I love living at Brittwood. The units are well-maintained, peaceful, and cozy. The amenities are great. The staff is nice and helpful. The maintenance team is top notch. And you get all of this for a more affordable price than others in the area. No complaints, only great things to say.

The apartment space is pretty decent. The website really helped me to visualize what the apartment would look like if you're about to plan renting the space. Overall, I'm satisfied about the space that I'm renting.

Nice gated community some nice people. I would recommend to friends and family. I love that they have the pool and the workout room. They always doing something for the kids and adults and have contests that's sweet. Sometimes they have morning breakfast for the holidays nice place overall.

This is my very first home/apartment. The staff is very nice and helpful and the amenities are wonderful. My apartment is up to date and clean with a pretty view of wooded areas where you can hear many birds. It is very quiet and feels safe. Very good first experience!

Good place, clean , neighborhood to nice and if we have problems about air conditioners, heater and everything peoples in office right the way come to fixed?..anyway to close with Walmart good for me.

Its a nice community. I love the location because it is close to everything. People like to walk around for a nice walk. And it is mostly quiet in the neighborhood and has a nice park nearby that is walking distance.

Brittwood Apartments is a great place to live. Very convenient to anywhere in Columbus. It's a quiet complex. If you have any issues and need maintenance it's take care of right away. I live by myself and I feel very safe here.

As far as price and location, it can't be beat in my opinion. However, the office staff do not enforce any rules and people do not seem to take pride in their homes anymore. There is dog crap everywhere from not being cleaned and there is trash and litter. Also, don't think you are getting a gated community because the gate never works. My car has already been broken into along with many others that I know here. But again, with the cost and the location, it is a good cost and ultimately you get what you pay for.

It’s been really good experience I love our apartment everyone nice we moved in in September and ever since then we haven’t had any problems with anyone or with our apartment I recommend this place to everyone!!!

This neighborhood is so cozy and spacious. The location is fantastic in a very safe area and an excellent Magnet school right next door. The apartments are very well maintained and the staff go above and beyond to ensure your living experience is top tier here.

Brittwood is a great place especially for first-time renters. Their apartment are clean and bug-free and their staff is very friendly and understanding. They even have small events for everyone to enjoy like food trucks and food giveaways in the mornings or throughout the day, they also hold decorating contests, etc. Their maintenance staff is also very quick to respond to repairs and are very informative and communicative. Would definitely recommend family and friends here.

Great and friendly and staff are friendly and prompt. I've lived on the property before and it's a nice place to live. I know that the area is one of the safest places to be. My experience is enjoyable and some of our closest friends have lived here.

These apartments are amazing they keep up with everything especially if you need something fixed in your home, as well as being courteous to leaving your packages inside your home while your not home. And it's amazingly quiet

So far, it has been extremely taken care of and helpful. The place is clean and the neighbors are friendly. I love that there are washer/dryer connections in the apartment. I especially love how close i am to certain restaurants and areas to shop!

This community is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. There is a nice view of a pond and a small park which is great for kids. The staffing is extremely friendly and helpful when you are in need of anything.

Although only a resident for two months, Brittwood is a very quiet community w extremely professional and knowledge staff. The location is ideal as it is convenient to to all of Columbus' shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities.

This community is very quiet, clean and peaceful. The front office and maintenance staff are kind and professional. The apartment that I moved into was freshly cleaned, painted and carpet had a deep shampooing. It felt like home from the first day.

My stay at Brittwood has been comfortable and the maintenance/office staff has always been attentive to anything I may need. I have lived in a one bedroom and a two bedroom unit, both being satisfactory and spacious.

Brittwood apartments are very good. The apartments are clean and it is worth to stay in these apartments. There were less instruments at Gym and needs to improve the space and instruments. Overall the apartments are very good.

Kay was amazing with answering my questions and getting everything set up for us. She was very nice and helpful. The apartment was in wonderful condition and we all love it! The grounds of the community are lovely and my little sister is in love with the pool.

This community is definitely home. The office staff is VERY helpful and pleasant. Maintenance staff is professional and easy to talk to as well as prompt! The community itself is quiet for the most part. The units are clean and you get what you pay for.
