So far it has been nice. I would recommend first time renters to rent here in the future. Apartments could use some updates however. Not too bad but not the best either. It is decent for the price that it was when I first moved in. Now it seems like I'm paying more for less.

This property's management will retaliate for negative survey comments, complaints of noncompliance with federal laws, and more. They refuse to correct damaged, unsafe and wheelchair inaccessible sidewalks. Staff members illegally park blocking the few wheelchair access points that do exist. There is photographic evidence of all of this. They will evict or deny lease renewal to disabled residents using any made-up excuse they can think of. There are multiple residents who have experienced this. They will even go so far as to falsely accuse people of defamation for making any critical statements, no matter how true they are. They also regularly run contests to incentivize positive reviews, which is against the policies of nearly every review site, to try to bury the honest, negative ones. They also have their own employees submit positive reviews to fraudulently boost their ratings. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The location is great, there is shopping, restaurants and a community park within walking distance. Brittwood apartments are perfectly positioned near a main highway. The staff members are professional and courtesy. This is a great place to live

This apartment complex is well-maintained, clean, quiet, and affordable. All of the office and maintenance staff are friendly and handle any issues quickly. They also host fun community events - we loved the Halloween and Christmas parties, but the food truck was nice also.

The apartments are spacious and very nice. Nice location which surrounds plenty of things to do for both children & adults. Great area! Quiet and enjoyable place to live. Grounds are a very nice and well kept. The neighbors are all nice and very friendly.

It's very quiet and peaceful almost an ideal apartment selection. I haven't experienced the maintenance team yet but I'm sure they are professional as well. I've had no difficulties as of yet and I've stayed here since 2021 only one or two power outages but other than that everything has been okay.

My experience has overall been positive. The staff is kind and prompt to respond to any issues. The apartments are very nice for the price. Generally, I feel safe; although, my only complaint is that our car has been broken into once.

Since the day we inquired about apartment availability here at Brittwood, everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. There are always wholesome events going on to bring the community together. I have talked to office staff since moving in to ensure that things were going well and that all my concerns were handled to a satisfactory level. As someone who has lived in other apartments within Columbus, that I will leave unnamed, this is extremely wonderful. Also, I remember at least one complex attempting to charge for service request repairs, this place does not do anything like that. We feel safe here and like we can relax and just enjoy our space. Also, I have never heard my neighbors through the walls like I have in other complexes.

Brittwood Apartments are a nice and quiet community. When I do have a maintenance issue they are on top of it and take care of the problem instantly. Everyone from the front office staff to the maintenance team are always friendly and professional.

Moving in the Staff was really nice and patient as it was my first apartment and I had tons of questions. I definitely had to get use to the parking situation, not everyone knows how to park. My neighbor is not the best but I stay to myself anyways. One thing I wish I did more research on was the location of this particular unit. I was actually looking for a front unit. However, you live and you learn through experience. If I had any issues maintenance came and took care of it. The Staff was always nice and helped me understand certain problems that I had. They do have events at the complex and they will send out emails to let you know which is cool. Do not expect a highly protected locked down apartment complex in a perfect world we would have one. However, people always find ways around anything. Keep your cars empty and locked. If you are interested in Brittwood on scales of 0 to 10 I would give it an 8. It's close to CSU, and all the stores and food places. There is a school next to Brittwood so be aware of that. Other than that makes sure you understand what is expected of you before you get an apartment.

Apartments are newly renovated and neighbors are friendly. The area is clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for both work and shopping, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions for entertainment.

I've been a resident for 3 years and I have enjoyed every minute living here. The staff is fantastic and the office manager, Breanna Richardson does a wonderful leading her team, always a pleasure when I get a chance to speak with her. Great place to live, love the location and safe feeling.

I am very happy with Management taking care of apartments and residents. Stop jacking up the rent would be nice. Don't put a minimum number of characters on answering this question. Community is nice and quiet except for some residents revving their engines

The staff and maintenance crew are friendly and quick to respond to any issue. They have a great salt water pool that is cleaned everyday. The community is within walking distance of a church, a park, a school, a wal-mart, and a car shop.

It was good at first but has gone down hill tremendously. They no longer deliver packages, the mailman absolutely sucks, the main gate is always not working, and they just won't replace it. Maintenance and the receptionist suck majorly and never do their job the first time.

Staff doesn't do anything, maintenance especially doesn't do anything, pest control is basically non existent, when I moved in the place wasn't very clean, has a crack in the fridge, the dishwasher was tilted, the shower knob falls down so you have either freezing or boiling, the dog park has two massive sink holes, the speed bumps just to get out of the apartment are brutal on your car's suspension, I've had bugs especially ants in my apartment and when I called for maintenance the lady told me they were basically useless and I would be better off buying my own products and doing it myself which she was right. It's awful here and I'm leaving as soon as my lease ends.

My mother just moved in. Everybody has been very nice. We've had some minor repairs needed. They fixed them almost immediately. The staff in the office have more than helpful. The lady's are always friendly. Think my Mother is very happy.

So far, everything has been going amazing and it's in a nice location. The office staff is amazing and is willing to help you with anything that you may need. Maintenance is also quick about coming to complete any work request which is a bonus to all of the other great things that the property has to offer!

I'm ready to move. This place is not luxury when everything breaks down. I've had alot of experiences in my own apartment since day 1 (rat, roaches, mold). But the community gates are also broken. Laundry room door is either broken or purposely locked at a certain hour (with no signs around to advise of operable hours). Also, the washers and dryers are ALWAYS broke because there's usually 4 dryers and washers available at a time. I can't afford this place anymore anyway so I'm not renewing my lease.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF OVERALL, TIMELY SERVICE AND ALWAYS ENSURING THE RESIDENTS ARE UP TO DATE ON EVERYTHING GOING ON. THE GYM EQUIPTMENT IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE GROUNDS GET KEPT UP NICELY. THE APARTMENTS THEMSELVES ARE A LITTLE ON THE SMALLER SIDE SO I WOULD SUGGEST VIEWING BEFORE YOU MOVE IN TO MAKE SURE IT IS WHAT YOU WANT.
