No good,the service here is really bad,the office personer is rude and the apartment they have amm everywhere and the pest control people don't do a good job,no more comments for now,the only thing there any now is to finde a better place to be out for here

    Good service, quick to take actions. But at times, parking has become an issue, you can never get a a good parking specially if you work at night. Rent is a little expensive and not be able to find a parking

      I have loved living here a lot. The apartment is great and the office staff are awesome. The location is great too, I'm so close to everything. My only complaint is that maintence is never completed right the first time ( at least in my experience). I do love living here but maintenance could use improving.

        The maintenance is not very good. Everytime we call out to get something looked at or fixed it takes days for them to come out. And they never call us and let us know when theyre coming when we always tell them we want to know when and we even put the option on the website that we do not want anyone entering without calling us first.

          For the most the experience has been ok . I have had some issues that could have been handled better. I think better follow could be better from the office. The way a person is spoken to could be better from some of the staff.

            Clean and quietcommunity. No one hangs out and most of us are working people so we come and go. The maintenance service is pretty fast and they dont let the garbage pile up. Maintenance and management are friendly. There are fees associated with the rent when first moving in. Otherwise its a great place to live and the schools are nearby. The school bus picks up the kids right outside of this gated community. I really wish they would upgrade the gym and clean the pool daily. However I love that there is a washer/dryer in each unit.

              At first the leasing office staff did not attend, and did not watch over the needs of the residents, but at this moment I think they changed the person responsible (manager), and I hope there is a change ... but otherwise I think Excellent. and I am very grateful

                I have only been there a week and as of right now not as pleased as i thought i would be. We have been waiting on blinds to be put up in our sunroom since we moved in and its been a week and they have still have not been put up. I contacted the office on several occasions. People are walking by and looking directly into our house. The sink has had to be fixed twice and also one of the bathrooms. Just hope it gets better.

                    If you have high standards, you will like this community. It's very peaceful and quiet. The maintenance staff responds the same day. The trash sometimes overflows on weekends, but the community is usually very well maintained.

                        I love the location because it is secluded but very near shopping, gas, restaurants, small business, ect....also like the amenities like the pools, gym, and the tennis courts. The pricing is pretty standard and comparable to other nearby complexes.

                          I have been in my new apartment for less than 2 weeks. It was completely renovated, which was a pleasant surprise to the leasing agent and myself. So far I am very happy with the community and my apartment. Any issues that I've had have been resolved.

                            The breeze and the stair ways are not cleaned we have been here for months and they still haven't cleaned it. There is dog pooh every where. The work requests we made when we moved inn is still there. I grade them a zero.

                              Good place to live, but too much roaches and spiders regardless how many times they fumigate. Every time you turn on the light in areas like the Kitchen and Bathrooms prepare to see some. What I like the most is the garden areas, they really take good care of those and there are everywhere around the complex, pool and gym are great, barbecue is awesome.

                                So far since i moved in its been nice the neighboors are quiet , its a gated community i havent seen anything about the gates being down like other apartments , i havent seen no type of. roaches what so ever so thats awesome , i got an apartment with brand new carpet not washed it was brand new , the community its self is great i love it so far , and the price well to me the prices are okay not to high no to low , maintance comes out as soon as you put in the request , so i do recommand ????

                                  I would have to say first year was great,dont appreciate the rent increase every year & trash bag penalty of $125 apartment is very quick about charging you penalities on things you have not done. Management is horrible & rude.

                                    Unprofessional! Leasing agents avoid answering the phone and avoid calling you back. Staff is unaware of fair housing regulations. Staff is dismissive of complaints filed by residents. Not a community I'd recommend.

                                      This community seems very nice and quiet. The staff is extremely friendly and Robin was very courteous and knowledgeable as we toured the apartment. Grounds are nicely kept and the location is very convenient to shopping and I-85.

                                            Do not I repeat do not live here!!! Run as fast as you can first they are over priced for no reason but demand there rent if you pay 150 dollar late fee even if your one day late. Funny thing is they demand their rent but don't uphold keeping this place up. The trash overflows so much idk if I live in an apartment or a sewer. The gates are ALWAYS I MEAN ALWAYS not working so don't let them sale you on this is a gated community crap. The management are rude don't really care about your issues you are just an apartment. And everything in. Your place ALWAYS breaks. Every month I have to call sometimes they come and then other times I have to blow the office up like a bill collector to fix this piece of crap. Like now my stove has not worked for a week but I keep calling they keep saying the will send someone. I constantly see people moving out they have a very high turn over rate. So save yourself the time money and energy

                                              Generally speaking this community is pretty good and so is the staff. I have no major complaints. Sure things could be a little smoother with maintenance, but they do get stuff done. I would like to see a huge improvement in outdoor lighting at night. And like every apartment complex, the gate could be better. (Seriously who makes all these non-working gates? lol)
