      Just moved in. Kristin was awesome helping me set the move up. Unfortunately they didn't have my apartment finished before I moved. The a/c barely works and needs replacing. The office definitely could notify surrounding neighbors of noise and construction when a major repair is being done to a fellow neighbors unit for their convenience and piece of mind to make plans for the noise.

          Only been in the community for 3 weeks and so far I love it. Friendly staff, pet friendly, quiet community. Close to restaurants, schools, recreational parks. Very family friendly neighborhood. Would recommend to a friend

            I have only been here a week, but as of now, everything is great. The office personnel are very kind and informative. The complex is clean and quiet. And the other residents are very kind as well. As far as requirements needed to be approved, this complex is probably the easiest. And youre not sacrificing quality for affordability either. And being completely pet friendly is a bonus.

              Great customer service. Very clean community with a lot of amenities. Matinence has been quick to respond to any issues. Pool always clean , so that's a plus. I love the big bath tub showers. Apartments are very big.

                I just moved this apartment 3 weeks. I can"t stand for upstairs footsteps sounding heavily . so. I when to leasing office to complain this matter. only they can help me out call people upstairs. and I ask what is the best way to less stress for noise. staff said I have to pay $500.00 transfer fee moved to upstairs. crazy.... this apartment is that too old they sure fix it and rent it why I had pay $500.00 for what????? make me so upset. staff say is my fault get in first floor. bed attitude. I sure never moved this apartment like this....

                  The office team suck. Their maintenance sucks half fix everything in apartment. Don't move here they just want your money. The apartment are not worth the price too expensive. Staff does not know how to run the business. Water is always off. Trash is always packed to disgusting levels. They don't care about the tenants. Please read your lease because they will have you paying for stuff you don't even know about. One of the worst complex's ever. It's just the people in the office that makes it the worst. Move in with caution. I will not renew my lease again. They will have you living in inhabitable conditions.

                    I really liked the apartment because it is nice, safe, quiet, when we moved everything was very clean as if it were new and I loved that besides the space is large the rooms are with large spaces; We rent a two bedroom apartment where each one has a very nice bathroom, the kitchen is very nice and everything as I said at first seems new. additional what we liked the most is the monthly rental price is very economical considering that the pool is beautiful and always very neat I am happy to live here

                      The attention was excellent, a friend showed us the complex and we immediately liked everything We have been living in the apartment 22 days and so far everything has been great, the only thing is that today I had to call because the room where the air conditioning is quoting water and we are wetting the carpet , other all excellent

                        The community is very calm and non problematic. I love everything about it. It's clean. It's beautiful. It's well maintained. I've had two problems a couple months after moving in and it was instantly repaired when I sent an order. I love it!

                          It's been alright so far. There were minor issues on move in date. I couldn't move in in the specified date because my apartment wasn't ready. When I did move in the might fixture was out of place, there are cracks and chips off the kitchen cabinets and some spattered paint in my sink. The leasing office informed that they were going to send someone to clean it but never did. This is a great apartment and community, if the property owner tries better to accommodate it's resident by listening and resolving their issues it will makes this an amazing community.

                            We've lived here for about 9 months, and so far, we haven't really had any big issues. Everyone in the leasing office has been very nice and professional. Each month the bill is emailed to you and clearly lists what you are being charged and why. The only complaints I have are that we have seen a few roaches and spiders. Nothing too bad, but definitely not something that I want to be an often occurrence. The other complaint is that the trash compactor often gets full very quickly, which causes the tenants to leave the trash piled up outside of the trash compactor. I understand that there are a ton of people that live in this apartment complex, so it's understandable why it fills up so quickly; it's just not a nice thing to need to dump your trash and you just have to put it next to the pile. Other than that, we haven't had any issues. The apartment was very clean and everything had just been newly renovated. This was my first time renting an apartment, so overall, it's been a great experience!

                                  So far it has been wonderful. The complex is clean, quiet, and I feel safe at night. I have only needed 1 maintenance request and it was completed quickly. The staff is helpful and friendly any time I have needed to go to the office. There is always good parking to my unit. I have not had any bug problems either, and my unit is on the terrace level. The gate works most of the time, and when it does mess up it is usually fixed with in a week. Definitely going to renew my lease here.

                                    I hate the cable company xfinity, I went and pick up the equipment and it doesn't work as their is no signal coming into the apt. They want to charge me 70$ to come out and fix it I'm not paying it wish they didn't force you to pay for cable

                                        Fees above base rent was not budgeted for making it expensive. My neighbors above me are so loud my fixtures shake they are the first neighbors to be that noisy in my 3 years here. Parking is always available trash compactor feels up or breaks on Sundays causing a overflow but maintenance cleans quickly. Bug issue when i moved in but pest control quickly resolved that issue

                                          When I came to the complex I had such a great move-in process up until I was told that their payment system was down and had to go get a money order to get my keys. I like my apartment. It is renovated and contains everything I need as far as a washer and dryer. The only downside is that the walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors moving a lot. Outside of this I think it's a great community so far.

                                              So far positive the only complaint I have is the garbage situation. Over flowing dumpster because the compactor is out of service. I was told by the office it's being repaired. For a large community there should be more than one.
