It has been wonderful....
It has been wonderful. Yes my apartment is basic, but I love it and my fianc? will be moving in after we marry in may. We like the convenience in being close to everything including work and the park.

My overall experience...
My overall experience with this community hasn't been too bad. I feel like the things I wanted fixed and/or added have been and the staff and workers are friendly and helpful. We have renewed our lease and have also referred a friend.

Very friendly staff and...
Very friendly staff and quick response by maintenance. Only request is to consider giving offers for residents staying more than 5+ years. Like avoiding month to month additional fee or yearly once rent discounts if rent is paid on or before 3rd of everymonth.

The office staff is friendly...
The office staff is friendly and helpful. The managers do a pretty good job at making the community a safe place to live.

For the most part it...
For the most part it has been good although some of the previous management has not been very responsive. The maintenance staff and current office staff is very courteous and responsive. I am dissatisfied with the parking due to neighbors parking inoperable vehicles in prime parking spaces for months at a time. I would like for management to consider assigned parking spaces. The noise level is loud at times but usually on weekends and before 10pm.

I needed to relocate...
I needed to relocate from Auburn to Columbus rather quickly due to job promotion. Other properties I looked at offered smaller, less attractive apartments with less amenities for a much larger price tag. I am actually in an apartment that is almost 300 sqft larger and pay drastically less in utilities than I did in my previous apartment. I had come by to look at the property two weeks before I actually applied for the lease. On my initial visit the type of unit I was looking for wasn't going to be available for another month, which was fine by me. When I did contact them to apply, they had a unit available that day. I came in, took a look, signed and got my keys all on my lunch break. I have loved living here. It is close to everything and I feel very safe out and about at night. Parking has never been a problem for myself or guests. I have more than enough cabinet space and storage and the closets are nice and big. Since there are a lot of trees around I have had a bug or two but only when it is around the time for them to come spray again. Absolutely not an invasion type of situation. I also like that the community now has household kitchen grease recycling. All in all, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, safe apartment home at a good price.

This complex has always...

Avoid Brittwood Apartments!...
Avoid Brittwood Apartments! They claim to be "luxury" apartments; they are anything but. If you have a maintenance or service issue, you will have to fight very hard to get any response.

I always feel safe and...
It's a safe community. Never had any issues other than noise from the upstairs neighbors but it's an apartment so that is something to be expected.

I liked my stay in Brittwood...
I liked my stay in Brittwood APT. We refered lot of friends to Brittwood APT but seems that new renters are getting more benefits as compare to old renters in terms of rent, Thanksgiving offers etc. Same offers are given by other Apartments also. I would like if peoples get some benefits in terms of rewards for their long stay.

I have enjoyed residing...
I have enjoyed residing at Brittwood. The apartments are in a great and convenient part of town, the complex is overall very clean and the office and maintenance staff have been extremely friendly and attentive.

Since it's been hot lately maintenance made sure all Ac units were operating properly. The whole staff are very good in what they orfessinal do.great the community is quite peaceful.But needs more modern energy efficient doors and windows.but all in its good community.

This place is terrible!! Luxury apartments my A*s! I first read the reviews and decided that maybe they are all wrong... True at one time! The last month or so they have really taken a turn for the worse! Its a big complex though, like over 200 apartments... I guess I am suposed to feel like a number and less like a part of a community! ... And if you think that a newsletter and standing outside saying like us on facebook is good for us u are soooo wrong! We dont like to go inside to pay rent why would we like you on FB???

I WANT JESSICA BACK! My husband and I have lived here for almost a year now and when we first arrived we loved it! Unfortunately the company who owns Brittwood completely redid its leasing staff and I am very disappointed. The new front office people are very rude and unfriendly everytime I go in there. They don't care to help you much they just want to get you out of their hair as quickly as possible. And things that were promised to us when we moved in have yet to be taken care of. Example: we were told we would be getting new blinds and a new screen door and they have yet to arrive. Also they have the landscapers come in whether its been raining or not and now we have nasty tire tracks it our back yard because they mowed when it was muddy. Unfortunately since they redid te leasing office staff Brittwood for us has gone down the drain. We plan on moving out as soon as our lease is up. Unless they bring back our old leasing staff.
