We love the layout of our loft-style apartment. The high ceilings, open floor plan, exposed duct work and hardwood floors are unusual in a lowrise complex in Buckhead in this proce range. The location is perfect for walking and commuting and could not be more convenient to MARTA. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and shopping (mall and grocery) is withing walking distance.

Overall this is a great place to live. My apartment is amazing, the courtyards are nice, there's a big pool area with grills and whatnot. The people in the office are super friendly and helpful. You can walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc., and the MARTA station entrance abuts the property. There are two small problems which won't apply to everyone. The package room is essentially unmanaged, ie the office keeps no record of packages arriving. The only way to know if your package has arrived is to look in the package room, which is only accessible when the office is open. Second, the laundromat uses reloadable cards, which would normally be just fine. But the reloading station is not in the laundromat, and the station doesn't take credit cards, coins or one dollar bills.

As a new resident I have really enjoyed my time thus far in at Post Straford. The leasing office was extremely helpful with any of my questions/concerns. The physical community is kept tidy and is quite in the hallways. I believe that Post Straford offers a great value for the location and apartment space offered.

The community and apartment are great, as is the staff! Best parking arrangement in Buckhead makes up for one of the worst mail retrieval systems. I enjoy this community more than my old apartment in Alexander

Overall a good experience. Stratford has been solid and the only problem we have had was fixed promptly by maintenance. The ground are being worked on along with painting the exteriors to have a more updated feel.

My husband and I enjoy this apartment. The pricing can't be beat for such a central location and a large apartment. It is directly next to the Buckhead Marta Station and conveniently located for highway access. Many features in our apartment are outdated (laminate flooring and kitchen counters) but we don't mind. The amenities (pool, gym, grills) are great and we use them often. The staff is very kind and is happy to help you whenever possible. We would definitely recommend Post Stratford!

Post Stratford has been nothing but a blessing for us since we've moved in. Having lived all over the city of Atlanta, Post Stratford has for sure been the greatest experience yet. The front office team is there and willing to help in any way they can! The move in process was so simple and smooth, and our requests were met in a very timely manner. Our new apartment is beautiful, and we're so happy to call Post Stratford our new home.

This is a great place to live. It really feels like you aren't even in the city but you still get to be close to all of the amazing amenities of Buckhead. Everyone is really willing to help in the front office. The neighbors are all very friendly and I always feel safe here.

Very good value for the location. Had a easy move in and the office was very helpful. Had new carpet in my unit. There is some construction outside but it is not too bad, have not had any issues so far.

Staff is amazing! Always on top of requests. Apartments are being renovated so that's a plus. Great location. Kind of expensive but decent amount of space for the price and location. Lots of noise in some of the back buildings along 400. Overall have enjoyed my experience living here.

Overall it has been a decent experience. The things that have given me pause have been the lack of effective communication from the office, and this has been true since I put in my application May of 2017. And the flippant, rude way the suicide of a resident was handled.

I have had a rough experience here. The community itself is rather filthy and unkept. I have had to follow up on every single request I have ever made at least twice before someone did something about it. The trash is horrid! The halls are usually drenched in cigarette smoke, so you feel like you're walking through a stale smoky bar. There's a lot of rude tenants who do not pick up after their pets, who vomit and don't pick up after themselves, throw cigarettes everywhere, break bottles and glass in walkways, throw trash wherever they see fit because our trash is usually overflowing. Our vents that pipe out the exhaust from dryers are in the halls and spit out chunks of lint that goes I cleaned (about 2 months I'm counting on one specific vent on my floor) as nice as management is to our faces, their lack of care for our community shows in volumes by the way they keep this place. On personal accounts I have been yelled at and disrespected in my own home by an employee. And I have a long list of the things that have happened since. If you would like to speak in more depth, feel free to contact me.

Post Stratford is a great community for urban living. Right at the heart of Buckhead, the proximity to shopping and Marta Transit station is one of the major benefits living in this area. The areas around Post Stratford are walkable. It is relatively safe, although there are some incidents of car break-in and mailbox break-in recently, I am hoping that the management is proactive and taking care of the issues and with increased vigilance, those problems could be solved. It has the right mix of amenities and utilities for any urban apartment complex at this price which is a plus. Traffic can be an issue sometimes at the entry-exit point of Stratford road due to the heavy footfall at Lenox Mall and Stratford road being an access route to many highrises.

When moving in there were an uncountable number of issues with the apartment that made moving in a challenge. The noise levels are unmanageable. I have dirt/service trucks waking me up outside my bedroom window as early as 2h15 am during week days. Moving into this apartment has been the biggest mistake I've made when starting my new job.

What a mess. The location is good and that's about it. I could overlook the dirty, puke spattered hallways, overflowing garbage, and security issues (cars broken into, mail stolen, etc.) for the location. The biggest and most frustrating issue came at move out. There was an administrative issue with my security deposit and I was charged for cleaning fees that can't be substantiated. Still, I received an email stating what I allegedly owed and was told I had less than 2 weeks to pay or I would be sent to collections. I raised the issues about the security deposit and tried to discuss the cleaning charges to no avail. Nobody at Post Stratford could help. --------- at MAAC headquarters said he would get back to me. That was months ago. They have my money and refuse to respond to the numerous emails I've sent. So, because of a lousy $127, here I am writing a review because they don't care enough to respond. That's absurd - I have a credit score over 800 and have never missed a payment in my life. This borders on extortion. The place is a dumb. Traffic in the area is a nightmare. Management doesn't respond. Corporate is even worse. Avoid at all costs.

They try to update the building but the painting was poorly done - This used to be a great building but the management has gone downhill in the past year. The ladies in the front used to be so helpful and very kind. Now they are very rude and don't care to go above and beyond. They really need to go.

Post Stratford is in a fantastic location if you use Marta or work in the financial district of Buckhead, not to mention Lenox/Phipps are a 10 minute walk away. That said the apartment is pretty faux-luxurious. I have had more maintenance issues in 2 months than I have ever had at any other apartment. The AC broke mid- summer within the first week of moving in yet my electricity bill for a 1 bedroom apartment was $250. My garbage disposal was incorrectly installed before I moved in and caused my kitchen sink to leak substantially. My toilet tank kept wasting gallons of water despite my attempts to have maintenance fix the issue and my water bill was over $250/month. These were problems that clearly existed before I moved in yet I have not been reimbursed for my 4x inflated utility expenses ($500+/month). And, maintenance left a 2 inch gash on my wall that has yet to be repaired. All that said, the leasing office staff is very friendly and Brittany was great when moving in. They are the only redeeming quality of Post Stratford. The only problem is the horrible apartment itself.

Location is great. That and free parking is what kept me looking elsewhere. I have said enough but have to meet the minimum 200 character requirement. This is an arbitrary number and should not be here.

This was a nice place 3 years ago, now it is the ------ of Buckhead: . frequent break-ins . frequent hit and runs in the parking lots (probably mostly from drunk drivers) . college kids, high on drugs, partying until 3 AM in the morning . place looks and smells dirty, trash system always clogged . courtyard looks dirty. I even saw a dead rat for 5! days in the center of the courtyard . tenants frequently start fire alarm at 3 AM in the morning for fun . you can be lucky if you get your mail, because very often somebody stole it...

Honestly only rented from them because my job is right next door. I feel as though the apartments are overpriced for what is offered but I know the area is the reason for the pricing. Plenty to do and eat within the area but traffic is nightmare on Peachtree so the best feature is direct access to Marta honestly. I love the convenience factor (close to job, and marta) but that's it. Apartments are average at best. I've seen better and bigger for the price I'm paying. Which is almost 2 grand after their unnecessary fees and the water bill is added. Honestly I'm happy to be moving even tho I love the area and the convenience factor. The staff are amazing as well so I will miss that quality as well. I would recommend this only if it is truly convenient for you. Not a bad place but could have been better.

I do not feel safe in this complex as there has been a lot of vandalism and loitering. The residence are young so there is constant partying late into the night. My upstairs neighbors make so much noise that I am miserable. The property manager is unresponsive and helpless. I regret choosing Post Stratford as my residence. Location is the only plus this place has to offer.

Post Stratford offers great service to their residents and a different aesthetic to the typical apartment options in Buckhead. Most importantly though, their rent is well positioned for the area they are in.
