I was living it during the summer but once the rain started to come down the apartment has startrd to deteriorate the floor is constantly wet and I feel as if the mold is causing my 2 year old son to constantly become sick. If they wont fix this then they beed to pay movers to move our house hold gpods to another rental or lower our rate to a one beadroom

Move in was smooth, and the apartment is clean and a great value. There is obviously an emphasis on safety here (inside deadbolts, dowl bar for sliding doors, and card activated gates), which I love. In addition we showed up later in the day before closing and the leasing agent was kind and patient to get us settled in. Overall a great experience so far.

It has a very friendly staff and they're very polite. it has a swimming pool and workout area everything that we ask for need to be repaired or any problems we have they are prompt and quick to help resolve those problems appliances and everything is up to date. There's really nothing bad to say about we love stayingg here we live on the second floor and all our neighbors are very nice.

Brittwood was my third choice and I wished it would have been my first! After having terrible luck and lack off communication with two other apartment complexes, Emily and Mary Beth were Godsends. Emily broke down the entire process, all fees, and requirements for me on our first conversation. Mary Beth went over the lease set-by-step and answered all of my questions. When a maintenance issue occurred in my kitchen, Jeff was on the scene in minutes and took care of it. This place is quiet, neighbors are friendly, and staff is always available to answer any questions!

The community is quiet, overall. The pond view from my apartment is very nice...I watch the ducks coming and going. Friendly staff, excellent maintenance team who responds very quickly to needs when issues are submitted.

So far the apartment has been fine a few quirks with sink or shower but nothing major. My apartment feels homey and cozy. I was able to get a walk on which was great and I don't really hear neighbors like I did in my previous apartment.

Has been the best community to live in so far, I would definitely tell others about this place its very quiet and has dog parks which is great if you have pets. Also very close to shopping areas, schools, and an airport.

Great for the most part except apartment entry with no warning. Some things in the community don't get fixed after asking several times. Need better gym equipment. Most of the staff are nice and helpful.

I hate it. It's old, outdated and everything is broken. Nothing works. The maintenance people and claim that they fix your problem but a couple weeks later it's the same thing. Worst apartment I've been to in Columbus.
