Everything is very good. Friendly neighbor. Condominium offices are productive, they always support you very well. Safe quiet space. The apartment building is very clean. I have rented in many places, the first time I rented this area, I really like the living space here, everything is very good. Compared to the money you spend to rent, you get more than that amount.

My move in process was smooth. The office staff was extremely nice. I actually called and asked millions of questions before my move in date and they were eager to answer. I love it here! I feel secure. It's gated and your neighbors are looking out. If you're apartment hunting, this is your new home!!

If you enjoy your life or want to enjoy your life, you should not move here. Want your dog to eat a used tampon at the dog park or escape from a broken fence because they won't answer the phone? Then this is the place for you! Want to walk past glass on the sidewalk or parking lot that stays for days after you call to let them know? Stop on by! Want to hear every breath your neighbors take, especially if you're on the first floor like I am? Submit an application! This has easily been the worst apartment living situation I've ever had and I've been in apartments for the past 8 years. The maintenance workers are pretty awesome, but getting management to actually tell them about a problem is a whole different story. The gate breaks very frequently, there seems to be no recycling option, the main manager woman is deeply unpleasant, and they make it quite difficult to get them on the phone. Through the pandemic, they've made it nearly impossible to pick up your packages if you have a job that has regular hours. For awhile, they refused to accept any packages at all, so everything got sent back to the main post office or got lost en route to the post office. I know the price point is appealing and the office workers are pretty nice (except for a couple of them, including the main older lady), but it is not worth the trouble. They don't care about you, they don't care about your pets, they don't care if you enjoy living here.

Love it here at brittwood. The staff is real friendly. Love the pool area. The gym is a super pluse. I would tell a friend to come stay here. The neighbors are very nice qnd always meets. Its a nice walk area here to walk your meet new people

So far so good, very nice staff and promptness on maintenance request. Grounds are kept clean. Apartment complex is gated which is a plus. Near lots of shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the pond with a fountain.

I have lived at Brittwood Apartments for six months and so far my experience has been wonderful! The community is great and overall a safe and welcoming place to live. I have had pleasant experiences with all staff members and they have always been professional and happy to answer any questions. The maintenance workers have always been very attentive and quick to fix problems. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied!

The neighbors smoke weed, the maintenance people come in whenever they want ( you could be in the tub!), the pest control people are insulting and basically do nothing, the oven does not work, the doors aren't sealed properly so bugs come in and out, majority of the staff is very rude, the gate never works, safety is a major issue, there is not much reason to live here.

It's ok, I do not understand why the office is only open from 11am-2pm on weekdays. It seems that it is only open(only time available for me to get packages) when the majority of residents are not home and at work. I understand that with COVID going around to have reduced hours but it would better serve the community to have the limited open time window at a time when residents could practically go the office. I suggested to the staff a 5-8am or 5-8pm time window, to which was met with "that's the way it is." It just seems silly for my packages to be in a locked office for 21hrs a day and only available for pickup when the majority of people are at work. When the office fully closed I could still go the post office and pick them up until 6pm daily. The reduced hours are the opposite of convenient.

Not knowing the area, we were very nervous to choose our new home. We felt immediately welcomed by the staff at Brittwood, and all of our questions were answered well, even the questions we had regarding some negative items we'd seen online. The representative did not shy away from discussing those items with us, and shared her thoughts and what the owners were doing to correct any shortcomings. All communities will have some drawbacks, that is part of living in an apartment. I will say for the price and location, I think Brittwood is the best way you can go. It all depends on what you are looking for in a home. For us, we knew we wanted more space, and were willing to sacrifice some of the flashier amenities other property groups add to the detriment of their individual units. I think Thayer makes good decisions regarding improvements that benefit individuals as well as the community.

It has been good. The staff is nice. Emily one of the staff members is the best. She is the only one I really like to talk to as she is caring and considerate. The others are nice but Emily has that personality that makes you feel comfortable and appreciated as a resident.

HORRIBLE hypocritical property manager, can not escalate to anyone because she's also the regional manager. And she lives on the property, so you truly cannot escape her. I would recommend moving her to a different property, as every resident I have spoken to here has had some kind of run in with her. I also overheard her shouting up at the people who live above her and she threatened to evict them simply because she didn't like their response. Absolutely disgusting person to have managing any properties.
