This place is filled with great people, from the management to your neighbors (in general). Because we loved the community we renewed our lease. It is very kid-friendly and generally a quiet plot of land. During our time here the person behind us moved out and we inherited all their bugs. The Leasing Office did help minimize the problem, but we were never able to fully fix this issue. It is a growing area, so if you like industrial growth you may enjoy it because a high school is being built directly across the street. Because of these two factors we will not be renewing this year, but it means an open spot for someone new!

An office full of inexperience and incompetence. I've requested to speak with a Regional Manger for months, to no avail. I have reached out to ECI Group corporate directly who in turn referred the message to the property. This place is such a black hole of repairs, mold and waste they are simply collecting money from those who don't realize they can get better for their $ here. The Columns banks on complacency. All of the employees here are washed up and have no fire to excel. They do just enough to appear busy and will not proactively work without a work order or someone pointing something out on the property. I have never seen anyone walk the property or breezeway to note the condition. They say things such as we gave you a new fridge, when realistically any replacements of old worn appliances remain with the property so they are not doing a service for the tenants. The appliances and carpets are old. The ac units are sparingly replaced, so some apartments have these old Dinosaur units that cost lots of money to run. Meanwhile the front office is sitting pretty with brand new units that were installed so they can enjoy their conversations throughout the day without breaking a sweat. Water is cut off for hours without notice. Plenty of contractor vans allowed to park on the property and they swing their doors open and dent vehicles that dare park beside them. Dumpsters are always overflowing...foolishly, the office doesn't understand contractors have trash and debris that they will need to dump somewhere. Roaches are located throughout the property for your viewing pleasure and capital projects on repairs throughout the property are nonexistent. I will likely get a "sorry to hear about your experience, please contact our office to discuss" from the social media person that would like to PR the situation. Don't mistake that as interest, it is merely marketing 101. I do not recommend this property with the current staff in place...including the newly hired.

Overall its been a great experience. Great office staff and nice community. Apartments close to interstate and close to a lot of shopping. Only complaint is the teenagers around here damage the park equipment. The gates are broken a lot too..

Overall, I have had a very positive experience living at the Columns on Club Drive. The staff is friendly and responsible to your needs. The only negative that I have encountered is the trash area. It is often overflowing with garbage everywhere.

Good property great people. It's a very quiet property the pool is insanely awesome. The residents are pretty quiet. Overall a good community to make a home out of. Great shopping around the area. Great movie theaters and food and clothes shopping.

It was great until the management team changed; then downhill since. Lack of communication, showing up when they say they will, and being unprofessional is extremely troublesome to me! Glass in driveway, and bad bump in front of trash needs to be fixed!

The Columns At Club Drive is an amazing value. The apartment we rented has a better layout, more space and is better maintained than others we looked at with a much higher monthly rate and in less desirable locations. The staff has been amazing and the move in process could not have been any better or easier.

I had previously lived in this same complex for about 4 years and I had zero complaints. The overall staff of the current leadership team including the maintenance team needs more guidance. The interaction that I have received thus far has not been to my satisfaction.

Yes, I'm a resident. I had limited choices when I moved here, I encourage you to make a better decision than I did. Apartments are old and raggedy. Hardly any of the buildings breezeway lights work. The pictures posted are not even for the Columns at Club Drive property.

I've been a resident 3.5 years. Management/maintenance has come and gone, some good some bad. The most recent office manager is pretty good , I cant say much for the rest of the staff. The most recent maintenance is awful, bad attitude and does not know how to fix ANYTHING! Iv'e been trying to get a new dishwasher for 2 years because the one I have does not work. Every time maintenance comes out they just say change the type of detergent...no matter what you say, if you say liquid then they say use powdered and vice versus. There are more break-ins than any complex I've ever lived in. Once the water kept getting shut off and on for about a month, no credit was giving to residents and it was a holiday. They did offer a couple bottles of water for the inconvenience. But more importantly the rent has gone up sky high. When I first moved in I was paying $800 and now its going to $1128. It would not bother me if it was a nicer, cleaner property. Trash overflows, everything is broke down from the security gate to garage doors to muddy landscapes. You will literally be paying a high price to live in the projects. I'm not happy staying here, right now I'm back and forth with management over a so called late payment, my rent has been paid and accepted no late notice was ever giving to me. It's a hoax, I'm in the process of seeking legal action as I write this. I moved here from Indiana and it's been challenging at times but soon I'll be in a better place to seek a better, safer property. If you care for yourself of your family I strongly advise you to pass them by.

Rent is to high. I am very unhappy here. I miss the old staff. The maintenance sucks it half --- done. I could show pictures if requested. There one maintance guy who just talks on the phone swhole time is there. I do not unstand how this place. ss

The website does not do this community justice. I had the pleasure of meeting Marcel when I stopped by after work at 5:56 p.m. She welcomed me to come in and sit down while she asked how she could assist me. I did not feel hurried or rushed although I knew they close at 6:00 p.m. I made the commitment to come back in the morning where I could view an apartment. I saw and loved the community! It truly was the service that Marcel provided that won me over. Essentially all any property is....is just that...property. It is the people that make the community. Marcel is very attentive and caring with her residents. She encountered smiles and waves from current resident as we rode on the golf cart. One of the children told my daughter, "You're going to love it here". I then had the pleasure of meeting Mandy who is the property manager. Marcel already had me at hello (love her) and it was encouraging to see that Mandy was equally as cordial and accommodating. My neighbors offered to help me with some of my boxes and all smiled and welcomed us to the neighborhood. The front patio entrances give you the ability to sit on your front porch and enjoy the breeze. I am so happy that Marcel was as welcoming as she was when I came in late that evening...she made me want to come back and complete the application. I am looking forward to activities and have also volunteered my services. The Columns at Club Drive is a wonderful COMMUNITY due to the quality of employees and the residents they attract. I hope that this remains without change because it was a huge factor in me selecting this community. If you are headed to Columns at Club Drive ask for Marcel!

This property is quiet and clean. The ECI group of employees attends the every need of the tenants in a timely manner. They are all extremely professional in the job they do, making sure that every tenant is save and comfortable in the unit they pay for.

It is great community to live in. It is a great place for families. This community is close to everything, grocery stores, schools, gas stations, and Costco. I really enjoy living here and the neighborhood is quiet.
