MELISSA RUIZ WAS MY LEASING CONSULTANT. SHE SHOWED ME THE COMMUNITY AS WELL AS THE AMENITIES. WE THEN SAW A 1BR APT-WHICH IS WHAT I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR. THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY, QUIET. GARAGE SPACE IS AVAILABLE, AS WELL AS STORAGE IN THE PATIO AREA OF THE UNIT. THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY LOOKED CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. RENTS ARE QUITE REASONABLE. I HAVE TO ADD AT THIS POINT THAT I FOUND THIS COMMUNITY THROUGH A LOCATOR SERVICE CALLED "PROMOVE".

Office staff is great and i would recommend this community to my family and friends. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the community and the overall beauty of the apartments. The pool is always cleans.

Constant bug/roach infestations without management helping with the issue. Pest control is supposed to come out and they never do. I have put in several maintenance request or a remedy to this issue. The work order will be closed out, but there is never anyone to come out for pest control.

It's extremely close to my job, it's close to the interstate, everything is modern and clean and functional, there are plenty of stores and activities around, just extremely convenient all around. I was having a difficult time finding an apartment in a community that didn't make it an absolute nightmare applying or moving in, and the columns was very helpful

Good experience. Staff is friendly and prompt. The complex is clean and quiet. The only downside is that there is sometimes traffic on the street outside of the complex entrance. It's usually around the after work rush hour timeframe.

Overall a safe community and rent is great for what you receive, staff extremely response and fast to work on any issues residents have. Maintenance comes within the same day you put a service request form in and get the job done.

Not a good community to move to the manger and her office staff are terrible they double charge u for water and make u pay it and ----- the manger does not respond to emails at all, or communicate, ------- the other employee is very disrespectful and have no customer service skills, she told me on the phone which the conversation is recorded as well and i will be sending to corporate, she said well i’m leaving here in 1 minute so I will look into ur problem tomorrow and call u , didn’t answer any of my questions just told me to call the number on the paper and they can answer my questions… how unprofessional and rude ! The best people at this community is the whole maintenance staff from manager on down they fix ur problems immediately and even residents because ----- and ------- refuse to!

Overall is a nice community quiet I do feel safe here it's just a small issues that I mentioned before kids playing in the tennis court after hours and them not keeping the gate closed or someone breaking the gates

I moved in October 2020 from Denver, Co. I was given the wrong Apt. In which that apt was a nightmare. I still have the pictures. One of the leasing Agents at the time said he couldn't believe that they were still renting out that particular apt. That Apt has roaches in which some enter my apt every 3 to 6 months. Some appliances in my current apt like my dishwasher is very nasty and very rusted in several places throughout the entire dishwasher with hair inside from day 1 and can't be used. Even the space that it's put in, doesn't exactly fit. It has a large open gap at the top. My oven top is extremely bowed in and when I cook especially in frying pan or pot. The food slides to one side. It's lopsided. I pointed this out to the leasing agent Tisha Donaldson who I pointed this out to at the time I moved in because she was at the apartment with me the time I moved in. Also one of the counters in Kitchen has a piece of wood missing and oversized screw hanging down. Also the white caulking around the bottom of my toilet is molded. Including around certain areas around my bathroom sink and bathtub. Also there is hard dark calcium built up inside toilet bowl. I pointed all of this out at the time of move in. But unfortunately she said there was nothing they could do and agreed some things needed to be replaced. A maintenance man came out a few months ago and scrubbed some of the calcium out but wasn't able to get a lot of it out. My mom came out to visit me for the first time the last week in November and stayed with me for almost 3 weeks because I had surgery. She was appalled and said this was unacceptable to be paying all of this money with appliances among other things looking the way that they did in the apartment. The maintenance guy who came out to fix my ice maker amongst light switch among thermostat also agreed and said that several apts needed new appliances and didn't understand why all of this money was recently spent on painting the exterior of the entire apt complex a different color and parking lots repaired. Instead putting new appliances in the apts. He also got some of the bowing out of my oven top but it's still bowed. I like where I live although I am extremely unhappy with the condition of some of the things in my apt and the carpet needs to be cleaned.

Kind staff that are very helpful and want to ensure your experience is good. We enjoyed the updates in the community and the dedication to keeping a clean living environment. The only downside is really the space is small but the price is great for the area. Definitely wish we would have done a renovated apartment but appliances work great in the old ones.

The community is nice, some people will talk to you in a nice manner, other people will just leave you alone which I like. The location is decent. The only downsides I could think of are it's a little expensive for not being that impressive, and the gym could be a lot better. But other than that things are decent.

The maintenance is good the office staff not so much. Although they just hired a new manager and she has been nice pretty good so far but the boy that works in there he has an attitude that he does not want to be there, and I feel like he takes it out of you when you come in the laundry room and the workout room have keys like just give you extra keys when they can order digital locks for a very minimal to nothing, overall the community is pretty clean and nice I don't like how they fluctuate your rent with water and trash saying that is a community sharing that's weird. Sometimes my rent is sometimes my rent is 1700 which makes no sense when they told me when I moved in. They told me my basement rent was 1500 and then they add all this other stuff on there.

So far so good! This a very quiet community. Anytime I've called maintenance they've been very prompt in fixing any issues. The office has weird hours but they've been much better at answering calls (they were short staffed from what I heard). Overall a nice place to live for the price.

This is a very nice community, very well taken care of,maintenance to a very good job making sure everything is in working order and the grounds are kept clean. The office staff always make themselves available and are constantly making improvements. The residents here tend to be friendly which makes you feel comfortable and safe.

The Column at Club drive is a one of great community to stay in. There is no issue when comes to schools, public transportations, parks, and local entertainment access. They have a great safety practice; the maintenance team is very professional. Also, the staff are helpful as well as knowledgeable.

So far. The experience is okay. Could be a little better. I found a problem with sometime when I commit to putting in orders that all of a sudden. I'm told they didn't get the order but I know I'll talk to the person in. The person took the order down so sometime it takes a while for somebody to come in and get done what I have to get done.
