We have bern residents since 2014. The apartments have porches and balconies that give it a homey feel. The inside is spacious and perfect for our needs. Nice deep cabinets for storage. Lots of families and quiet. I would recommend this community.

I would like say that I haven't had any problems since living here (2012). It is queit and peaceful. The only problem I have is when people come in the gate after you without using a card. Sometimes I think they may run into the back of my car. I would recommend it to others.

I enjoy the quietness and how the outside grounds are keep clean. However I think they should pressure wash once a month, change the online payments because that's not save,I believe that there needs to be something in place for neighbor who has dogs but don't have them on a leash, they need to upgrade the playgrounds,and update the inside of the apartment since the rent is raised every time your lease is up. I enjoy the upkeep of at the frontgate entrance.

Nice location with a good price. No problems with noise or loitering. Office staff is cool. They will work with you if you come into any problems to make sure you are comfortable at the end of the day. i would recommend this community to any new ATL resident.

We have been here for 4 years and it is not the same office staff change all the time we liked it better 4 years ago it has went down hill can't wait until my lease is up we are moving they go up on the rent every year and it;s not worth it can't wait to go...

This community has a revolving door of front office personnel. The managers I have experienced since being here have always had an attitude, when wrong they don't admit. They have no customer service skills. There is no resident retention.

So far as long as I have lived here, the apartment community has been quiet, clean, and well maintained. I recently had a service call around the time of the ice storms and the maintenance was prompt and handled the job the first time that they came out.

Just moved into this apartment and so far everything has been going well , there are a lot of kids in the complex that play in street but other than that everything has been pretty good oh and the gate to exit complex is broken but looks like a pretty well kept neighborhood

The experience overall has been good. Recently we have had apartment and vehicle break ins. The grounds are kept up nicely. The buildings are well maintained. I would like to see the kitchens and bathrooms updated. For the rent that we pay the kitchens are not in good shape.

great experience, great staff, love my apartment...I only want new kitchen vinyl and marble to replace what was cracked around my fireplace when i moved in. The only thing I really don't like is the parking situation and the playground that was taken away.

I really love the area because everything is close by. I'am a senior citizen so that is great for me, don't have far to drive, for food shopping are doctors office. I like my apartment because it is on the first floor. My parents like to visit because they don't have too clime stairs. My neighbors above me are very nice young men, I can nearly hear them. It is so nice, I hope that I'am a good neighbor to them as well. I try to treat people the way I want to be treated. The office staff and maintenance personal are very friendly and kind, don't no if maintenance is slow to get jobs done, are they short handed. My grand kids and I use the pool area I notice it was nice and clean so was the water the flowers and land scape nicely done. Seeing the beautiful land scape when coming though the gate make you feel like welcome home. That I like. I must say, I would recommend family and friends to this property it dose feel like home. If you must leave the area the express 85 is about s block up the street. Don't no what else to say, I like my apartment and the area that I live in.neighbors are nice and considered of others my little area is quite and peaceful. Like I said before I would refer family and friends to this property the grand kids enjoyed the play ground, which has been taken away, don't no why. I have small grandchildren that come to visit from time to time, that allowed them to mot be in the apparent all the time when they come to visit.

At this time, I am not happy with my experience here at the Columns. My main issue has been the plumbing. I have had a good experience with other issues as they arose. But right now, I cannot in good conscience give a good rating or a recommendation.

My experience here has been very satisfactory-maintenance problems are taken care of usually within 48 hrs. Apartment breezeways well lit and grounds well-maintained. Should be noise ordinance against extremely loud car stereos!

Overall a good place to live,maintenance is always prompt. If there was ever a problem with our apartment they always came to fix it. Also the neighbors are always quiet, on my side anyway. Everyone is friendly. There were some issues with trash overloading but they seemed to fix that.

Haven't had many issues here. The option for tv would be better if we were able to get morethan just comcast or satellite.staff is courteous and friendly. The social activities are nice afdition. Happy so far.

So far I absolutely love it. The office staff is amazing. They're very friendly, professional and willing to assist. My only complaint is that my neighbors above me are extremely noisy and it sounds like they're falling through the ceiling

This community lures you to sign a long term deal by promising you a lower rent. Once you sign the lease you are stuck for 15 months. The apartment we rented wasn't properly maintained by the previous guy. The carpet was really dirty, lots of bugs. Kitchen faucet kept leaking water 24/7 for a week and we ended up paying a huge water bill. Both the toilets were leaking water when we moved in. So many more things to say. Overall a horrible experience. Never even consider staying in this complex. I can't wait to get out!!!

Started off great and slowly declined over the years. Doesn't feel safe anymore since theft within the community has occured. No security guard/patrol anymore. Maintenance turn around is slower and less professional.Breaking lease soon

The service is getting worst. I was promised complementary carpet cleaning. It has been more than two months. I still don't have concrete answer no one calling me back for an appointment or even follow up about. I have called twice about to find out what going on, still nothing. Also dumpster gets too full on the weekend. When you are coming through the gates first thing you notice is trust all over the floor. It's really bad and embarrassing to bring companies.

In the past the experience was very good. Now,there are more trash, noise and residents that do not respect and treat there fellow residents as they should desire to be treated. The overall service provided the 10 years I have been living in the Complex has been very good.

I have lived at the columns for about three years now. And I have never had any problems with the staff, or the other people living in the units. Every one is always friendly. And when something needs to be fixed, the mantence guys are very quick to come fix the problem. And the lady's in the front office are very polite and atenive.

Been a pleasure to live here. Maintenance responses are unequaled. They have upgraded the complex even when I thought it didn't even need it! Buying a house in the short future but in the meantime I'm happy at the Columns @ Club!
