THE staff of the club they are the best, they get my work done the same day I call for a work Oder, they are the best maintenance team that I ever had. I think they have better customer service than before. I really think ECI need to put more money in to the property.

I love living here. The only thing I don't like is the frequency with which staff enters my home and the last minute notifications of those entries. I have requested 24 hour notice, and hopefully that will happen. Otherwise, I am very happy with my apartment.

This has not been a good experience at all. From snakes in front of my door, electrical problems, someone trying to break into my car, flooding twice, kids running in front of my car, noisy neighbors.

I was happy here until all the problems started with the new management staff. There has been numbers of break ins, as well as the the leasing manager ----- is very dishonest. I have been having issues with my water and sewer bill increasing every month whn i stay in a 1br apt with NO washer/dryer connections. They found an issue with my toilet but still giving me the run around.

The Columns at Club Drive are very nice apartments inside and out. The one thing that I would recommend, is living on the top floor due to very noisy upstairs neighbors; that is my one and only complaint about living here. The grounds are well maintained and the office and maintenance staff are outstanding!

The staff here is courteous and friendly. They handle things in a timely and orderly fashion. The community is nice. The location is good, everything is easily accessed. There's access to public transportation of needed. My experience has been really good.

I didn't feel safe living here. The front gates are often stuck open allowing people to drive or walk through. I had to walk around the back of my building along the property line to get to my door. On two occasions the security light on the side of the building was burnt out/off. The first time it took over a week to be fixed. The security light is mounted near the roof of the building and shines into the trees which does little to light up the walkway. There have been at least two break-ins within the community which further makes me feel unsafe living here. Within the 7 months I have lived here, there have been MULTIPLE occasions when my water was turned off due to pipes bursting or water main breaks. Once the water was off for over 36 hours. Since I moved in, I have had endless problems and safety concerns.

We came to this community the day after thanksgiving and the lease associate who was working had a negative attitude. She acted as if she did not want to be there. Because of that impression, we did not bother to look at the apartment. We ended up renting at an apartment community with staff wanted to help us and cared about what we needed.

Worst apartment complex ever! This place is the pits. Cars blaring music at all hours of the night. Noisy neighbors mostly in the 1200s buildings. One of my neighbors smokes marijuana in the breezeway regularly I have talked to the leasing office about it but they have done nothing about it. It would be nice to come home and not choke on marijuana or have to look over my shoulder when I'm trying to get to my apartment. Also there was a fight in the parking lot the police were called and there was broken glass near the steps the grounds keeper still hasn't picked it all of it up. This used to be a nice complex but it's keeps getting worse and worse. Don't even get me started on how many times they have shut off the water in this place. I really think they should also hire extra security there's a fight going on right now and I'm sick of it, getting our my lease ASAP also last time I checked agreesibe dog breeds and grills weren't allowed in apartment complexes. so why does one neighbor have a grill right on their porch clear as day and another own a pitbull that she walks without a lease. Management needs to start enforcing there rules especially noise. Make a noise ordinance or something. If you choose to rent here I would take an apartment in the front the noisy apartmenst are in the back of the complex. The only redeeming quality in this place is the apartments itself are nice but everything else sucks.

Love the community. My car was stolen here a few months ago but the police responded quickly and found my car. I was able to have it repaired. I believe this was an isolated incident and I have not experienced any other issues. My kids & I are safe.

Friendly staff but inflated application fee with a dirty apartment to move into: Staff are great and the transition was fairly smooth. I personally think application fee should never be that high for any non luxury residential living. That in mind, I expected nothing but immaculate condition but to find quite the opposite. Would not recommend, would need serious convincing to extend lease.

This place sure knows how to inconvience its residents! Just the other day they turned the water off from 10pm to 5pm the next day!! THATS RIGHT 19 HRS WITH NO WATER!!!!!!!! They failed to mention that it would be turned off at 10 @ night they originally said it would be off from 10-3p 10/13 and the rescheduled TWICE and on 10/15 is when they cut the water off! I check my email today (SATURDAY 10/18) and guess what?! They have to turn the water off AGAIN!!!!! So in the 19 hours that the water was off originally they couldn't get whatever it was that they needed done? Every time the water gets turned off its the typical excuse that "A pipe bust"!!! COME UP WITH A BETTER EXCUSE COLUMNS OR TAKE THE EXTRA MONEY THAT YALL CHARGE US WHEN WE RENEW OUR LEASE TO GET BRAND NEW FREAKIN PIPES!!! Don't worry I will not be renewing once this lease is up!!! IM DONE WITH THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!! Outside of the water issues every other day the place is infested with spiders and roaches and the trash gets OUT OF CONTROL!! Let's not mention the gate that should be for "security" is broke every day also!! PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE!!!!!!!!

I have lived here since 2011. It's quiet and the apartments are spacious. I have had a few requests that have gone unnoticed over the years where I had to contact the office more than once to have completed. I still have a concern or issue that has yet to be addressed but it is not that bad living in the community. Most of the neighbors are nice & respect their living space.

Im ready to move and I cant wait until my lease is up! I know one of my neighbors is stalking me, yes he told me he's been watching me!!! I would love to break my lease and I plan on it. Also my kitchen floor hasn't been fixed since I moved in and it looks like the floor wasn't cleaned before they put the new floor down.

Love this apartments move almost a year ago and since then I have not had problem. The new management staff is nice and when I have a maintenance problem they always here to fixit. I am happy that I move to this apartments better than the last ones I lived.

Overall, good experience living here so far. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests have been completed within one day. Feel pretty safe, except for front gate issues from time to time, which are often created by people (non-residents I presume) trying to beat the gate closing.

This community could get 5 stars if it was updated with newer appliances, paint, and better quality tenants. My unit is spacious, however I wouldn't recommend in its current state. I do believe for the money I pay I could find something much better! But this could be due to ineffective management. The office staff is nice and will follow up on matters, but I don't think they really enjoy their jobs.

I have lived here for three years and it's been generally quiet & the staff is always quick to respond. There hasn't been any serious problems around the community and my only real complaint is how the kids act around vehicles and how the trash compactor looks on long weekends. But, if that's it than that's not bad.

I love everything about these apartment especially the cleanliness of the stair way make you really feel at home. I like that you can pay your rent online and request maintenance service without going into the office and wait your term. They keep the apartment landscaping up and care about the property.

It's nice enough but this being summer the teens are outside hanging out with their skateboards. Hard to go to sleep early if you have a job that you need to get up early for. The office staff acts like they have to put up with you when you go in with a problem.

I just signed the lease here and have been living here for a month and its been very noisy. The apartments itself are nice and maintenance is very fast at responding to request. However this complex is very noisy from others I've looked at; At first it looks like a quiet community but at night its another story. There is loud music, parties, plus the front gate is almost always broken. The person below me blast there music until 2:53am almost every night and there was a shouting match in the parking lot last night at 12 am as well. Can't wait until my lease is up and I can enjoy sleep again.

Its ok need to update apartment and stop doing patch work. The office is ok on response time but could be better. Of you are looking non expensive living but a decent neighborhood's then this is a great place. If considering think about access to most needed stores and family and financial structure.

It has been great. Staff are very accommodating and I always feel safe.staff is always very friendly and accomodating. Previous maintenance were the best I've ever experienced and I am sure this will continue. All my issues are generally resolved very quickly.
