My experience has been good so far. I have no major complaints. I've only had a few maintenance issues but they have all been taken care of up to this point. It seems tenants do not abide by the rules concerning bulk trash at the dumpster creating eye sores at the front of the property and the security arm to the entrance is frequently broken. Otherwise my experience has been good overall.

When I begin to shop around for an apartment I looked at quite a few. There was something about the Columns of Club Drive that helped me make my decision to move here. I enjoy my community and my neighbors. The leasing office staff/maintenance is very courteous and prompt with request. The grounds are well kept which I appreciate. I am enjoying this community.

I am a returning resident, I lived here 8 years ago. Things have really changed in time regarding customer service. I guess it's the world we now live in. I do wish there would be some sort of discount for seniors.

The first property management team was far more responsive, friendly, and accommodating. This team seems to be motivated by cutting costs for the owners, increasing costs for residents, not fixing property issues (too many pot-holes in the driveways), and they charge too much money to do simple things I can't do. I've been here a long time, and am disappointed. Better than they used to be, they still run this property in a mediocre manner. Rent increases are ridiculous (8% this year), and they know I live on a fixed-income. Gate-arm breaks a lot and doesn't get fixed for long stretches of time. It needs to close faster, because 3-4 cars can go through when the arm is broken. The incoming gate itself isn't opening wide enough on the right gate. People at the keypad have caught on, and just follow residents through the gate. Can't keep managers; high turn-over rate. Too many instances of having the water shut off as well.

The Columns at the Club Drive is a nice place to move and they make sure your satisfy with everything. It's a nice safe environment for your family to stay also gated community. The whole entire staff at the office is nice. Every since I been here the staff make u feel just like they your family. Ms. Sheila is a fun great person she is great with explain everything to u. Cara also a nice fun good person always with a good attitude and a smile on her face. John Carlos is the best Property Manger u can have. It hard to find a property manger that knows every tenant by their name but that what u call a great , outstanding property manger. So that u tell whoever looking for and apartment The Columns at Club Drive is where u should be.

LEASING AGENT CARA IS THE BEST! SHE WAS ABLE TO GET ME IN MY APARTMENT BY THE DATE NEEDED AND THE APARTMENT WAS SUPER NEAT! THE COMMUNITY IS QUIET AND FAMILY ORIENTED. THE APARTMENT GROUNDS ARE CLEAN AND WELL KEPT.

I think the space in the apartments are nice. The front office staff are WONDERFUL!! Maintenance has been quick. No huge concerns other than the holes in the road being better repaired. Overall I think the property is in a great location accessible to the freeway.

From the date of my application to the move in date everything went really smooth and it was all done online. The clumns are great but cleaning gym not and outdoors the lights the landscape tennis cor. Theres is no signal thats said speed limit wach out kids play outside the gates. The lights at tenniscort dont work.

The apartment was not fully painted or cleaned at move in. Many residents do not pick up after their dogs and there is a lot of feces on the greenery. I like the cost of rent, the neighbors, and the location of the complex.

We had high hopes for this complex, but unfortunately have been dissatisfied thus far. We moved in only last weekend and have experienced multiple issues which have yet to be resolved. We would like to work these issues out with the management but have run into issues with cooperation and reaching reasonable solutions. The cleanliness of the apartment we moved into is nothing like the model. Unbelievable dust build up, stains on vast areas of the ceiling, bathrooms were unclean, dirt on the walls, cracks in the walls, etc... Maybe things will get better as time goes on and our requests are heard.

There are roaches, Black widow spiders, brown recluse spiders and more. We keep an extremely clean apartment. We take trash out twice a day, never leave food or dishes out. The staff is horrible and doesn't care. The neighborhood is full of kids who run around in the middle of the road and don't care if you're driving by. The pool is filled with kids who piss in it daily. The gym is a joke. The laundry mat is infested with bugs. The rent is way too high for a 1 out of 10 apartment complex. Our neighbors are always fighting and loud. Cops are in the apartment complex on a daily basis for domestic abuse calls. There's are least 10 trap houses I can count if not more.

Moved in at start of July 2017. I remember visiting a few apartment complexes to get an idea of the environment and pricing. Cara: There was no comparison to Cara. She was not only the most professional of the 3 or 4 apartment complexes in the Gwinnett area we visited, but by far the most authentically friendly. On top of being super awesome at this initial meeting, she still maintains her professionalism and quick response to our, and I'm sure everyone's, concerns. Like many apartment complexes, I feel like they just want you to sign the lease and you're just a monthly check to them. That's not the case here and certainly not with Cara. This apartment complex would be foolish not to promote her to a higher status soon or simply host an annual community parade in her name. Actually living here: The grounds are neatly kept. The gate acts weird sometimes but I think it's because multiple people try to go through when THERE IS A SIGN that says "one car at a time." The trash collects but is very quickly taken care of. I kind of wish the roads were a little wider because there is a turn that is a wee bit narrow to drive through. The pool area is lit but I wish it part of it was further away from the trash area because the wind carries the smell over to the pool. Neighbors take care of their dogs (ie. haven't stepped in crap). You can always find a parking spot. Considering how many people live here, it's very quiet. I love how everyone has their personal porch. It makes apartment living a little more private. Our apartment is adorable and overall it's a great area to live in. Just work on widening the roads so we can have the parade. K? Thnx.
