems to be broken and left open 24 hours. Multiple doors leading into the building are broken. You can use a pin to get in those doors. That can be given out to anyone. The fob would be a higher level of security for thos doors. The pool this past Sunday 6/9/24 was over capacity with people. Cars were parked all along the driveway by the pool and perimeter of the building, making it difficult to get to the parking garage. Security was seen on property but failed to enforce any violations that I'm aware of, apparent by the continued activities that whole day.

I love my apartment but I need a lot of things done to get my apartment up to par. My cabinets in the whole apartment are messed up needs repairing. Air filters need to be changed out and my master bathtub chalking is very messy needs to be done over for the 3rd time

I just moved in and the whole team is wonderful! The move in process was smooth, the apartment was clean, and everyone has been so knowledgeable! I can't wait to continue to enjoy my experience here!!

Beautiful Community
The entire staff is so nice and welcoming every time I step foot in the office and the community feels so safe and welcoming. I just moved from out of state and the ladies in the office made it easy to transition and the maintenance has made sure i have everything i need.

I feel like things are not communicater effectively and staff lack empathy and concern. Maintenance communication lacks. And the work was not really completed. I had to do an additional follow up. And its been almost 2 weeks now

I've been living here for a month, and so far, it's been okay. The community seems to be well-maintained with 24-hour security, but the gate is broken. I think the maintenance staff could be more attentive to pet droppings. It is a law to clean up after your pet, but some residents fail to do so. We have experienced two power outages that caused damage to our appliances, and I have reported the issue to leasing. However, no one has come to my unit yet, even though I was told that work orders would be completed within 72 hours. Based on my experience here so far, I feel that the staff is not very attentive to residents' needs. I do hope this changes soon, as I have heard that Greystar communities are known for being nice both inside and out.

Avana is a very quiet apartment complex so far. You’ll hardly see or hear anyone. The complex is affordable and very easy to move into but my apartment was rushed overall. It’s nice but there are things that could have been cleaned and fixed prior moving into it.

I really love that the maintenance team is courteous, professional and follows up to ensure my satisfaction with the work they’ve done! Kudos to the maintenance supervisor and all the technicians ? Also, excited to see the programs that will be implemented by our new community engagement manager .

The apartments could be much cleaner; however, I do see that there is a revolving door of maintenance workers, which indicates another issue. The main issue is the uncleanliness of the grounds and the hallways. Pest control also needs to do a better job of spraying to ensure roaches and gnats are not infiltrating. There needs to be consequences for pet feces and trash being left outside and in the hallways. This is definitely not luxury living and the price of the apartments needs to be lower.

Maintnance has been an issue. I understand they have to use outside contractors but I have been unable to use my guest rooms since the day I moved in. I would also appreciate being able to talk to someone in the leasing office on property when I call during open office hours.

Very happy with my decision to move here. The office staff is welcoming and friendly. Kasharre made the process from inquiry to signing easy! Her bubbly personality, made me feel comfortable, and she was very knowledgeable and honest about the community. My Aquarian sister Willie, has been very helpful and responsive with every interaction. Maintenance has been responsive, and I love that. And the gate works! Lol.

Gates always broken. I have complained countless times about the cleanliness and it’s still nasty. The hallways and stairs are terrible. There are several issues that I have addressed over the years. While security cameras and the presence of law enforcement is visible. The doors are not secure. The doors have been inoperable for years.

So far I would say my experience here is slightly below average. Rent rates is pretty fair and I have a nice unit, but the upkeep of the building is not at my liking. I have walked the halls and saw trash all over the floor and smells that were unfavorable. Trash in the parking deck by my car. I like that we have security on property and they make their rounds but I don’t like that the gate keeps breaking down and that the doors to the buildings are broke and unlock. It does not make me feel completely secure and safe. Maintenance here is horrible and slow. The leasing office never answer the phone.

This place is a joke. Maintenance requests take weeks/months at a time to be addressed, if they are ever addressed. Building is gross, security gates never work. Lots of unnecessary fees. Makes no sense considering the horrendous state this place is in. There were entirely too many issues upon move-in. A poorly ran, mismanaged, dump. Again, where on earth does the money from these rent payments go? I'm sure you guys aren't compensating the one maintenance person well enough and the building is constantly disgusting. Atrocious property

Pros: Very convenient location with easy access to 285 and large sized 1 bedroom floor plans Cons: Literally everything else I am honestly very disappointed in myself for picking this apartment. I thought the hundreds of bad reviews for this property were just exaggerating. They in fact were not. 1. There is a serious pest infestation (cockroaches and other critters) that is being ignored. I hadn't even introduced food to my supposedly clean unit before I noticed them crawling in. 2. The gates really are always broken so who knows who is coming in and out of the community. 3. Dog poo/pee and trash are littered everywhere all the time 4. I have already had 2 packages of mine stolen 5. The leasing office NEVER picks up the phone or calls you back when you leave a message. That is the thing that gives me the biggest headache about this place above all my other complaints. They're never even really that busy so I have no idea why they do not take phone calls. It made both my application process and moving in process very frustrating. If you have low standards, this place might not be so bad. However, those who like to live in a clean, safe space with leasing professionals that actually know how to communicate might want to look elsewhere.
