Its been wonderful so far. Nichole and her staff have gone above and beyond to make my transition easy. The location is great, area is quiet, and my family is happy we choose Brittwood. We cant say thank you enough for making Brittwood our new home.

Although the ladies at the counter are sweet and nice to talk to, I do NOT recommend this property to anyone who has pets, or children. I have seen drug deals go on in this complex-never have I took part in it. I have had to call 911 at least 4 times within 6 months. Once because I felt unsafe, a car-that didn't even live in the complex-was following me around because I asked him to move from the middle of the road while he held up a 10 car pile up. I do not feel safe in this apartment, if it wasn't for my husband, I do not think I would live in the complex alone nor come and go nightly or early morning. The security gates are always broken and drivers who don't have gate keys drive through the exit-that is how my first accident happened. Having a pet is more expensive here because they do not treat the outer grass of fleas and ticks so you're constantly spending money on flea and tick treatments from the vet and treating your carpet of fleas because they become infested. I do like only the ladies at the front office-they are nice and helpful. The maintenance men have attitudes and I would not recommend women being in the apartment alone with them while they fix problems within the apartment. All of this is truthful-my husband would have strong words about this apartment complex but its a good thing I'm the one writing it.

I really like the community the only thing I would change or fix per say would be the free weights and kettle bells in the gym. I've also recommend two people to the community and have only seen paperwork for one of the people I'd like to have that fixed

My experience in this community is good. The office staff is great and the apartment area is wonderful! I've only been living here for a week now and I can see I well be staying here for a while. Moving in was very quick and easy. I would recommend this community to a friend.

It has been a great experience so far. Maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours of submission and the staff is very professional. The only issue that I have had so far is that my upstairs neighbors are a bit noisy, specifically when they are walking through their apartment. It always sounds like they are stomping on the floor instead of walking.

Overall its ok! Could use some updates on the apartments! The A/C units need to be updated and could possible us a second pool. I have enjoyed living here, however, once the lease is up I plan to move to a new apartment community. I have not really had to deal with the office staff due to the ability to pay online!

The apartment is fair and most of management is ok, maintenance is extremely below average along with pests. If you move here good luck. Will be moving as soon as lease is up after being here only one year. Would not recommend to anyone that I know

For the most part it is a very nice community and lovely place to live. I love how fast issues can be resolved by the maintenance crew . We have a small noise problem with the neighbors upstairs , it sounds like they constantly are running and jumping all day .

From the moment we walked in we were confident that this was the perfect location for us. It was spacious for a one bedroom and the proximity to our job was unbeatable. Olivia , although new, did an exceptional job guiding us through the process so we could make an informed decision on whether this was the right complex for us. We look forward to continuing to rent from the Thayer properties!

My husband and I started living here from October of 2013 and our lease is up in October of 2014. We honestly would move out sooner than that, if there weren't so many repercussions and issues that come with terminating a contract early. If you own pets, do not have them outdoors. They will NOT treat for fleas even when you treat your pet along with the living space. My husband and I brought up to the maintenance and the manager of the apartments but they refuse to treat the grass surrounding the apartments. After the vet bills, constant flea shampoos and flea bombing the apartment on a month to month basis, you will spend the less if not the same amount with termination fees and finding a new home. I absolutely do not recommend living here if you have children, and/or pets. There has been more crime, stealing, break ins and drug deals in the past 3 months than ever before. Not the safest place, even though it is gated. Drivers always go through the exit to get in or break the wood that stops cars from moving forward when the gate opens. All in all, don't recommend living here for more than 6 months.

I have been at Brittwod for2yrs.The office staff is efficient,polite And helpful. The maintenance staff is efficient,polite ,clean and helpful. The only problem I see is the overflow ponds Need to be dug out, because it is getting smaller which causes it to Over flow when it rains , and that cauuses apartments and parking lot to get Water damage. Some Brittwood apts need to be upgraded.

I have had positive interactions with the staff and other residents. Everyone in the office has been friendly and helpful. The apartment is reasonably spacious and the closets are very large.The overall condition of the apartment is good with the exception of the bathtubs. Both bathtubs in the apartment have peeling paint. This a problem with a six year old that prefers baths to showers, which is expected for her age.

Has the basics of what I need to live in the area briefly. Multiple people find ways to circumvent gates. the exercise bike and elliptical are broken. One of the car vacuums are broken. The washers and dryers work well, the gate-code system connected to my phone is extremely convenient.

The moving in process was a breeze! They made sure I was well taken care of. I didn't think there were any availabilities at the time, but the staff made sure to find the right fit for me. The rooms are very spacious and there is a lot of storage space in the walk-in closet and in the bathrooms.

I have lived at Brittwood Apartments for about three and a half years. The office staff has always been very courteous and helpful anytime I needed them for anything. The maintenance team has always responded quickly to any requests I've submitted to the office staff regarding my apartment. Any problems I have, which are very few, are fixed right away with no hassle whatsoever.

Our first few years were not very good on speed or service. The last 6 months have been much better. They have tried to keep things up within a reasonable amount of time. We do like being so close to everything in town. My only big complaint is the gym always has broken equipment.

I am very pleased with the friendly employees. This is a community where you feel a part of family rather than just a tenent. Being a single mother I thought there would be issues on safety and noise oridance, but to my surprise I am totally comfortable. I have met some truly amazing people and made lasting relationships.

I love the location. But the people living above is loud. I can hear full conversation along with many arguments. The bathroom is the worse area for noise. Also it sounds like they stomp around. I live on the back side of the apartment and the environment is normally wet and muddy because there is little sun. And people walk theirs dog here and do not clean up the doggy mess.
