Where to begin. I got a new unit a few months ago and the plumbing was messed up and there were carpet nails sticking right up out of the floor (never mind the nails on the deck) that made my feet bleed on a few occasions. When I contacted maintenance, they made the plumbing leak worse and never addressed the nails in the carpet. I had to call maintenance again to fix the plumbing and had to hammer down the nails myself. A neighbor left their large dog on their porch all day and it would bark incessantly. The office told me they would do nothing to help. I had to call animal control. Then the sink leaked again and flooded the kitchen. The emergency maintenance guy had to beg the upstairs neighbors to stop using their sink to keep my kitchen from flooding more. After he "fixed" that leak, the hot water no longer worked. As for the community, expect to be woken up at 7AM by sports cars being revved and never expect the trash compactor to be functioning. It is omnipresently broken. I moved to a different unit in the complex due to my upstairs neighbors being too loud (I blame the cardboard construction of the buildings). When I got to my new unit, a coaxial wall outlet was broken and I was told I'd have to pay my own money to fix it. I can't say enough bad things about this complex and I've only been here 3 months (and been through 2 units).

I would not have moved in if I could have been refunded my fees and deposit. I regretted the decision almost immediately. It's proximity to my job is the only thing I'm pleased with at this time. I will stay here until my lease is up and then move elsewhwre

Very quiet neighborhood. I am in one of the renovated apartments which are nice however some of the renovations could be better. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had issues with any neighbors

Good, I do like the property. There was a misunderstanding about the washer and dryer in my unit but all in all I am satisfied. A few things needed to be taken care of and they have been so things are going good.

I am very thankful for my experiences at Colonial Grand @ Pleasant Hill. The office and maintenance staff have been nothing but kind, caring, responsive, and efficient. They are so accepting and welcoming of myself and my dog who is labeled as an, "aggressive bread" by most places. The caring environment would not be replaced by any other community.

Colonial Grand at Pleasant Hill is a quiet neighborhood which I appreciate. I also appreciate the fact that there is a police officer who lives on the premises whom I can contact through the lease office if I have any concerns. And the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The only bad experiences I've had was not being able to have even a goldfish bowl without paying a pet deposit and $10 a month. I still think that's just stupid. And the dumpster. However, in the last year the maintenance crew has done an outstanding job of keeping the dumpster area clean.

So far, so good. Minimal issues and all resolved quickly. Residents are polite. Buildings seem to be maintained well. Grounds are maintained well also. Close to shopping too! Would definitely recommend it so far.

It's not the best place but not the worst either.Best part is that you're on pleasant hill road and everything is very close other than that it's ok like bad ok. The apartment I was supposed to get was not the one. The gate doesn't close after each car. The gate card was not functioning the First days I was stuck outside the complex.

I can honestly say I'm finally home. My daughters and I love the property. When we moved in, our home was very clean and well maintained. Safety is always a main concern, which I don't worry about here. The office staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help.

I like living here, the initial experience was great with the leasing agent and the quick replies. I love the fact that we can call the office and they actually answer the phone. Maintenance has been great. My only two complaints are the stamping from my upstairs neighbor and the trash pile by dumpster.

Living at Colonial Grand has been a smooth and easy experience. I have quiet neighbors and a nice apartment. The amenities, although I don't use them often, are very nice to have as well. This is my second year here and plan on staying for another.

All maintenance requests are speedily handled. All problems are resolved to satisfaction. Have not used pool or barbeque areas, but they appear to be okay. The gym is just adequate. Had to go to Planet Fitness to get everything that I wanted.

So far so good. It's peaceful & quiet. Nice neighborhood with just about about everything I need in the general area. But I wish my gate key card didn't have so many issues. Can't complain though because whenever I go to the office for assistance with my key cards, they are friendly & accommodating.
