Sometimes neighbors can be loud and rude. My car now has two new dents in it from neighbors slamming their car door in to mine and I've only been here for two weeks. The fitness center is so bad. I went to this apartment due to the fact of them having a fitness center and now I will need to get a gym membership because the fitness center is so bad.

It is very quiet. We sleep peacefully. I like how were close to the gate and close to a school so our future kids may go to school there. I like how exit 10 is just right down the road where everything is. And Walmart is also right down the road. I love it.

I really enjoy living at brittwood my neighbors are nice as well the staff. I wished had a larger playground for the kids, but overall I LOVE IT!!! thanks for having me as a resident here.i also like wheni called in or email the staff about anything that's comes up they answer in a timely manner and be very polite and concern.

Great community!! The staff is always friendly and respectable. Anytime there is a problem with appliances, maintenance personnel always comes out in a quick manner and is very professional. I have great neighbors and it has been a great pleasure staying in the community!!

The first few years were pleasant and enjoyable. Then our rent started going up annually and we had to start paying for our own water, although the quality of the area started to decline. We also started getting very loud and partying neighbors and the office staff changed several times.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The location of the apartment is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc.. The security gate is down a lot. The maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner. I would recommend the apartments to a friend.

THIS WAS OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF ARE NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE COMMUNITY IS PRETTY SAFE AND THE MAINTAINANCE IS TOP NOTCH. I ALSO LIKE THE LANDSCAPING AS FAR AS HOW CLEAN IT IS AND ITS DESIGN. THE ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST TO MAKE IT BETTER WOULD BE HAVING EACH UNIT EQUIPPED WITH A WASHER AND DRYER UNIT AND UPGRADING THE WORKOUT FACILITY WITH FREE WEIGHT EQUIPMENT ( DUMBELLS,BARBELLS,ETC..)

I love brittwood . The office is always so helpful. They go above and beyond to assist if they can. They even assisted me when I was going through a personal hardship as much as they could and it meant so much. I loved staying in brittwood in 2009 and I love it now.

I enjoy living at Brittwood Apartments. I love the environment and the safe gated community for my family. It's mostly quiet and very convenient living close to the Walmart and the shopping mall area. The office are very nice and concerned staff.

I have been very pleased with the staff and community since I moved here in September 2013. The office staff and maintenance employees are very professional and always willing to help. The amenities are okay, if I made any changes I would add more updated equipment in the gym and maybe an additional tanning bed.

Overall, the apartments here are great. The apartment is spacious for the price and well maintained. Staff are courteous, and maintenance is prompt. Apartments are located in a great location, convenient to local shops and restaurants.

Overall, okay for the price. But alot of cleaning had to be done before I could comfortably live in the space. Needs to be updated. There is mold in the shower room due to not having a vent. Windows have drafts in every room. The water smells dirty.

My experience at this community has been great. My neighbors are quiet & friendly. There is minimum to no trash on the grounds. The office staff has goodcustomer service. Community is generally very quiet, aside from the occasional noisy neighbor. People are generally polite and willing to help, if needed. Haven't witnessed or heard of any crimes since I've been here. Overall, I have had a good experience here at Brittwood.

I have been here 2 years and don't plan on moving. It has been a great place to live close to all the shopping areas, the highway since I travel often and schools for my kids. Affordable especially to have with access to a pool, computer and an exercise room.

I have had maintenance problems the whole time I have stayed there. It seems like they just patch things up until the next time. The new property manager has a rude disposition about herself and the staff don't act like know anything about the property or rules if asked.

The complex is always clean and quiet I love how peaceful it is. My neighbors are very nice and don't cause any problems.If I have had a problem with my apartment the problem is solved quickly for example I noticed my trash compacter was leaking the maintenance crew came and fixed and cleaned up the mess the leak had caused

Brittwood is a great apartment complex. The apartments are very nice sized with plenty of closet space, bathroom size, appliances, etc. I would definitely recommend it. It also has a great location decently close to CSU, dining, I85, and more. I plan on living there again!

I enjoy loving here. Took awhile to get used to the noise from the people up stairs, but the staff is really friendly and if I ever have an issue they are here really fast. I wish there wasn't so many bugs! But I call and someone is here away to fix the problem.

The community is great, quiet neighbor, great office staff, and affordable rent, maintenance staff are quick to respond to work orders, Staff is friendly, great pool area, the community has a washer and dryer room on site, the community club house is always nice clean and neat.
