So far I really have a good and peaceful sleep which I think is the most important factor in choosing a home, you can get to relax and at the same time enjoy the vicinity. It is safe to explore the area.

My stay at Brittwood apartments has been a pleasure. I experienced no negative issues during my lease. My requests for any maintenance issues were readily handled. Staff is always pleasant and attentive. I would recommend complex to anyone who inquires

GREAT-----HAPPY AND THANKFUL. I DO NOT KNOW HHOW TO EXPRESS MY SITUATION. I HAVE ALWAYS LIVED IN A HOME. THIS IS NEW TO ME. I COULD NOT BE MORE SATISIFIED UNLESS INSTEAD OF A TUB I HAD A WALKIN SHOWER. I AM 98 YEARS OF AGE AND TO SHOWER IN THE TUB SCARES ME.

Overall move in was good, Apartment is nice and clean and it is safe as it is gated community. And office staff is so helpful and Explained all the things. Maintenance team is so quick to fix the issue.

The experience has been pretty good. It's a quiet safe community. I've had no issues so far and hope that it continues this way. The maintenance staff acts quickly when any work orders are submitted. Overall, great!

The staff of Britt David apartment very nice and the apartment it self it's very nice in definitely I would make this my home nice pool nice weight room and yard laundry room, and a nice place for gathering. Nice for baby shower and more. Just love it. Carly very nice and wonderful she help you in anyway she can. Thank you so much.

The staff is very nice. They are always ready to assist. I've never had to contact them more than once for an issue. I'm most cases they will follow up with request they see even if you do not ask???.

Very courteous staff and maintainence department workers. Never a complaint or hesitation if needing a repair or assistance. Would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a residence . Good job by all

Very friendly neighborhood, i feel safe around here, everything is close so i dont have to worry about driving far to get somewhere, our floors do squeak when we walk a little but we will get use to it

this is a very nice apartment complex with clean surroundings. i like that management stays on top of repairs and any issues that come up quickly. i also like that the complex is located close to grocery stores and shopping areas.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our new apartment. Even our cat loves it here. The staff is very helpful and responsive, the neighbors are friendly, and the building is clean, sturdy, and with good working fixtures. We just married last Fall and this apartment is just the right size for us. We're happy to call Brittwood our new home.

Great experience!! Nice apartments and friendly staff. The maintenance department is friendly and professional. They are always on top of all issues to be fixed. The staff at the front office is friendly and professional too.

The rent increases every year. The gate and trash compactor is always broken. Parking is minimal, I always have to park away from my building. There are people that do not pick up after their pets. There are too many stray cats that climb on top of my car leaving paw prints and scratches

Service is poor in taking actions to your maintenance request. Location wise is great, close to park, gas station and restaurants. Reading reviews about the apartment and neighborhood is really important.

I'm a new resident of this community. I'm very pleased by the process. It was very easy, not stressful at all. I was able to tour the place. Staff was very informative the entire time while filling out my application process. Everything exceeded my expectations.

It's a quiet community. One work order was not fulfilled, that of dusting /cleaning the breezeway which I ended up doing myself. My recent work orders were held back until I signed the new lease. I was told that the lease had to be signed first before the orders could be filled. A new tap was installed in the kitchen only after I signed. I would prefer to be at the house when work orders are filled but the last one was done in my absence.

The community is nice. The neighbors don't typically bother anyone and it is relatively quiet. For years now, there has always been problems with the laundry facility and Brittwood has finally renovated it and has installed updated laundry machines that accepts payments with credit cards/app. The pool could use a bit more cleaning around the spring/summer seasons. For a long time, I have always had all my packages delivered to the front leasing office and I would pick it up, when I have time, and I have never had a problem until recently. There have been several packages that have gone missing and there has been time when I get notified that I have a package in the office, I would stop by to pick it up only to see that it is someone else's package. Of course I always check before I leave to make sure the name and unit number on the package is mine, but I can't help but wonder if some of my missing packages could be that it was given to someone else. Overall, the maintenance has been great and I don't have any complaints about the property.

Overall, I rate the community a 6/10. Not much has been done about visitors entering the complex through the exit gate (I fear a small child or animal could be hit). People with dogs let them poop most anywhere & don't clean up after them when there are designated spots for dog waste. Currently, feral cats have taken over and are being fed by residents after staff has asked for this to cease several times. I love the sense of security with the gated access when it is used properly. Maintenance is usually very responsive. The pool, clubhouse, & laundromat are always well-maintained.

I used app as well as word of mouth. It was a really easy process and I was contacted maybe a day after putting in for a tour and everyone was friendly and helpful and explained what to do and how the community works

Employees are very interested in my needs. Very professional experience. Toured a unit but was not what I wanted. No other units were available to view and I would like to see others, will definitely come vack.

I love my Unit, the Staff and Maintenance. Location is amazing and feels safe! Close to all of the shopping centers and restaurants. So much to do here for adults and families. Only a few minutes from any place that you need.

I have been living in this apartment complex for a while now. The front desk staff is very helpful and courteous. I can actually go up to the office and have a conversation with them, and we have became like friends. The maintenance is always on point to fix anything you have a problem with, in a proficient and timely manner. The apartments are very spacious and well maintained over the years. Its a realy good community to live in and pretty much in the center of everything.

Brittwood is a greT place to live. The apartment complex have on site pool, fitness room, wash and dryer, car wash and vaccuming, grills so you can cook on outside, if you have a pet they have station so they can use it and you pick up behind your pet.

My experience with the staff have all been great. They are very friendly and helpful. The buildings are a bit old and could use some work. If you sign a lease, the rates are great, otherwise it's not worth the money you pay. It's also not easy or cheap to get out of the lease.
