The maintenance here is very attentive, the one thing I didn't like is that they half assed the job the first time and I had to call to put in a request a second time. It's an inconvenience to have the pool closed down at this moment especially with no update with if it's going open up soon.

Beautiful apartments and the staff is very helpful and friendly...I'm so glad to be apart of this community not a lot of noise in a great location with plenty of shopping nearby....what a wonderful place to call home!!!

Awesome move-in process. Everyone was nice and efficient. Really happy to be here. The area is clean and inside looks great. All neighbors I ran into are friendly as well. The area is surrounded by must need stores and not from the interstate for easy travel.

The move in process was very quick and easy. The staff has continued to be extremely helpful. While the apartment is on the slightly older side, it is in amazing condition and is very spacious for the price.

The Community itself ain't bad but it's just the rent!! Inflation is ridiculous we're not not raises at our job, so why rent is up?? Right now I can't move anywhere due to the cost of living so I think they need to decrease the rent

Nice and quite with some friendly neighbors. Move in process was fairly easy and quick. Loved the space we moved into for the value we pay for our rent. Only gripes we had was how often the main gate needed maintenance and how we could always hear upstairs neighbors when they walk around. Other than that it's been a pleasant experience here.

Everything was very neat and organized- It was easy to find with a lot of stores and shops located pretty close. They had remodeled apartments and non remodeled apartments which was nice for budget reasons

Relatively quiet community. Friendly neighbors. The maintenance staff is great. They are friendly, professional, respond quickly to requests and complete good work. The office staff leaves something to be desired but I think that's typical of apartment living. Always check your ledger because they will add extra fees without notice and not return emails when asked. The gate is pretty much always open and the water gets turned off at least once a week for "emergency repairs." Overall, it's an ok place to be for the cost. 7/10 recommended with caution.

It's been pretty good so far. It's pretty quiet here. My neighbors are nice as well. I love the new Valet trash pick up. It's convenient and easy. The maintenance staff is helpful and prompt. They are also kind.

Community is clean and quite. Some maintenance work don't get done on time but for the most part they try to get there on time. Overall the complex is great. Office staffs are welcoming and try to resolve issues promptly.
