After months of looking for places to stay we came across Columns at Club Drive. They checked all out boxes . Nice & clean apartments, great price and quiet community. My move in process was get and staff was a delight. This is definitely a hidden gem. I am happy to call this home.

Needed an apartment with a immediate move-in availability. The leasing office team was able to accommodate my needs with a quick turnaround. The move-in transition was very smooth. The leasing team was ready for me with everything that I need at the point of move-in. The leasing team is very knowledgeable and willing to engage and address any questions that I had. Thank you for a great moving experience.

It's ok. Way too expensive for an outdated unit, I think they should renovate. The units have looked the same since 2006. It is in a convient location. Very close to i-85 and for the most part the community is quiet. Maintenance responds pretty quickly.

Community is overall fairly nice but has its issues, but nothing that can immediately detract from renting here. Most issues are minor or only affect a few units. Particularly, units near the pool have to deal with a large amount of noise, not coming from the pool, but from noisy drivers on Club Drive and Steve Reynold Boulevard. Additionally, when trash is collected very early in the morning (4 or 5 AM), the resulting loud noise will wake the dead. Beyond this, all of my maintenance issues are resolved within a day. The community is dated so many of the old appliances have to be dealt with. Particularly, the fridge and AC units are very inefficient and very much so need replacing. Regarding the price, the price is hard to beat for the size you get, but the office staff seems to have a peculiar sense of humor. When inquiring why my rent was increasing 200$ (>20% increase) the employee chortled and replied 'Market Rate and demand Increase' This is of course while they had more units vacant than when I first moved in, so I question the validity of that statement.

Experience was overall great. Tisha was very kind and helpful throughout the process. Apartment is spacious, clean, and great size deck. Only thing I disliked was that they changed my rate because I applied on a Friday and unfortunately the complex was unable to get the necessary requirements to move in. I've never experienced this with any other places I've applied to. I looked at a cheaper option but the apartment was smoked out so I had to stick with the more expensive apartment. Would recommend.

I moved to the Columns@Club Dr apts back in 2017 and the staff at the time were Awesome. I had no issues until someone living in the same building on the other side. Caused me and other residents roach problems. I contacted the office they did handle the issues. However it took a minute to get rid of them like they say about roaches they dont die they multiple. Lol I finally got rid of them. Other then that its a nice place to live back then. Fast forwarding year 2020 since the pandemic occurred the office staff changed to new workers. Its been down hill the rudeness going up ridiculously on the rent. I know thats every where the cost of rent went up. The difference is this complex went up $300 and more for some. Causing homelessness for a lot of people. Really sad but hey this is the society we live in greed. Other than all that its an ok place to live.

Overcharged close to $1,000 for water and sewage in a 2-month period. Complained, opened ticket with utility who said they could never get someone from apartment office to call them back. Been under review for 6 months with no relief. Horrible experience.

So far so good no lights in bed rooms or living room everything hung must be taken down. Not worth the monthly rent but I had little time shop around the gate is always open. The appartments stairs are filthy and there is not light or fans air in the main living room, or anywhere except bathrooms. As I said about 1000 dollars a month more expensive than worth but beggars can't be choosers

The community has been an incredible choice for me. I was helped with a very quick move and they were more than willing to work with me. Since living here, all of my issues have been quickly handled, and I have lived a good quality of life as an educator. I come home, and I'm happy to be here.

Current management and maintenance staff responds quickly to any issues. Thre are still outside maintenance problems that could be resolved, however. And the security of the place could be tighter. Additionally, I would like to see recycling.

Only lived at Columns Club Drive a short time but I never had a problem . Staff is very personable and I’ve found if I’ve ever had any questions the Management team has been incredibly helpful. Gretchen the Property Manager is always open to communicate any issues and is transparent with her answers. I appreciate that when it comes to deciding where you won’t to call home. Definitely recommend this Community!

When I first moved here it was great. I love the area. The gate area is always congested with people trying to get it but they sit in front of the gate so people who live there have to open the gate and let them in so they can get into their home. The people who live above me have dogs that run around all night long. We are talking 3 and 4 in the morning. It's really hard to get any sleep. The parking at my building is ridiculous. I think we should have assigned parking. Most of the time I have to park on the side of the building or even behind the building and do not feel safe having to walk that far in a half lit area. Trash area is always overflowing and needs to be picked up more often. It's so embarrassing if you're having company over.

I've had my entire apartment completely whipped out by flood and traumatized my son all because they refused to take the time to correctly fix a problem with the boiler that I already reported 2 times prior! My son is now too afraid to sleep alone.

I came here because of the good ratings. I have found that the ratings give the community more credit then they deserve. Management is Aweful. The community is going down and prices are going up, terrible.

The apartments and appliances are very outdated. Amenities (swimming pool, gym room, etc.) are a joke. They just have them look pretty for picture because most of the time they're locked. Since we moved in the beginning of 2021 and the pool was opened to use twice. They charge you pest fee and we have tons of roaches and spiders inside and running around outside our apartment. Every morning when I open the door to go to work my face would be tangle with spider webs. They also charge pets fee and they haven't replace dog waste bags or taken out all the dirty poop bags in all their dog waste station. We called to report that for 3 months and nothing change. Dog poops are everywhere on the ground. All the grassy area is like a mind field if you don't watch your step. Instead of improving the apartment they recently added a "trash valet" and jacked the rent up several hundreds more each month. "Trash valet" sounds fancy but it has so many rules we end up taking the trash to the dumpster ourselves. They keep raising the rent and evict so many residents recently. The gate is also a joke. When the gate opens, there's gonna be a line of 3-4 cars tailgate in because it opens really slow and stay open for a very long time. Don't get tricked by "We have a gate and you'll be safe". The staff and management are very unprofessional and condescending, including the old and new manager. We called to report water pike broke in end of April and no one came. A week later we called again for the third time and the old manager Kris, with a very condescending tone asked why we didn't report earlier?! By the time they came to check, the broken pipes got worse and affected multiple units in the building. All the walls in our apartment got mold. The air, walls, and carpet felt mushy and moldy. We contacted the Columns again and they brought in 3 industrial fans & a heater trying to dry the wall up. We had to vacate out of the apartment due to loud noise and heat running 24/7 for 2 weeks. Our electric and water bills got highjacked because of that. We contacted the Columns again and was promised by the old manager Kris to reimburse us when we send them the bills. Management changed and the new manager, Gretchen is nowhere better than the old one. We contacted the office by phone and emails and got no respond. When she responded she promised to have the answer in a week and here we are 3 weeks later with no answer.

What a nightmare... We moved into the apartment and after a few months there was a leak. We called the maintenance to report and were greeted in a condescending way. No one investigated the leak and we had to call again a couple days later. Maintenance still did not come until the following day at which point the leak progressed. Several of our belongings were damaged and the apartment was unlivable. There was tons of mold throughout the apartment and high humidity. We had to move out for over a week until the place was more suitable for living conditions. Management did not communicate about their progress making it difficult to work from home (something that was necessary through COVID) or what was needed to help reduce the spread of mold. People were coming in and out of our apartment without wearing masks which was concerning as we take care of loved ones 65+. Management stated they would pay for the influx in electricity due to industrial fans running though after four months we are still trying to resolve this as management drags their feet to respond to emails and phone calls. The lack of communication is horrendous. We are unable to get a hold of the management office via email or phone. They claim they will respond to resolve the issue with in "24 hours" or "by the end of the week" however, they do not respond even to our follow-ups. Again, the staff are extremely rude which was evident since my partner and I moved into the facility. At times my partner and I experienced microagressions by management. There are so many cockroaches, spiders, and other pests in the apartment it makes for a disgusting living environment. The terrace level apartment has carpet! That is unheard to prevent damage to the apartment due to leaking or flooding. We were placed at the back of the building near a trees that has the tendency to be a swamp during heavy rain. That causes high humidity in the apartment. Even with a dehumidifier running 24/7 there was still high high humidity in the apartment. The carpet, clothing, and shoes were damp and it smelled like wet clothes. There is dog poop all over the place and management does not replace the doggie bags even when notified which only perpetuating the problem. They jacked the apartment price up substantially despite the appliances and flooring are outdated and cheap. They are not making renovations to the apartment and instead slap on valet trash to justify an increase $350 of rent for the 1 bedroom apartment. While I am afraid of retaliation of writing this post prior to receiving our security deposit back I also want to warn potential residents of the disastrous management. If I could give the apartment 0 stars I would. So frustrating.

I know I live in apartments. I know the people above me will make noise. Noise should not occur for hours from 6 in the morning till after 11 at night. There was a point when they were stomping like they had no home training at 4 in the morning. Management does nothing. They made a plan to follow-up with me and never did. Then there are residents who constantly play loud music throughout the day and night. There is no consequence for this. Management should handle these concerns but nothing. I read reviews talking about management going down. The new team ain't any better.
