Great place to live. The property is very safe and cozy. Did not have any maintenance issues the entire year I lived here except for some faulty outlets. Would recommend this property to anyone and I was very upset when I had to turn in my keys. Somethings I found annoying: -the Peachtree Road traffic (right across from Lenox) -Stratford Road (there's always uber drivers parked on the side of the road and people walking all over the place)

It's absolutely beautiful. There's enough people around where you feel the sense of community, but people don't overstep boundaries. The landscaping is mazing, mainetenance does an amazing job, and my apartment was exactly as shown in th epictures. This is one of those rare gems that aren't falsely advertised. I love it here!

I love living at Post Stratford! It is quiet, the location is great, my neighbors are awesome. It is also super dog friendly! The staff is always helpful and responsive and maintenance rocks! And you cannot beat the square footage for the price!

The apartment is in a really great location. MARTA is right next to the complex. There's a ramp and bridge that leads straight to it. The staff is very friendly and the gym had a variety of machines and free weights.

I just moved in two days ago, but so far I am pleased with my time here. MY favorite part is that you get the quiet community feel while still being located in the heart of Buckhead. Stratford Road is great for that.

I just moved in, but it's been great so far! I love living here. This is a wonderful location to live ? everything is nearby and within walking distance (e.g. food, fitness, shopping, movies, relaxation, etc.).

Horrible. Do not live here unless you like holes in your floor. Water leaks in your ceiling and back door. Leasing managers are rude and unresponsive. The gym equipment is old and usually broken. Also people do not respect the no smoking rules and don't know how to throw their own trash away.

Exceptional service! The team at Post Stratford compliments a well-kept building and an exclusive location. I experienced a brief misunderstanding earlier this Spring at Post Riverside. Yet, I know that the Post Brand and MAA as a whole provided exceptional service, quality apartment homes, and a fair market price. I'm happy that I was able to visit Post Stratford where the staff was able to assist with a competitive market rental rate to boot!

I originally loved the management office staff at the community! However, when I first moved in, the building and units needed some upgrading. MAA took over Post, and made those upgrades! The upgraded units look amazing! And the building got painted and they put in new community area/pool furniture. However, now the management staff is extremely inefficient. And maintenance is slower/inefficient. There have been just a few crime issues- mail was being stolen to the point that the post office stopped our mail for 3 months. There have been a few instances of car break ins but not many. Overall, I've liked living here. It's a quiet place in the middle of buckhead!

I am contacting you in regards to my alarming concerns with the overall management with MAA at Post Stratford. I received an email in addition to, a letter on my door Tuesday, March 19thstating the leasing office has elected to not renew my lease that ends June 30, 2019. Neither notification stated the reasons for non-renewal. I proceeded to ask the Property Manager, Melanie Burrell, in person about document and she stated she did not know. She stated she received an anonymous "list of names" and my name had been included on the list. Melanie then reassured me as a tenant I did not have any complaints, nor discrepancies with other tenants during my residency at Post Stratford. As professional who is very familiar to the nature of leadership roles, I find it hard to believe that she is oblivious towards an issue that she adamantly made sure I was aware of. My concern stems from a jaded history with Post Stratford, when you consider the malfunctioned apartment I blindly signed into August 2018. I could not move-in until September due to the unfinished repairs, which led me to contacting MAA's Corporate Executives. Following the incident, the Regional Director, Dana Villain went into damage control and allowed Chris Green (MW Restoration) to write me a $2400 check and coerced me to a send the Executives a follow up email, stating the situation was handled. However, Villain declined my request to draft a new lease contract, considering the original lease contract we sign had been breached because I moved into a defective apartment and started the lease in the following month. Now in March 2019, I am aggressively being told my lease is not up for renewal with no probable cause. It has now been 48 hours and the leasing office has not contacted me nor given me any updated information. I remain totally clueless for the motives behind this action. Furthermore, I filed a complaint against my Caucasian neighbor and their guest for harassment and their attempt to break-in while inebriated with open containers of alcohol. I asked my neighbors if they had received the same letter and they stated 'no.' When I consider the racial ratio of the building population compared to the other properties around the area, I would hate to think this is a discriminatory motive to maintain a certain racial quota or aesthetic.

Overall I have had a good experience living here and it is a nice pleasant community to live in. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed and especially the convenient office hours. Location is great, just have to be mindful of the traffic hour

Things have gone downhill since MAA took over the property. What was once a very well run property has become a constant source of frustration. This is by no means an indictment of the staff here on site, they have been wonderful the entire time I have lived here.

The quality of the apartment is unsatisfactory for the rent paid. Cleanliness within the community is below average. Gym provides basics that are needed. Pool is cleaned occasionally. Barbecues are very old and non functional.

If I could I'd give this place no stars. The operations here are shady. Charges for things that weren't seen, unkempt landscape, and shoddy appliances and electrical that doesn't work. They will charge you multiple months of rent for one month and charge double fees for the same service. The management is petty and does not care about residents. It's a shady complex and I don't recommend living here.

Post Stratford is a good apartment community to live in overall, conveniently located right off of 400, commuting to midtown/sandy springs/Decatur is not that bad. However, for the same price point you can get better facilities and a newer apartment.

Overall is good, but some the building is a bit old. and floor is not clean. The management is good and very helpful in person, but the phone call will not be answer as always. Sometimes, the management does not do a good after people move in.

Negative. Multiple maintenance requests have been ignored, both submitted through the website and speaking with the staff. I have submitted a request about plaster falling off a bedroom ceiling multiple times and spoken to the staff about it multiple times and it has never been fixed.

Very beautiful property and in a great location. Right next to MARTA. The street is very busy but partly due to construction, that will hopefully subside when finished. Everything needed is in walking distance.

This community is in a great location, which is what I like most. The leasing agents are kind and the maintenance team is very timely. Amenities include the pool, car wash and gym. However, I wish there was a clubhouse or allocated space on the premise that could be rented out. I also wish there was a laundry mat offered. In addition, the gym needs updating. The pool is the only amenity I truly enjoy.

Initially a big disappointment. Apartment wasn't clean (fridge was so foul it left a smell for 3 days even after they had it cleaned); floor plan wasn't as expected; wasn't able to see the actual unit or I wouldn't have rented it. Rental agent repeatedly told me that since I had signed the lease 15 minutes earlier I probably couldn't upgrade to another unit despite my dismay at the state of the unit. It's first floor, under a highway and next to a metro stop, and it would have been really valuable to see the actual unit before committing to it. She did show me other units but I had to stay with my current one -- which is a great deal, but still, nobody wants to see their new home for the first time and A) find nasty filth and B) have a leasing agent tell you you're stuck when you haven't moved a single item into the unit. Leasing agents also gave me the most perfunctory tour and I later discovered that my A) garage fob and B) gate fob didn't work and had to be reprogrammed. To this day (2 months later) they still have not fixed my phone number in the guest access panel -- I've only emailed once and need to do it again, but come on! TEST THESE THINGS BEFORE YOU WASH YOUR HANDS OF A NEW RESIDENT! (They failed to put a 1 before the area code and so the system can't dial me.) ALSO, the trash situation is beyond disgusting. The signage asks people not to dump trash in the room itself -- we need to use the chute -- but the chute is so old and small that only the tiniest garbage bag can fit. Also, the recycling situation is unsuitable for a complex of this size -- there should be recycling units in each of the trash rooms. This is 2019 and apartments in Nebraska did so in 1995. What's wrong with multifamily housing and recycling?!?!? They can charge me for "common area fees" but not the necessities that our planet demands?

This is an AMAZING Buckhead location. Post Stratford has UNRIVALED customer service from the leasing office and is an overall safe, relatively quiet, great place to live! It's like a quiet little garden in the middle of the city.

I've lived here for nearly 2 years, and in that time there has been an obvious and unwelcome trend toward cost cutting for the management. For example, we have lost Sunday hours at the leasing office, lost laundry facilities completely, and now have to use the terrible Parcel Pending system to receive packages. All of those changes have occurred within the last year. Not cool.

Great location in the heart of Buckhead Atlanta. MARTA train is literally right outside of the leasing office, which is very convenient if you want to avail traffic. The apartments themselves are nice, old but they've had some interior upgrades.

Excellent location, leasing staff and maintenance team. Iv'e never had any issue that wasn't quickly resolved and their rent prices our competitive especially with the amount of sf you get. I've lived in a renovated apt and now a classic unit and they are both generously sized with w/d included. The only thing I would change are the amount of annoying / loud dogs and their inconsiderate pet owners. They should start increasing pet violations. Other than that I am very happy.
