We had a very good experience when we first moved here 5 years ago but are now starting to look for something else. A little over a year ago, we noticed that the quality of renters has gone down. A lot of the renters show no respect for the property, leave trash outside their doors causing bugs and ants and have no regards for their neighbors.

I honestly just like the location and the bathroom size. it's nice and quiet,too. the apartments need to be updated,though. I would like to get more appreciated as a long time lessee. there seems to be more coming & going in the recent months. it's going downhill.

I truly love and enjoy Brittwood and my new apartment has more space than my last one! My animals love the new apartment and we are satisfied. I plan to stay here for a year and I enjoy the amenities. I am not sure what else to write so I love it I love it

I haven't been long moved into the community. So far though, I have no complaints- everything is great! Each person on the staff I've made contact with has been friendly, helpful, eager to provide answers address any concerns to make sure I am satisfied. I feel very much "at home"

It has been no-hassle, pleasant, and convenient. Friendly, professional property management staff. Very few maintenance issues, and issues there were, they were quickly resolved. Safety of the community made it comfortable to have the kids play outside.

Loved here for nearly 4 years. The apartment community is a good value and is in a good location in Columbus. I enjoy living here overall, but the community is starting to show its age and the place just isn't as quiet and pretty as it once was. Rent increases make me feel like I'm getting less and less value for my dollar because the community isn't seeing any renovations or face lifts. I would recommend it, but with value comes compromise and you can get much prettier, nicer apartments for not very much more money in Columbus.

I love living here. The rate is great and the maintenance and office staff are always knowledgeable and nice. The pool, gym, and parks are always clean and work well. I would not live anywhere else in the area. It is also close to a lot of shopping areas so that's a plus.

My upstairs neighbors are very loud, but I doubt anything can be done. The exterior lighting is minimal I think There could be MORE, especially since I'm a single mom with a toddler. The office staff is also great. Grounds could be cleaner ...

These people are the bomb. They know what they're doing and genuinely care about their residents and it shows. Office staff are super courteous and live to help/assist it seems! Highly recommend this to anyone seeking the best apartment in Columbus, GA!

There has been construction in the apartment complex since May 2015. Although it is nice that they're trying to fix all of the problems (mostly in the pavement, simply because it's an old complex), it's pretty inconvenient at the moment. The dog park (which was our favorite amenity) has been rendered unusable due to the fence being taken down during construction, and over 5 months of construction gets old after awhile. For the price and location, we decided to stay and stick it out for another year. At the end of it, it's cheaper than most places of this quality, there's no crime or problems with residents of the community, we're close to CSU and exit 10 and an easy drive to Fort Benning so it's a great choice.

Good, except for the Cockroaches. The apartments are good sized . But no smoke detector in the apartment . Was not one when I moved in . Now the cover of people they have let rent had decreased my sense of safety in this community.

I just recently moved in my apartment and before we moved in I already knew i would enjoy staying here. The office staff was friendly and very eager to show us around the complex and also a floor plan of the apartment we wanted to rent. On move-in day everything went well and we even received a courtesy gift from the apartment staff. It's very quite and there are several courtesy officers that stay on top of their job to make sure Brittwood doesn't have problems. The maintenance staff completes work order request in a timely manner. All in all i'm enjoying my stay here at Brittwood.

I was really happy to be apart of the community, Im having a few issues with things here. I've only been here 3 weeks. For the most part its been cool, but some people that live here are inconsiderate. The gates already been broken, and people ride your but to get through the gate almost hitting you, instead of calling whoever they are visiting.

We like the community, we were able to upgrade from a small apartment within the complex to a bigger apartment at a similar price and take advantage of better insulation (building was newer, we saved on cost of utilities). However, one of the major reasons we chose this place was the gated entry, which seems to be broken more often than functional. People are idiots and tailgate after one another (gate closes after each car independently), which is not the management's fault, however, for the past few weeks the gate has not been replaced (after being broken) and the entrance gate has been opened 24/7 (does not close and the entry system is broken) for months now.

The complexhSbeen under construction from sink holes since I moved in in May 2015, the grounds maintenece leaves tree debris stack in parking places for months at a time. The maintenance staff has been excellent, very responsive can't say enough. Office staff has been very friendly and professional. I wish there were tenant get together or get to know your neighbors committee.

It's an okay place to live for the price. I really like the efforts they are trying to do to make the place look nicer. I think more attention should go into who is lurking around the community because I've seen some suspect characters in the pool area on the weekends. I saw some this weekend as I was working out standing in the laundry area looking at the women in the pool through the back window...weird!

I enjoy living at Brittwood Apartments. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The apartments have a nice floor plan with plenty of storage. Work orders are handled in a quick and friendly manner. The apartment community is well maintained. My neighbors are friendly. I highly recommend Brittwood Apartments as a nice place to live.

I really enjoy living at brittwood apartments. The landscape is always neat and the most noise I hear is dogs but no one bother me. If I have a problem the office does answer accordingly and friendly. And when submitting an online maintenance request, the response is quick.

A good-enough place to call home. Haven't had any major issues. A sinkhole appeared in the parking lot in front of my building. Got an email telling us they'd have it fixed in a week. Sitting here on week 5.. If you're on a budget & want a place to call home, Brittwood is ideal. Don't expect to get the bells & whistles here. You get what you pay for. Maintenance is always on top of things and gets things done promptly when needed.

The staff is very nice, I like the people that are in the community,It is very quiet, I did not like the big cracks in the ceiling and that the apartment was not clean when I moved in, or the food that was left in the cabinets and on the floor under the fridge and stove.

The staff and maintenance are great! I love my little apartment - love the floor plan. I only have one complaint. I live on the 1st floor and you can hear everything that goes on in the 2nd floor above me, and my neighbor is very noisey, lifting weights all the time.
