Buena, pero muy costosa la renta y el agua cobran todo por aparte, el drenaje y alcantarillado... me parece muy costoso y yo vivo solo. Un solo cuarto y no permanezco en el lugar. Y llegan los biles muy altos

It is a nice quiet apartment. Very spacious, love the pool, mailroom, laundry room, other qualities. Ms.Tisha was very helpful with my apartment and patient with my paperwork. Thank you ms.Trisha I love my apartment

Do not come to this community, the staff is really rude, one of their employees was involved with a hit and run with my guests, and when confronted about it, the staff made us feel like we were at fault, the only way this was only resolved because an investigation found the employee guilty, this is a horrible apartment community

Great square footage, maintenance staff has improved. Clean units. Quiet, all co Plains are managed promptly. Therefore, I have chosen to renew my lease with this property. Thank Columns at Club Drive

Great place, very quiet, professional staff, comfortable and lots of space on apartment, floor plans, very secured community, we have almost a year and have been great, transportation, schools , malls everything near. Overall awesome

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable with the local community and the unit that I was renting. The staff gave me professionalism that I look for when searching for my new home. It felt like home and I am at HOME!

In the two years I have been here this community has and continues to decline. It's downright nasty now. None of the community garbage bins are ever emptied. The dog poop buns are overflowing and never emptied. I have literally been threatened and cursed out by office staff. At this point I will finish my lease and move. I wouldn't stay if rent was free. I have had discussions with neighbors that feel the same way I do.

This is truly a beautiful community. Other then the fact. That I can not use1 of 2 of my toilets and the water. To cook, clean or wash up with. Due to materials in the water. This is not a bad community.

This community is very quiet and secure. I enjoy the peace. Every one respects each other. There are children outside playing with no worries. Definitely love the atmosphere that the complex brings. Makes you feel at home.

Overall environment is not great. The gates are kept open, trash machine breaks down, pavement is terrible, apartments are terrible, management is rude, requests and emails are unanswered. I don't know what I was thinking when I decided to move into this complex. I am breaking my contract to move half way through my contract because I am getting sick of the treatment by management and I also am getting physically sick from the living conditions.

Great location, nice amenities. My neighbors are great and very considerate of each other. Maintenance is attentive and the staff responds on time. The pool area is always nice and clean and it's a quiet area

When I first moved in the team was great, they have a hold new team and they don't care about the tenants. Cara, Ms Shirley, and the property manager whom is no longer here took time to get to know you. They were made sure work order were completed and followed up afterwards to ensure you were satisfied.

The office staff are professional and very attentive, maintenance is handle immediately. Roads with in the community makes it look a substandard and the grounds could use some landscaping upgrades. The gate barely works 10-15 days out of the month.

Great staff!!! Amazing area, clean, and safe. Great location for a family to move to. Quiet!!!! Big front porches and very well painted. Clean pool and amenities. Clean neighbors around us. Highly recommended for families

Tisha is awesome and she has made my move in process smooth and pleasant! I just love it here! The apartment are nice and in a safe area. Tisha made me feel welcomed and valued customer. She helped me out, after explaining my situation to her. Durning times like this and we are dealing with a pandemic, we need more people like Tisha

I absolutely love and adore living here.The staff is so helpful, kind, and amazing. My family and I feel safe all the time and it's truly such a welcoming complex. We've never had issue while living here!

It was a fast and easy process. Tisha was really sweet and responsive. So far I am very pleased. The community is clean and the residents have been very nice. The staff doesn't bother you and they are there when you need them.

I love it here! Apartment units are clean. Staff and management is courteous and professional and respond promptly to requests. I feel very safe here as well. I love running and working out and this community gives you the space to do so. The school systems are good. This community is family oriented and very diverse.

It was fine at first, then the roaches started appearing. Pest contol was able to stop it for a while, but now they are back in abundance. If not for that I would co sider staying another year, but I cant live like this

I have been living in here for over 4 years I would like to express my best experience with the !Columns! Apartments. I love this place for so many reasons I have never have a problem in my apartment. The community is very quiet and clean. The manager Jeancarlo. Is very hands on with any concerns, the office staff quick to assist and the maintenance team, fast and friendly . When I call or report menor things not priority they always come in less the 1 hours . I truly recommend it if you want stop ask for Cara she is the best so nice and very professional.....

The customer service is excellent! From before move-in to today, I am pleasantly surprised. Cara especially has been womderful in keeping contact with us through the whole process. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed upon doing our walk through and they were fixed the same day - only an hour after doing the walk through. Highly recommend this place!

This is by far the best community that I have lived in. The neighborhood is small, quiet, charming, and minimalistic. Grounds are very well maintained and clean as well as the units. The units are not renovated--very basic but well-kept and clean. The office staff is very professional, polite, personable, and accommodating. They will come to know/refer to you by name if they interact with you enough. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly. I have only had to put in three work orders in the year that I have lived here for very minor issues--each one was taken care of either the same or next business day that it was brought to management attention. Location is ideal--close proximity to HWY 85 N & S, shopping, food, and activities. This neighborhood is by far the quietest that I have ever resided. I can barely hear any outside activity from inside of my unit. The walls are far from thin like so many other apt complexes. The neighborhood is very safe and neighbors are pleasant. My only grievance with the complex is the pest problem that I have been dealing with in my unit since my move-in. The neighborhood pest control was not successful in removing them from my unit, and although my apt is very clean, and I did not have pests in my previous home prior to living here, I am still finding myself tasked with the responsibility of getting rid of pests that are coming from neighboring units with poor housekeeping habits.
