The unit I moved into was cleaned and all of the appliances were in good working order. In that regard, my experience has been positive. However, the fitness center is not great, and the bathrooms there are not clean.

MAA Stratford is great place to live. The management team really cares about their residence. They treat you like family. Their maintenance team are friendly and professional and they are always prompt. First class!

This apartment is beautiful but some of the residents are just filthy, litter everywhere and pretty loud. The pool is full of random people that doesn't live in the apartment. Safety doesn't seem to be a priority. Seems like anyone can get through the gate..I guess this is Buckhead living these days.

So far it has been 'just ok'. The grounds crew begins their work before 8am during the week and it's not the alarm I prefer to hear. On a positive note, the staff has been supportive and requests for service repairs are completed in a timely fashion.

My experience was decent. However, the communication was terrible. When I first visit MAA Stratford I was unsure if this would be my future home. But after speaking to Marikda I knew this place was for me. After I applied for the unit, I didn't hear anything back. I had to reach out several times. Anytime I needed to ask a question, either by email or phone, no one would answer. The communication in the leasing office needs to be improved. Other than that, I really like my apartment.

Nice, easy to get into. I haven't lived for too long, but so far so good. Great location. Tongs of shopping areas and food places nearby. Got a very spacious studio, was cleaned before move in which was great.

The unit is beautiful and very unique for Atlanta, spacious with lots of light coming in. I choose this complex because they do not have breed restrictions for dogs. However, lots of small details were not up to par when moving in (paint job, things breaking because they weren't fixed properly) and maintenance takes forever to come fix it.

I moved recently from another state and the leasing team was wonderful. Markida made sure I had everything I needed. She went above and beyond to ensure my happiness with this move. The application process was easy and she explained every step in detail! We love it here!

The community is in a great location in Buckhead, making it easy to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. However, the office staff are very reactive when providing communication to the community with any issues that need to be addressed on the property. In addition, the crime in Buckhead continues to increase with cars doing burnouts at the end of the street and laying drag down the street at night.

This is the second property managed by MAA at which I've lived, the only good thing I can say is that they don't have pet breed restrictions and the office staff at this location is somewhat nice. Otherwise, the grounds of the properties are not kept up, service needs are painfully delayed, and there are no benefits to being a loyal resident who pays on time, with one inconvenience or 5 minute delay in processing payments, you are penalized and charged. I have literally never recommended the properties that this company manages, including my current residence, and don't plan on starting now.

The community is great and Markeda in the office is fabulous. The service team is amazing and very efficient. The amenities are well kept throughout the year. The neighbors aren't bad either haha. The community is very quiet over all and there also hasn't been issues with stolen packages. I would say the only issue is electric charging. Right now there's about 10 teslas and 4 other electric vehicles in the community. At the moment we are sharing one working charger.

Staff ok. Apt not earth the money. Renovations were half --- done. Cracks in the floor. Very unsanitary and not clean. The apt is old and air comes through the windows. You feel when sitting next to them.

Right next to Marta train station, and located in the center of Buckhead! This is a great place for those who do not wish to drive in ATL or do not have a car. When family visits, the best resteraunts and shopping is within walking distance

I have only lived here for just shy of a month but appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of the office staff and maintenance crew. When I've presented a concern or issue, their answer is, "don't worry we've got you!" Love the positivity!

So far it's been good. For the most part maintenance comes on time, at first it didn't feel that way. We are still missing a drawer to our fridge that was supposed to be ordered. Our mail box is always jammed and I have to beat on it for it to open. It also took like 1-2 months for me to even receive a working key after I had moved in

This community's staff truly go above and beyond for residents. They're willing to do what it takes to make you as comfortable as possible here. The community is relatively quiet, and most residents are courteous of others.

There is a subway station pretty close to this house. So it's easy to get around even if you don't have a car. If there is a problem at home, you can file a problem online and an engineer visit you and solve it immediately.

Good overall. After maa took over from post there were a few items that suffered but have since been resolved. The maintenance team is amazing. Always prompt and willing to help. I am overall satisfied w the apartment

It has been okay. I have had to call the maintenance team to fix problems like a rushed paint job where paint ended up all over my apartment, a leaky toilet system, multiple bug infestations, red stains on my floor, and also mold growth in my apartment, but outside of that I guess it has been satisfactory. A possible growth point for the apartment complex would be to take better care of tenants and also to really ensure that the apartments are ready for residents to actually move into before they move-in. Also, their policy with late rent payments and it affecting your public records in court I don't agree with. I feel that this method is a bit too aggressive, could possibly send the wrong message, and also makes customers not want to renew or break their leases.

My apartment is run down. Noise is unbearable at times. The fire alarms forced us out of our apartments for hours sometimes - at least once or twice a month now - we sit on the street. One alarm alerts constantly in the security room at garage entrance and is alarming right now. It has done so for almost two years.

I have no heat - the maintenance man, Kimo (?) comes out and calls me to tell me that I have messed with the heating unit and he refuses to fix it (which I guess I should be flattered knowing he thinks I know how to fix a HVAC unit - but I don't and I have no heat). Instead of speaking to me like an adult or even acting like he cares - he begins to insult me and tells me he won't touch the unit. Seriously? You are going to let a tenant who pays $2300+ a month and who has never been late that you aren't going to fix her unit. Great place to live. On the plus side... maybe my electric bill will be less - but probably not.

Pretty good. This is the first time for me to live in the US and I had so many things that I didn't know but staffs of my building are so kind and they taught me anything about a building. I'm so comfortable to live here.

I love the team at MAA Stratford. Jessica helped me so much with choosing the right apartment for me. Jennifer was also so amazing with the application process. She and others from the team stayed after hours just to help me finish my application. The customer service is amazing here.

Bad experience can't get anything fix maintenance doesn't come. Put in request for service on line in person no one comes. I just to fix my apartment request i move to this apartment last month cannot get anything fix.

The community is very aesthetically pleasing. The location is wonderful too, however, they are severely lacking in customer service. Everything should be in perfect condition when you move in but the apartment was subpar.
