Brittwood is a great complex. During the summer on Sundays the music get a little loud at the pool but really it's not bad. They really keep the complex clean. The gate sometimes is frustrating, not working or down. It's a gated community so the gates should be in working order.

This is my first apartment and it was been wonderful living here. The community is great and diverse and the staff are always so nice and helpful. I love that they do things for residents like the food trucks and giveaways. The only thing is that I wish there was little bit more lighting and cameras in the parking lot.

Quiet and safe community., immediately felt like home. Apartment was clean upon arrival and staff was patient and cheerful. Maintenance was friendly and provided helpful tips. Exercise equipment is minimal but the pool is beautiful.

They have a pool and a self service car wash. I like that this community is quiet for the most part. The community has a great location. The rent is more affordable than other places. The maintenance people show up quickly.

Office staff is very nice. If any problems concerning our apartment, work orders are completed at a very fast pace. We love having the gym and pool for these hot summer days. My family and I love living here at Brittwood Apartments

The only reason I live here is because it's the cheapest place on the north side of town. But honestly the apartments need to be updated and renovated. The price is too high for such an old aesthetic apartments

I have had a good experience with the staff here. When calling the office they are professional. Usually the work order is taken care of the same day. The maintenance people are always friendly and polite. They clean up after they are finished

Brittwood is a wonderful community to live at. Grounds are kept up nicely and their maintenance and office staff are very efficient and friendly. I especially love the food trucks they have monthly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment.

Started with roaches and ended up with Credit report

We lived in this apartment complex for a couple of years. After moving in, we started to notice a few cockroaches in the kitchen area. The pest control came (bi)weekly to get rid of them but it didn't work. We regret that we did not move out at that time. We trusted this apartment company. Last year, we finally moved out. We paid the cleaning service (gave them a receipt), completed the carpet inspection, and replaced the Stove Burner Drip Pans. We also handed out the forwarding of our new address to the front desk staff, just in case. Six months later, we happened to notice that the leasing office staff disputed a faulty credit report to the National Credit Union. We tried to contact the manager but she kept avoiding our calls. We called them to verify 1) why they reported to the credit union when they knew how to contact us, and 2) why we were left with that particular amount, 3) what we were supposed to pay when there left with a security deposit. We still don't know what we owe because they never called us, or gave us an explanation for it. DON'T BE A VICTIM.

TIPS Spice up this easy egg favorite by adding Pepper Jack and salsa, or lighten it up by substituting cooking spray and water for the butter and milk. Avoid cast iron. Eggs scrambled in a cast iron skillet can turn a greenish shade. This harmless but unappealing color change is the result of a chemical reaction between iron in the pan and sulfur in egg whites. Don't overcook. The heat retained in the pan will continue to cook and firm up the eggs after pan is removed from heat. How long to beat? It's a matter of preference. Light beating produces more dense scrambled eggs. Vigorous beating aerates the eggs, resulting in lighter fluffier curds. Ideally, serve scrambled eggs as soon as they are cooked, but if necessary, they can be held for a short time. Place the skillet of cooked eggs over a pan of hot water rather than over direct heat. This recipe is an excellent source of protein, vitamin A and choline, and a good source of vitamin D and folate.

Don’t do it. Scam for deposit

Look good on outside and out dated inside. Bugs. They charge for everything when you moving out. Charged me 350 saying bath tub need resurfacing. I was only there a year and moved into that place with old appliances and all. Then charged 70 for two small holes in wall from my tv which was hung. It’s a scam. They are nice until you try to move out. Charge for light bulbs and all. They going to make sure they keep most of your deposit. Seriously no matter how clean you leave the apartment when moving.

I have lived in apartments before, but this is the most quiet place I have ever occupied. I have noticed very few problems, but I only had trouble with the unowned cats. I finally got them away from my patio but they are continuing ton live in the bushes near the mail boxes. Thanks for all your efforts to care for the properties.

the community is awesome there are just some upper level residents that are very inconsiderate to lower level residents. the staff and maintenance are amazing they work quickly and professionally the neighborhood is very clean and nice my only issue is my upstairs neighbor.
