I am extremely happy to live in Brittwood apartments. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new home. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is always efficient and complete tasks in a timely manner. I am also very proud of them because they show so quickly to solve my problems.

We absolutely LOVE living here at Brittwood! The office staff is extremely helpful and super sweet. Anytime we submit a service request or just need anything in general, they are always so prompt and willing to help us however they can! Best place to rent in Columbus!

I love that it's a gated community! It's closer to my job. The building I'm in is very quiet. Staff is great. Very convenient when it come to going to places around in the area. Everything so close together and I like that!

I’ve only been here over a year but I love it and the front office staff kudos to Breanna she really rocks and makes thing happen fast the maintenance team is awesome too I finally have a place to call home and I’m not just an apartment number but a friend

This is a very nice apartment complex. The community and people here are very friendly, and the staff and management are quite helpful with any issues that might arise. I am also very satisfied with the apartment itself

The office and maintenance staff are great. They are very friendly. Always ready to answer any questions or take care of any problems. They are very prompt when a problems arise. They are very thoughtful. I never hesitate to call if I think I may have a problem!

So far so good. Staff are all professionals. They are prompt everytime. They attended my request quickly. Im happy the way they worked around. Except the gate is always broken, everything else is doing really good.

I lived here in 2018-2019 and moved back in 2020 due to the pandemic. Overall the experience has been good. Maintenance is excellent and the front staff is always kind and helpful. I would only suggest maybe assigning parks, parking is the only issue I have found to be a hassle.

So far it's been awesome although we just moved in everyone is nice and friendly. Our move in was easy and comfortable, the staff is awesome. Would recommend the facility to others. Only issue was my code but it was fixed quickly

It is a quiet, friendly community in a great part of town. You are in the center of restaurants and shopping, with a library and a great park at your backdoor. The office staff put on events to cultivate a sense of community and the are all super friendly. It is a great place to live.

Been here almost a week & I already love it here the staff is so nice & down to earth Breanna is definitely my go to girl in the front desk she's awesome I would highly recommend moving here I definitely see my self being here for awhile ??

Great location, easy access to the Highway and extremely close to several grocery stores and other retailers. As far as price I feel they are the best in the area. The grounds are clean and buildings are maintained very well.

My experience was so amazing! I went in looking for a one-bedroom for March they didn't have any in my timeframe. But Breanna still gave me a tour anyways which I thought was really nice. the other leasing agent Abygail was really friendly and gave me an application anyways. I would recommend this community to anyone just based on the awesome customer service I was given. thanks again ladies!

I've always had great experiences with maintenance & office staff here at Brittwood. They always address our concerns promptly & thoroughly which we really appreciate! We've lived here for almost 6 years & would totally recommend anyone looking for an apartment in this area to strongly consider making Brittwood their home!

Other than the walls being thin, it's a nice place to live. There's tons of parking, which is great. I like the spacious apartment I have for just one person. The staff does well about immediately getting to problems and fixing them.

Wonderful move In experience. Great staff and they are very friendly. I loved the cleanliness of the apartment and the fresh new carpet was a plus. My apartment is very spacious and I absolutely love it

I love it here. The community is nice. Maintenance and those in the leasing office are always helpful. I would recommend this community others. Its a great place to live. They keep the place well kept too.

The people here at the office were very helpful. They made sure we felt right at home. The office staff, the maintenance staff made sure that our apartment was "Move In" ready. We could not be any happier.

There is some noise day time. Sometimes there is an annoying sound during night time. Overall it is acceptable. The leasing office now delivers the packet to an individual unit. That is quite convenient.

I haven't had any issues living here they keep the property maintained. Just your occasional loud neighbor but that happens everywhere for the most part so far I have been ok with the apartment complex

Great place to live. Very quiet and I love that it is very close to everything. Office staff and maintenance guys are very helpful and always have answers to my questions. I just moved here from Florida and I really like it here.

I have been here for a couple of days and we love it so far. It was a great experience when applying. All costs and expectations were explained. Staff is very friendly and when I called to have something fixed the same day I moved in they were there within the hour.
