Great location. Everything is nearby and in walking distance if you do not have a vehicle. Math and science school directly across the street if you have a highschooler that's interested in those subjects.

Apartment has deteriorated with the amount of noise and cleanliness in the last few years. Maintenance and office stuff is still too notch but tenants have no respect of others and rules keep getting broken.

It was beautiful when I moved here and then everything just changed. Maintenance is always top key that's what lacking since Tommy the maintenance guy left. There is no same-day service. We need maintenance guys.

It is a very quiet place, where you don't have to worry about someone stealing your things, it is pet-friendly and has a nice pool and areas for your children to play quietly without anything happening to them, since it has gates. You need a code to enter the property.

Need a new gate gate wipp open and let anyone in. To many people outside especially on weekend working on cars and loud conversations. It's too much traffic and weed smell in apt 1 and 2 building. No parking spaces either if one apt have 3 cars thry park the car thry aren't using and using up parking space. I don't pay almost 14000 a month and don't have nowhere to park. People in the front are parking in the back.

Honestly, there's not a lot to not like. It's pretty quiet, I like my apartment. Maintenance is top notch, office staff is friendly. Appliances are just super old for the money we are paying. I know people that pay less but have newer and better amenities.

I enjoy living at this complex. It's pretty quiet, safe and clean. I just think the price can be a little lowered especially if there is not a washer and dryer in the unit. Otherwise the leasing office is prompt.

I been living here for 11 years now. It was great at first but now The Columns At Club Drive has been going downhill. We are forced to pay for a man to pick up our trash and bring it to the front of this complex. That should be our choice. Also, now they are forcing us to pay $30 a month and they have been closing the pool at 6pm and the pool hours are supposed to be from 10 am to 10 pm. I am very upset about this because I am not able go to the pool until after 5pm and it is nearly closed at that time. This is absurd! Stop charging us for the pool if we can't use it!

we have a nice community in this place.... you're welcome to come and see this place..... we have a swimming pool and everybody is welcome to enjoy it... and we have tennis courts.... if somebody wants to play is welcome too.....
