I have asked several times for the gate and call box to be fixed. They are more concerned about charging me over $600 dollars for my mom's dogs that I watched for a few weeks while she was out of town!!

I've had a good experience with this apartment complex so far. Leonard is super helpful and continues to ask if there's anything he can do. The area is safe and the neighbors are nice as well. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family and I plan on renewing my lease here when it's time

It's been horrible to say the least! I've had ants and I've been accused of using lemon scented cleaner and that's why I have ants. They started in my hallway linen closet and I was told it was because they where headed to the bathroom for water. WHAT!?!? I've called and complained with corporate on several occasions and I have yet to hear from anyone. So they came and "sprayed " my home yet when I came home from the weekend they where all in my kitchen, refrigerator and all, yes my apartment is clean, yet I was told it was because I use lemon scented cleaner, which I didn't, and even still had them, pest control said he used a spray that would take several days to sense does that make!?!? So he came and sprayed again, mind you I have a toddler. No one replaced my food, no one payed for some to clean my purses and things in my linen closet. You know why!?!? Because it was all MY FAULT FOR USING LEMON SCENTED CLEANER. Thanks not happy at all and please don't send another survey.

Horrible place to rent. They will riff you off and good luck trying to get your refundable deposit back. They lied that I had 2 missing blinds and charged me 120. I'm so glad that I'm not there any more and looking at those well dressed crooks that work in the office. Rent there if you want to deal with cockroachs and crooks.

The community looks great around the clubhouse but not enough lighting in the common areas at night. Also the metal stairs attached to the apartments need to be painted, all dinged up and very unsightly. There seems to be no ground cover around the shrubs at most apartment buildings except the clubhouse. Just moved in here on Jan. 27, 2017, there is no box for 2017 move in to check off on this form!. We have paint issues in the apartment that I hope will be addressed, this was brought to Robin's attention during the walk through. My husband and I are hopeful everything will be addressed, and are looking forward to living in this community. Thank you for this opportunity for our feedback. As a resident of CG I am pleased with the choice of residents that live on the campus. I have been here two years and I can say that when things happen that are not normal we are notified to beware and be careful and mindful of your surroundings. My neighbors here are very respectful pleasant and mature. It's quiet and peaceful.

Very quite community. i love the style of the apartment and easy access to mall restaurants and hwy 85. very nice amenities the provide. Its not a over crowded community always easy parking in front of your apartments

Leonard was very helpful with my process. He never hesitated to help me from start to finish. He never made me feel as if I was a bother with my questions I had about my new home. He was very patient in this process. As much as love the apartments, I love the customer service as well. Thanks a lot!

I really enjoy living here my neighbors are very friendly and the office staff are very helpful and friendly also. The grounds are very clean except by the garbage disposal which will take along with the security gates needs to work at all times

Pest problems, oven did not work, carpet dirty, among other things. All from the moment i got my keys, and started to move in. Office staff Leonard is friendly, and tries. Grounds look nice and maintained. Really not worth the high rent due to actual apartment issues.

I have lived in this community for 5 years and plan to transfer to another apartment on site. I have not had any issues. The staff is great; especially Robin and Leonard!

Leonard was very helpful and pleasant, anything I asked he went above and beyond to make sure everything was almost like perfect for me to move in. I just moved in so I cant really speak on everything, however, so far so good. Minus the unforgettable smell coming from my refrigerator, but Leonard is working on getting that taken care of for me as well, great service!

Great so far. The move in process was fairly easy. Took a few times to get the AC to work properly. Maybe because I didn't word the request properly. This is a very beautiful and quite complex. I couldn't be more happy with my choice.

Just moved in. Not good so far. Need to be here a little longer. Will see if there is some improvement in the following months. Need more lights on the stairways. I do love the heat and air. Instant results.

This complex is horrible. They assess unnecessary and have very poor site management. No one takes accountability when there are issues and lie to you whenever you call. I have had numerous issues with this complex. They range from the apartment number being changed the day before the movers came despite the fact I had all the utilities turned on in my name; did little help with fees I was assessed for changing the address and connection at the new apartment; could not provide a comparable apartment to the one I reserved; their provided washer flooding my apartment the first week; apartment completely flooding after water pipe repair; pest control; repeatedly turning off water to the complex just to name a few. I would not recommend anyone move into this complex. Crime has become a BIG issue as well. It's gated but the gates are closed 10% of the time. Ridiculous!!

Not the many inconvenience since the beginning.There are a lot of thing that i was able to work around because of all the issue that i had but still, it is so frustrating to go thru all that when you use to have another prospected from friends that live in the same community and they haven't had any issues. Its feels that i'm living in a different complex.

Great community. Modern apartments at a very reasonable price. Thick walls. Prompt response time to most service requests. Office staff has improved, but can still be inefficient at fielding requests. Maintenance staff is top notch.

The community is beautiful and it's very quiet however the gates are always open at the entrance and exit at both access' I was told the gate was secured when the staff leaves however it's open when I leave for my shift at 6am in the morning. I don't feel safe going to my vehicle because the complex isn't secured

Very bad l asked something that l need to be repair but seems like your people don't care about what l asked I just moved 10/10/2016 Apartments is so dirty my wife even can't display dishes in the cabinet I'm so disappointed and fill so sorry for your people You don't know how many times I asked that to fix it or clean it dryer washing machine is not quite working also please fix what l required Thank you very much

I spent alot of time looking for the apartment that best suited my needs and chose this community because it has a gas stove, washer & dryer, basic cable and an outdoor patio. When I arrived at my apartment on move-in day with my truck and movers, I was very disappointed to find that it did not have an outdoor patio but a sun room. I was also disappointed that the kitchen was updated, as well as light fixtures throughout, but the carpet is a mess with paint, stains, etc. Also, the steps leading up to my 2nd floor apartment are in a very bad and dangerous condition. The condition of the carpet is very poor with paint and stains throughout. Also, The screens were thickly coated with cob webs.
