Well I'm still at my apartment and I'm not leavening no time soon. I love where I stay at it's quite and don't nobody worry you and that's what I like about staying out here so if anybody decides to move please come stay here at this nice place

Very nice and quiet apartment complex. Very well maintained apartments and grounds. The staff and management are always very friendly and helpful. The maintenance group are also very polite and extremely helpful when every anyone needs them. Nice place to live.

Have lived here for 2 years. Mostly quiet Community. Staff are pleasant, manager Sandra gets things done! All staff are welcoming to residents when visiting the office. Grounds are kept clean, quick response to maintenance issue by maintenance staff.

You cannot force renters reviewing work orders to review the apartment. It's annoying and disingenuous. You won't necessarily get positive answers either. I don't want to spend the time doing this. Cheers

The community is quiet and although the rent has gone up quite a bit and they stopped the School district discount it is still a nice place to live. The staff is always nice and I haven't had any problems getting items repaired.

Some neighbors are rude and the community often looks dirty but the maintenance people make up for it. They are some of the nicest gentlemen I've dealt with. I think the grounds could use more maintenance but the staff is absolutely wonderful.

It was amazing when it was affordable and when the prices increased it was no longer affordable and stressful. I heard drug dealers is the reason why the rent in creased but that is not true due to the point that all tenants are not into drugs and all units would not be increased. I feel lied to and financially drained.

This is the second time I have lived in Brittwood. I returned to live here 20 years later because I enjoyed the sense of community. I feel safe, it's in a central location to everywhere , and the amenities are exactly what what I need them to be.

Very convenient location. Building are old but there is not much can be done. Maintenance staffs and lease officers staffs are working hard and helpful when I have(had) issues. Overall i am content except for yearly rent increase.

Love it, from the Office staff to Maintenance staff, they're all amazing. Been here for 12 years and never had any problems. It's a safe and quiet community, a good place to raise your kids. The location is excellent, Schools, Shopping centers etc. are close by. Any problems get resolved very fast and professional. Would recommend it to anybody, just an overall great Community

So far it has been a good experience. It's quite and everyone stays to themselves. The office has a good practice in sending reminders to dog owner to pick up after their pets. The crack down on car jacking has decreased allot.

My needs have always been met concerning repairs or upkeep. Staff has always been available and helpful.Lighting for the building numbers need to be improved for night deliveries. Otherwise it has been a great experience

With the cost of living rising. I think the value of the apartment does not meet the cost. Location is amazing. Short walk to the park. And it's almost 3 minutes to anything in the area. Pet friendly. But most of it is out dated for the price.

A pretty quiet community. Not very many disturbances. Keeps you very up to date with things going on within the community. On time with their work orders. Location is also in the middle of everything. Not long travel to stores or for food.

I've been with this community since 2016! I've watched the staff turnover and the growth within, however I've also seen the limitations. I enjoy living here, I just wish the rate wasn't so high.Ive recommended their community for many of my friends and coworkers.
