The first year was wonderful. Got to know the office staff and the maintenance men are wonderful especially Lloyd and Jeff but Jeff is no longer here. I'm disable and I shouldn't climb more than 6 stairs so the guys would bring my groceries up for me. Would love to tell more but you need to call me.

I absolutely love it at Brittwood. Neighbors are friendly. It's nice and quiet. Pool is also a plus and super clean! Very reasonable prices as well! And in the middle of everything. It's just a very nice place to live

I am glad I chose Brittwood Apartments as my home. The office staff made me feel like a valued member of the Brittwood community. It is an amazing place to live. The office staff made living here a pleasure. They are wonderfully thoughtful people. The maintenance staff are equally amazing. As soon as a problem is reported, one of the staff is at your door. They fix whatever is wrong in an amazingly short time. It's done right the first time. Brittwood is like a finely tuned machine, thanks to the professional maintenance staff. Every single one of them is kind, friendly, and highly skilled. Brittwood is a wonderful place to live.

Our hot water heater started leaking the day we moved in I called the office and right away someone was there fixing it. He was very polite and quick with his work. He ended up having to replace the water heater and even called to get the carpet cleaned where the water had leaked on it.

I enjoy living in Brittwood! It's in the middle of everything. The park is close by, it's fun to walk there with the dogs. If I don't want to walk there we can go to the dog park inside the community! It's perfect!

For the area, it's okay for the money but at the same time I would shop around more unless you just know the people at the office and feel as though they'll take care of you. I'm not saying that living at Brittwood is all bad but I'm not saying it's all good either.

Pros: Gated community, Water bill included in the rent. Reasonable rent. Cons: Apartment neighborhood is often peaceful but cars drive fast. The pool is always occupied. I think this is one of the most reasonable apartment with the amount of rent. You get what you pay for. I don't like the gym facility as they don't have free weights, but have machines that is not good for me. They do have the basic gym machines. Some apartments in this property is better than the other parts and i believe the rents are different. If you are a college student or medium income, this is not a bad option.

I really like it here. It is friendly, clean, and the office is very helpful and informative. I had a couple issues with the sink and toilet and the maintenance crew was here the same day I informed the office! Awesome service.

Stay away from this place and any other apartments owned by Thayer Properties. They lie cheat and steal from you in the end of things. We were never late on rent, always promptly put in work orders when something needed to be fixed but even when we did it was sometimes two and three work orders later that it was fixed. Beware if you have pets because once your lease is up they'll use your pets as a excuse to charge for damage that clearly wasn't caused by your pets. they hire people that will lie about how something was damaged. we had a problem with the carpet. we put in a work order 3 TIMES yes 3 and it wasn't fixed properly by the time that we submitted the final work order they claimed that the damage was caused because of our pets which is complete BS. the damage was actually caused by every day cleaning a.k.a vacuuming, the carpet came completely apart. you could see where it separated from the backing but yet they want to claim that my pets clawed at it and ripped it apart which is a lie. now they're trying to sue us because we refuse to pay for carpet that they should of fixed the first time. on top of that it also became a regular occurrence to see several police cars in the complex. if you have kids or pets stay far far away from this place. pay the extra to live in a grey stone property or the grand reserves' those places actually fit the definition of luxury apartment. this place definitely is not, apartment wise you might as well live downtown in one of those more run down places.

The manager Nicole is the best one in my 7 plus years here that takes care of the residents and the grounds. I feel comfortable living in the complex as long as Nicole is managing it. if she leaves, I will be leaving as well. She is good for this complex.

Very easy move in process. Entire staff is great. Everyone was very nice and pleasant. Upon moving in I noticed a loose towel holder and they got it fixed right away. Zero noise level.. the community is very peaceful.

The neighbors are so friendly, quiet, and respectful. The community is generally peaceful, and has a great atmosphere for kids. Parking is plentiful and there is also an on-site laundry room where all the machines actually work. Work out equipment, tanning bed, and a pool are all available daily. Super close to downtown, grocery stores, and schools. Top pick in places to live in Columbus!

I feel very comfortable and safe in the Brittwood Apartments. The neighbors are friendly; the people in the office are extremely friendly and helpful. I've had 2 or 3 issues and the maintenance was done quickly and efficiently. No hassels. Friendly. Safe. Great.

Excellent. The office staff and maintenance staff are super. Maintenance is always there the same day that we report a problem. The only complaint that I have is the pool - pool furniture is torn up and looks horrible. Cameras need to be put in the pool area and the offenders fined and/or evicted. No excuse for tenants being allowed to destroy community property.
