I like it, except the appliances are old and not functional 100%, my dishwasher doesn't wash -I need to wash a load 3 times before is clean, and this is with rinsed dishes, my freezer is too small and the fridge freezes most of my groceries.

The apartment turned out to be quite and friendly people around. The management is simple friendly enough and they pay attention to every single complaints/concerns. The cleanliness over the lawn, swimming and trash area are great and should be appreciated.

Has been a great and safe place for me as a single older woman. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and respond to requests quicly. Packages delivered safely (I shop online a lot). Lots of children here, so noise factor goes up in summertime and you have to drive carefully as they dart out into driveways. Otherwise, has been a great three years! Moving in two weeks out of state. Leaving with NO complaints. Thanks very much!

I've been a resident at this community for almost a year. This is a beautiful and well kept community. The office staff are professional, friendly and prompt. The only issues would be the dysfunctions of our security gate and overload of trash at the bin. I would recommend these apartments to friends, new residence of Georgia and small families.

My experience here at The Columns at Club Drive, has been good. Safe property, neighbors know each other and pay attention to the surroundings. There are always Pros and Cons where ever you live. Living here is nice. Location is perfect, 4 out of 5 stars in my opinion.

I love it! From the day I took a tour everything have been great. The staff are super nice and friendly. I so recommend it here! Everyone stays to their self. Just peaceful. Close to restaurants, stores, gas station

I would recommend my family and friends to make The Columns their home! The management and staff as a whole are very nice and helpful and seem to really care about the community. The maintenance staff from what I have witnessed takes pride in what they do. In my opinion, The maintenance staff has a good work ethic! The grounds are kept beautiful every day. I am truly happy and satisfied that I made the right decision in making The Columns my home. : )

Awesome place to live and Sheila was a pleasure working with me on my unique situation as I was relocating from another state. Very quiet and family oriented. Local shops are close by and there are A LOT of things to do. Great customer service by staff and I really enjoy living here thus far.

Convenient to interstate, near shopping and restaurants. Reasonable rents, safe. The rents are competitive compared with other complexes in the area. There is a fitness center and a pool. Quiet, nice neighborhood.

I am pleased with my apartment @ Columns at Club Drive; The staff especially the Resident Manager is friendly and helpful! The Maintenance Staff is very efficient. The property is kept clean and very little noise!

When we first moved in we absolutely loved not only the cleanliness of the community but also the quietness and attention to details of the buildings and grounds. The staff is very helpful, courteous and assists us with our concerns. Our only complaint is the inconsideration of the neighbors with pets in cleaning up dog feces.

The apartments and grounds are well kept. The staff are very friendly and always follow up to make sure any reported issues are taken care of. My favorite features in my apartment are the large walk-in closets and the crown molding.

Have had noise issues with the people below me from the first week I moved in. They continually play their bass so loud that my floor and furniture vibrates. The police have been called out numerous times, and every time, their response is, "Why isn't Management doing anything about this." The issue has been raised to management NUMEROUS times, and most recently, I was told that "a letter" would be sent. If indeed a letter was sent, it had NO effect on the issue. Management seems wholly unconcerned that someone plays their bass 20+ hours per day, for numerous days on end, making it impossible to live near them. Never mind the fact that it is in Management's OWN Resident Handbook that such behavior is unacceptable!

Good and solid place to live. No problems so far in 2.5 years. Apartment is very spacious and well designed. Maintenance comes quickly to repair things. They also keep the grounds pretty well. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Neighbors are okay although it seems turnover here is very high. LOTS of kids and teens, so occasionally a noise issue during the summer evenings. Otherwise, good place and superb location! Very close to 85 access, shopping, and even regional busline, if you need it!

Wasn't what I expected, but they was willing to make it right. Was not pleased with what I saw when I did a deeper look at the interior of the cabinets. Had to put off having my furniture delivered due to apartment issues.

My apartment is nice and I do enjoy living here however my appliances are old and damaged, wish I could add pictures. Other than the overflowing trash and the broken gate and no one cleaning the breeze ways I have no complaints.

This complex is very convenient as far as shopping, access to the highway, my dealership is close. It's quiet and clean. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond to needs. However the front gate is constantly breaking due to people following others in. I initially moved in because of the gate and it is broken more than it works.

I have lived hear for almost a year and really like the property. This is a family friendly community mostly quiet during the work week, which I love and then people moving about and enjoying the weekends. No issues with neighbors.
