No comment at this time I have only been here a week and a half. But my apartment was dirty when I moved in the ice maker and entrance card key did not work. I had a leaky kitchen sink and the balcony was dirty. Today I'm getting That all fixed I hope.

Been here two weeks and everything seems to be fine. My partner and I have been feeling more and more comfortable everyday, we are here. I also like that it's convenient to a lot of diverse restaurants, because when I get off too late, I can grab something different every time.

I have a great experience. Nice location to stores and restaurant. The staff here is very friendly. I like how they keep the grounds clean. It is a great place to live. The scenery is nice to look upon. Thank you!

Great so far! Only thing I can suggest is a trash can at the park. Children climbing on the garages and knocking off the gutters and tree limbs, and removing the sewer rocks. It's not the community's fault. It's the parents that leave their children unsupervised. Also playing in the street with bikes,scooters,etc.. not moving for cars. People parking on the hill to get their mail, instead of parking in a space. I've seen several close calls due to the visibility coming down the hill. Overall community is peaceful. And spacious for us.

Overall, CG@ Pleasant Hill is a great community. Its usually pretty quiet and safe. The grounds are well maintained and maintance tesponds to your requests quickly. Robin was great! She was helpful and made moving in easy.

I just moved in almost a month now and I have no complaints!! The office staff are all friendly I dealt with Leonard and Robin. Both of them were excellent and found me an apartment that fit my needs. I love the fact that they show you the exact apartment instead of a model like most apartment complex. I would truly recommend them!!! Oh also if you have pets they have no breed restriction!!!

Very easy application process for new tenant. Friendly and professional team. One thing I am not happy with is as new tenant I requested to put new carpet but did not get new carpet. This system has to be improved.

I haven't had any issues here. I like the neighborhood, great place to stay. Just wish the gym hours were longer. Its very convenient and its centrally located. The grounds are well kept, and the staff is very pleasant.

This community is safe and in very good location just take few minutes can go to supermarkets here has everything i need gym pool place for BBQ and most important thing is people who work for this community are super friendly

Only complaint are the safety issues. The front gate has broken a few times, and there are a number of apartment break-ins and vehicle thefts (7 in the last 6 months, as well as one person being mugged at gunpoint). This sort of activity is out of place for the neighborhood the complex is in. I can't tell that management is doing anything about it. Otherwise, great. Nice apartment, great maintenance crew, friendly office staff, beautiful landscaping. But safety is an issue, and a serious one at that.

It seems like a good community. I was able to move in pretty quickly without much hassle. Maintenance came and fixed what needed to be fixed the day I asked for it to be done. It's clean and we'll lit, and also next to lots of stores

I love this place, the location of the apartment itself is wonderful and our experience has been amazing! Management has been responsive and attentive. The place is clean too. Honestly there's nothing we have to complain about yet.

I had to break my lease because I lost my job and got a job in another state. They made me pay two months rent (60 day notice) and several thousand dollars in penalty. I basically got raped. My apartment itself is a mess. Half of the wall sockets don't work (literally - maybe even more than half). My A/C cannot cool my house properly. The lowest the temperature can get is 75. On bad days it never goes below 77. I called maintenance but nobody ever fixed it. They basically said there's nothing they can do. In other words, the A/C unit needs to be replaced and they don't want to do it. The maintenance people are hard to describe. I had a leak problem and had to call the maintenance people three times. After three times they still hadn't fixed the leak so I had to personally diagnose the problem for them. Another time, I was in my tub naked and the maintenance man comes into the apartment unannounced. Although he hears water running and me in the bathroom, he does not leave and proceeds to fix the issue right outside the open bathroom door. I was in severe pain and did not have the strength to get up and yell at him. I prayed the whole time that he wasn't some crazy molester, as I sat there helpless in the bathtub. They have very strict late-payment rules...i.e eviction notice after a few days. I never had a problem, but if you are the forgetful type, it's something to keep in mind. The only reason to stay in this apartment is the landscaping and location in the heart of K-Town. Other than that, it's a pretty crazy place to live.

Quite community with great activities for residents. They only problem that I have is that the gates are always open. If the gates worked properly I would not have any complaints. Great community. I would recommend this community to friends or family.

the complex is good, the office staff excellent except the manager, their treatment was strongly rude to my person and wife, they have to improve the conditions of the apartments, and if they have an example to show the public in general or future tenants their duty is to deliver the same as the example, details of walls should improve it, the gym is limited to the schedule assigned to them.

Overall we have had a great experience at this community. Quick response from maitnence and leasing office. Our family loves the pool. Grounds kept looking beautiful. The only two things we've seen that could use improvement is that the trash amount overwhelmes the compactor causing a build up of trash. However, it is generally cleared quickly. Secondly, the gates are not always working properly. Other then these few things we have really enjoyed our first year in the complex.

My move-in experience at colonial grand at Pleasant Hill was very pleasant, The leasing staff was very professional and friendly. My apartment is beautiful Great location near all the shopping centers I'm so excited to be a resident here at colonial grand at Pleasant Hill.

The apartment was very nice and team was friendly. It would be great if the gates closed a little faster. Parking is great and the carpeting could be improved a little more. Slight wrinkles in carpet but not terrible

very good! wonderful. I love it. It has good access abilities from my boundaries including convenient stores, mart, shopping center, entertainment facilities, good Asian restaurants which fit to me, major Duluth roads and Company, etc.

I like it. Its a great commutity for families. Great distance to shopping and schools. Well kept and maintained. Great size rooms and floorplans. Pet friendly. The pools and playground are nice. The staff is great especially Leanard and Mia.

Worst place I ever lived at! They lied about the rent. They treat us like we are staying here for free. Way too many break ins and very rude office people. Would never recommend to anyone to live here !!
