There is a reason most long term residents left after the property changed management companies. Can't beat the location, but that is literally the only positive. Parking garage gate is broken half the time so it's just left open, constant leaks/floods from other units that go unaddressed until visible mold starts growing or leaking into other units (5 in the past year), and any serious maintenance issues take months and countless emails to resolve. Who knows if the vents have ever been cleaned and be sure to ask to take a look in the HVAC closet if you are touring the unit you will actually be staying in. Just take a look at other recent reviews on other sites and you should get the picture.

The community is very nice and peaceful, common areas are always clean except for the parking garage at the terrace level. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I have had a couple of minor problems and they have always provide a quick and satisfying solution.

No good at all. No safe feeling. Anybody can move in and rent their apt out on Airbnb. SMH pool parties by outside residents they also need policing on the property. Vehicles get vandalized. Plz do better

Please Look else where! Do not move here! Maintenance is sorry and so is the staff! Apts are have upgraded and poorly done! Look else where! Please! Not worth the money they are charging! Just because it's in Buckhead doesn't mean it's nice!

I have throughly enjoyed my time, here at MAA Stratford. The location and available amenities are second to none. I am continually surprised at how quiet my surroundings are here. Everyone that I've run into has been friendly and courteous.

The front office staff is so nice and helpful. The move in process was very easy and the office constantly kept in touch through emails to make sure I was prepared. Maintenance came the next day to fix a light, but my blinds are still waiting to be fixed.

I'm a fairly low maintenance person. Most of my interactions are with the Office staff and they have 100% of the time been polite, friendly and professional. All are awesome and easy to deal with. I really enjoy the convenience of being centrally located.

Amazing staff and property due to recent changes that have been made. Maintenance issues are taken care of much more promptly and there is a lot more attention to detail. The location is convienent to everything. The apartment layout and size is far beyond what is in the area for the price.

I'm not satisfied with the level of service and management at this property. They pretend to care to get you to lease, then drop the ball once you move in. The attitudes just because you want something corrected. I can understand once but this seems to be consistent. Talked to other residents who have experienced the same thing too. Definitely would not recommend any friends to this property.

Team was amazing, quick, and professional! The apartments are beautiful, and well maintained! I really enjoyed leasing with Jen, Joy, and Markita. The apartment was in top condition, and the prices are so reasonable!

Absolutely a money grab scheme. Overpriced apartments, schemingly setup wired lease terms to make sure there are no new apartments available so they can charge as much as they want(upto 20%) in terms of raising the rent. Absolutely no transparency when it comes to utilities. No freedom to choose your internet provider. Filthy under maintained trash rooms. I could go on and on.

I visit dozens of properties with my work. This property has always had respectful tenants, been peaceful, secure and clean. Living on the property now, that continues to be true. It's a surprising gem tucked in the middle of the hustle of Buckhead.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. First off, the alarms are always on the fritz. Doesn't matter what time of day it is. It could be 3AM in the morning and guess what, fire alarm for an hour. On top of the fact that the fire alarms suck ---, these people scheduled fire alarm testing during the middle of the work day (if you are reading this in the future, this was whilst everyone was working from home). Could you imagine being on a call and having a fire alarm baring into the ear of your senior VP??? Just gives you a taste of how much the staff doesn't care about the residents. What else? Oh yeah, they scheduled a complete pool renovation. Can you guess when? You got it: in the middle of summer. We've got hammering, we've got a mysterious loud engine running from 8AM to 5PM, We've got saw blades, we've got yelling. And we've got no pool for summer. On top of everything else during this very stressful time, the office (maybe the owners, who cares?) decided that they were also going to renovate the fitness center. I definitely don't mind running around the block to get my cardio, but it's just another example of how the owners, the office staff, really don't give a ---- about the well-being of the residents. Sure, they schedule these doughnut get-togethers, like that's going to make all the noise and lack of getting reps in all go away. Gotta get my reps. I think I was lucky to have been here before all the nonsense fired up, but now it seems like a complete mistake that I paid for another year. Maybe it'll be better in 6 months (Jan '21), but for what we are paying here (and what we will be paying after they complete the b.s. pool and fitness center), you could get a much nicer place on the beltline or in midtown. Plenty of other places in Buckhead. Keep looking, guys and gals. And good luck. - a miffed resident of Post Stratford, ATL P.S. What are you seeing in the picture? The the thick-lined box is where the pool is. That's where all the grinding and hammering and yellin' is going on. The other three boxes are the trucks that are perpetually running (maybe they are running on a generator?), starting at 8AM. Buzz saws... Not only would I not recommend to a friend, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. And I'm stuck here for another year because I was too lazy to see the writing on the wall and move.

When touring the Post Stratford we had one question: "What construction/renovation projects do you have scheduled?" We know apartment complexes are notorious for missing dates on construction projects and we don't want to spend the summer without a pool or any time without a gym. The answer was "we're currently building a dog run, and that's it!" Sweet! Fast forward 5 months and there is no dog run, but residents do get an email saying that "starting tomorrow, the gym will be closed for over a month for renovations". One day's notice for a major renovation project? Fast forward a month and we get another email: "starting tomorrow the pool will be closed for 6 weeks for renovations and the gym will take another month to complete". Yes, they scheduled 6 weeks of pool renovations for July into August. Fast forward another month to present day and none of the gym, pool, or dog run are open. On a positive note the landscaping is truly exceptional.

I recently moved in and Markida was amazing and made the process so easy. We had a few maintenance requests when we first moved in and they were handled immediately and the maintenance team was very professional.

There have been positives and negatives but I have seen some improvement recently. I would like to see security and landscaping improve. The maintenance team is fantastic and the office staff is friendly and helpful.

Location is perfect, our loft is wonderful, just not going to be able to afford it when it goes up this summer. Would love more modern amenities, but that's awhile before they start. Management is wonderful, especially Markida Clawson :)

It's been good. AC system has broken multiple times causing my electrical bill to be more expensive than it normally is. Overall a good community though. Love the gym and pool. Location of my apartment for the price I'm paying is great.

Out of all the luxury properties. This community offers the most value for your money, in both amenities & square footage. The property is Clean & quiet. So quiet you forget you live with people above and below you. Perfect proximity to MARTA & all shopping is in walking distance.

The staff is usually very helpful. I haven't had any issues with neighbors. The location is AMAZING. Steps away from work, two malls, and MARTA. There's also free parking and frequent community events.

It was great to live here in 2018 and great again to live here in 2020.I would recommend this community to anyone that is looking for a great location, BEST OFFICE STAFF, pet friendly and a big apt for a great price.

Overall satisfied. Quiet complex despite being in Buckhead. Staff has been great. Apartment has been perfect for my needs. and I would recommend to others. FYI it's silly to require at least 200 characters in my comments so I am just going to complain about it.
