Cody was very helpful. I had an end of day appointment but I didn't feel rushed. I was able to tour the complex with ease and be informed of what it would be like living there. Unfortunately the unit I wanted to see wasn't available but I was able to see images and a similar unit. This was very helpful and so was my application process.

Toilet keeps backing up Extremely high sewage charge and no answers why from the management office. Hallways not regularly clean, but the main floor is keep clean and the baseboards Trash rooms at times can be disgusting

The community is very quiet and nice place to stay. I haven't had any safety issues. I like how responsive the maintenance staff is if there is ever a problem. They also do a good job with keeping the amenity areas clean and functional. From what I can tell, the age range for most of the residence is late 20s - mid 40s. I personally like the proximity to restaurants, shops, the freeway, and Marta.

The staff were very kind and professional when we visited for a tour around the community. They even greeted us by the door as soon as we came in! The area is very quiet overall, and the surroundings were very clean and well kept. I like that the complex is very close to the MARTA and other stores, making this place convenient to live in.

The building has a majority of workers who live at MAA Stratford. The organization is nationwide and can affect an individual’s lifestyle within the community. The building is located in Buckhead near several eateries, malls and close to the Marta to get you to one of my favorite spots, the belt line. The city lifestyle in Atlanta is upcoming and concrete. Learn the area and be aware of your surroundings, the community watch has demanding involvement.

I love this community. The office staff and my neighbors are friendly. The amenities are great. The only thing that possibly could be fixed is the fire alarms always going off but other than that I love living here.

Everything has been relatively good! There aren't a lot of problems. The maintenance staff doesn't really fix things, they just put bandaids on issues. Also, the elevators are never working which is not okay if you have elderly pets like me. There's no point of having an elevator if it never works. The only other major issue is the package/mail system. It's absolute chaos. Packages get stolen all the time. Things say they've been delivered but are no where to be found. The package room is always overcrowded with packages that need to get picked up and packages that have been opened and gone through.

The apartment is great, I love the concept of the open floor plan. The appliances & condition of the unit interior is like new. The cleanliness of the corridors & overall property is excellent. The maintenence staff is absolutely the best I've ever encountered in 40 year's of working away from home & living in an apartment. But as the dynamics of Buckhead is changing, I personally will not continue to live in any community that does not have on site security. Homelessness & crime is a growing problem in every major city in the country & unfortunately that raises concerns for urban dwellers. Also a few residents that have no regard for the rules of common decency can make apartment living a royal pain in the rear for those of us that understand we all live in the same building, so everything we do effects everyone else. Laying down on horns at 1:00 am, speeding thru the parking deck, leaving trash around dumpsters & on the floor of the trash room's is unacceptable, as well as residents letting pets deficate on sidewalk's & on the parking deck. I personally would have no problem paying more rent to cover the cost of full-time "night" security which I believe would remedy most of these problems. This being said, my overall experience has been very good, as value add properties go, MAA has done an excellent job in bringing this one up to date & the management staff here is outstanding, without a doubt the best I've ever encountered. My maintenence request were addressed immediately & resolved within hour's. I've never called the office & not got a response to anything I've had a problem with. Overall I wouldn't have any problem recommending this property to a friend.

Cody the leasing agent is awesome! The location is so close to everything shopping, restaurants, transportation and outside grounds are beautiful. However the insides for the money are not that nice. To much carpet and older look.

Cody was amazing with showing me around the property and being friendly and kind. Currently as of 12/23/2022 I am in love with everything this property has to offer. It sits in a perfect place and I am sure I will continue to love living here. My only issue is the lack of caulking around the baseboards and countertops. I have also discussed with my neighbors about their issues with the community and the only issues that they have are security issues. This property should install security cameras to deter crime.

Community is ok in general. Move in was horrible. Carpets are not clean. Smells like living with a pet even though we dont have pets. Lots and lots of pet hair and not even vacuumed. Nott cleaned now.

Worst experience ever!!! Moved out after two years of slashed tires, filthy hallways and broken promises by MAA staff. Think twice about moving to this property. Upon move out, I was double charged and while trying to get clarification on charges ... for weeks, MAA sent me to collections! Find anywhere else to live but here!

Please keep the community and apartments tidier. There was dog feces all over he property, and significant pet stains in the apartment. Also, consider having more than one associate in the office to assist the community. I was not able to view the community with an associate because more than one person needed assistance during my scheduled visit. It took us several minutes to locate the apartment ourselves, and the elevator was inoperable.

Location used to be super safe and great it has decreased in the past 3 years terribly. MAA management is not great. Not the immediate staff, but MAA as a whole. Quality has decreased. The pet friendly policy is terrible when it comes to dog owners. The grounds are dirty with dog waste.
