The first week was fine after that I had illegal break-ins which have continued through today in my sunroom window just one window I've made the apartment complex where that the police aware of it made at least 25 to 30 reports and they refuse to do nothing they had the maintenance Team come out two times the maintenance team is wonderful and did an excellent job inspecting the window and others checking the Locking System it's obvious it's being broken into there are many things that are happening that I have video and photographic evidence of and again I am being evicted now not for this but for apparently being rude and consistently disrespectful to staff members that have been in my apartment I also received a lawsuit today that's it I didn't pay my rent my second month this month October of 2000 it's amazing that when I looked on my bank statement and looked online it says they took the money out immediately and they were paid I know they were paid because my leasing agent Leonard who's fantastic by the way help me go on to the computer since my phone would not access the site and it said paid in full and they said balance is 0 so I now have another problem a frivolous illegal lawsuit that has been issued to me saying I am in the rears on rent and I paid the rent early for the last 30 years of my life I am 53 years old so you want me to share my feedback run and hide before you sign a lease here

It for the most part been a good experience. The main thing I have a problem with is the lou's recording that comes in every night from one of the neighboring businesses. Lately I have been seeing more garbage laying but when I come back I see that it is picked up. I love the community it is beautiful. We had a high problem with ants when I first moved in and that problem was fixed.

I have only just moved in but so far I am very satisfied with everything. The grounds are Clean, the complex is quiet and so far all staff members have been very helpful. So far any and all little issues I have brought to their attention have been addressed.

I love this community. It is quiet and conveniently close to everything I need. My home is spacious and upgraded. Also the staff is friendly and amazing. They are always so helpful whenever I need anything. Happy tenant.

Maintenance teams are speedy and perfect, especially Will Cooper is the best. He has cared very much to fix them and made it. I will recommend this apartment to my friends and family. Thank you so much.

Even though I was moving during a pandemic, the team at MAA placed my health and safety at the highest priority during the entire move-in process. The move-in inspection was performed individually, first by the complex staff the morning of move-in and then by my roommate and I the day of move-in. Even though we moved with 1 month to get everything situated, the staff was very helpful in ensuring all of our paperwork and utilities were ready for move-in. Maintenance rapidly addressed any repairs and concerns we had regarding the move-in inspection, and they continue to be responsive and efficient during our first month here. The community staff has taken all of their residents' health into consideration by limiting use of the on-site facilities to a maximum amount of people and prohibiting guests at the moment until further notice regarding the pandemic. This move was one of the smoothest and most comfortable I have been a part of, and I greatly thank the staff for making it so. I also love the central location in the middle of Duluth - there is a cafe and restaurants just outside the main gate in little plazas, and grocery stores are aplenty with a Kroger, Walmart, and H-Mart all within a mile of the complex. I will definitely be recommending this complex to any friends who are looking to move.

My experience here at colonial grand has been good. I am very saisfied with the maintence staff. Everytime there was an issue they came right away to fix it. One thing I do not like is the fact we cant make any changes or modifications to the apartment so that we feel like home. I dislike the fact the bathroom is so small and I literally have to stand behind the door in the inside of the bathroom in order to close the door. I also do not like the fitness center. It has minimal equipment and no weights and the sanitary station is never available. Overall I am satisfied with my apartment.

The day I was told I could move in the apartment wasn't ready so the bathroom was un usable. When that got all together and I could use the bathroom there was no hot water and the washer didn't work, and holes in the window screens. But its all fixed now and im making it a home

This seems to be a really great community so far, my neighbors are not bad, we dont have parking wars and the building entry ways are clean. The apartment itself wasnt bad, lots of space, my main issue was dust and cleanliness... however, once i advised of the issue someone was there to fix it

I'm living since 2002 and never had any issues about maintenance and security. I think that I would recommend this complex apartments to the people especially if you are a family or a quiet resident. We don't like noisy people around here.

Prople and staff are very friendly. Feels like home from day one. Spacious floor plan. Great neighbour hood. Ontime response. Very pleasant land scaping, very quit and decent community. And most importantly schools are very great.

I moved into Colonial Grand at Pleasant Hill in early May 2019. I loved the layout of the apartment when I first saw it, and it has worked very well for me. I have had very few issues, and when I did they were taken care of quickly. I would have loved to renew my lease for another year, but I am relocating to FL to help with a grandchild.

It's a beautiful place to live very clean, great school system and convenient to shopping and hwy 85. Overall score 4 star only because I've been here since 2016 - 2020 each year my rent increases $66 only reason I've been here this long because I love it here . This probably will be my last year here

The community itself is just fine. It's a safe and quiet area right next to a lot of amenities/eateries/shopping. The employees are friendly and welcoming, but I've had issues with the living situation itself. I originally had a bait and switch situation when moving into the apartment as I was told I would get one apartment, before getting switched to another as move-in time approached. The apartment I moved into had several issues (including really poor carpeting) that I've been trying to get addressed for over a year and a half now. Maintenance generally takes a while to get work-orders done and I'm still waiting on a couple from over a week ago. With the rising rent prices and issues with my apartment, I'm not sure I could recommend Colonial Grande at the moment.

It's a good apt. The trash system is gross and it's malfunctioning a lot. There Are dog poops in the grass sometime. My neighbor litters used- Black and Mild cigars on the stairs and in the grass. Otherwise, great apartment.

One of the reasons of living in this community is that I feel safe, well kept, quick maintenance response to service requests and office staff always ready to help. Apartments are big & in good condition as well as the ground.

It is clean and quiet place for living. The staff take care about any issues in the community and the maintenance staff always fix the issues reported well. The only problem is the entrance gate which some times does not work properly.

I haven't had the best experience, despite being a valued tenant for nearly 13 years.....I had my car vandalized twice recently, and much of it was due to your ragged gated being either broken, or left open all day, for anyone to just drive on in.....

Average Water bill is very high and It is too noisy when people go up and down stairs, and the noise of cars passing outside is too noisy at night. There is a nail on the way through the car in the appartment complex.
