The only thing that bothers me about Brittwood is the trash situation. About once a week the trash overfills and people start stacking it on the side walk due to not having anywhere else to stack it. The smell is also a huge downfall when residents are stacking trash on sidewalk. Just disgusting.

Can't wait till summer when the lease is up . upstairs neighbors are so loud and noisy all hours of the night . have complained several times doesn't do any good!.

Had an immediate maintenance issue when I arrived due to an accident with dollie. The staff responded and had it fixed before I could even finish getting all my stuff moved in from the uhaul. They were so nice and amazing about the whole move in situation

I moved to the Brittwood Community in 2008 Apt 607. Because of my back I moved downstairs to Apt 609 2015. (Dates should be checked). I have enjoyed living in the Brittwood Community. For most part the office staff have been wonderful.

This property is absolutely fabulous. I have stayed in about 5 in the span of 4 years but this one is the best one by far. The staff, everyone from front desk to servicemen, are beyond helpful. They also allow pets and have the best dog park in town that allow plenty of running and playing. Brittwood provides tennis balls for playing and enjoyment. Brittwood really cares about you and your family!

Maintenance and office staff are great. Amy and Nicole are 1 in a million as overseers of the complex. Everytime I have a service call or question, they are straight up with me and always set honest and reasonable expectations. They try to go out of their way to help any way that they can.

Overall, not a bad place to stay. The staff is always friendly, maintenance is quick, and the property is and pretty clean. It is located in a very convenient area, close to nice restaurants, shopping places, and not far from the interstates.

My experience here at Brittwood has been a great one. The maintenance staff is AMAZING! Whenever I have put in a work order , the request was done within The next business day ! I love how brittwood is engaged with their residents. From giving us breakfast , giving out special treats on holidays, ,giving you a card and ballon on your door for your birthday , it just shows how brittwood goes above and beyond for their residents. All of the apartments I stayed at before made me feel like they didn't care about as a resident , until the first of the month came , but not Brittwood. They show that they care . Brittwood is my HOME. I recommend this place to anyone! Great for 1st time apartment renters !

Office staff is really polite an friendly. Housing is clean and neat. Any time there is an issue maintainance jumps right on the problem immediately. Environment is safe, an for the most part quiet. Courtesy officer is around an that makes me feel much safer.

I love that it's very quite and everyone is friendly. Thesee apartments are convenient to majority of the shipping centers, restaurants, gas stations, banks and etc. Not too much in going traffic coming through the complexesame and with any issues I may have you guys try your best to fix the problem as soon as possible

Lots of turnover. Some good neighbors some loud/disrespectful neighbors. Lots of pet owners do not pick us after their animals and lots of smokers throw their cigarrettes on the ground. Kids use the pool unsupervised. Laundry facilities could be kept cleaner.

The place is nice but I can't wait to move out in 3 days. The upstairs neighbor is extremely noisey and loud at all hours. Party all night at their place. No sense of other people either sense they will yell and scream on their balcony at 2-3am. Maybe the apartment should look into why one unit always has a revoling door of tenants. I've seen mail from at least 6 past residents. It's no wonder. The loud Bigfoot partier scares them away.

Very beautiful staff, on point with everything. I have nothing bad to say about britt wood apartments. Maybe a bigger pool or workout room, with new equipment would be nice.i also dont loke taking my garbage to the front of the complex, but other than that, im fine here at brittwood.

An excellent community! Close to everything... the mall, shopping areas, Walmart Supercenter and many other amenities. There is a Britt David Park where you can walk, exercise, play and have a good time. There is the North Columbus Library next door. Britt David Magnet Elementary School is at the corner. I recommend this community for a peaceful living. The office staff is very friendly and professional.

It has been a good expercience to live in Brittwood apartments for the last year. This was my first experience in an apartment. I only have positive things to say. The view of the dog park, and trees, while being in the center of the city has to be my favorite part. The pool, gym, and carwash were also a high ranking asset for me.

I have been here a year, and my experience has been lovely. Besides my apartment being safe, super cute, and surprisingly quite considering the vast amount of property and housing. I also have prompt maintenence, and a friendly staff. I have full access to the gym, tanning bed, pool, laundry facilities, dog park, and 24/7 car wash. I love living here, and I would highly recommend becoming a resident in Brittwood Apts to anyone with or without children.

We have lived here for four years (him 4, me 1). The community is nice though people don't pick up after their dogs. Having a dog myself, it makes me a little wary about her health. I wish the "dog park" was closed in all the way. Some, not all, clearly show disrespect for their property and will leave trash outside their door for days on end. The property/apartment itself is a little outdated. With what we are paying, new light fixtures, countertops, and appliances could be updated. With my husband working in construction and knowing JP Thayer; he can clearly afford to renovate. The staff are wonderful! They come when there's a problem and are super friendly. Amenities are nice and I'm thankful people have to wear wristbands to the pool now, some children were getting out of hand. Overall, Brittwood gets four stars!

I have lived at these apartments twice. once 7 years ago, and again now. I never even looked into another apartment complex. I knew I would come back to Brittwood if I ever lived in an apartment again! The first time we had a one bedroom, and I could not get over how enormous the bathroom was! The bedroom was a nice size, and we never had any problems with maintenance or staff, or loud neighbors...everyone was friendly and it was a great overall experience. Now that we are back again, I have to say I am once again very happy with the experience! They do not disappoint! Heather E.
