It has been okay. I Need better appliances in my apartment because they are rusted out. My carpet needs to be replaced there are spots coming up that are old from previous tenants that lived there. Thanks

The experience has been decent although a little pricey for my unit which is a older unit. The outside amenities are maintained fairly well. The neighbors for the most part are decent and respectful. The office staff is for the most part professional and knowledgeable. The fitness center isn't the best.

Location of apts is great. Pretty quiet here for the most part. Gates are broken alot. Trash that sits outside the compactor is an eye sore especially for your visitors to ride by and see. There are two pulls on the property. Not sure if they are heated, but one of them feels like it. Thhere is a small playground as well. Thee gym is pretty nice. As long as it doesn't get crowded, thre usually is plenty of equipment.

The maintness take forever to fix the issues in my apartment. I went to complain about four times, but the issues have never been taken care of. For example, the blinds, switches, lights in the kitchen, and the bathrooms all have problems. Plus when I first moved in, the apartment wasn't even clean.

I'm still new in this apartment. So far I haven't had any major issue besides calling them to come and fix my oven that doesn't heat properly. I was not satisfied at first since my oven wasn't fixed at first, and they claimed that my order has been completed.

I'll start with the good. Maintenance does get things repaired in a timely manner. However if the office staff cared a little, this wouldn't be such a bad place. Our apartment wasn't ready on move in day. Didn't get to sign the lease until 4pm. We walk into the apartment the carpet is soaked, just had been steamed cleaned. The following day they had the counter tops scheduled to resurface....shouldn't this have been done 24 hrs prior so that the office staff could have walked it and made sure it was in good conditions for move in day. Nope. Here's your keys deal with it. As for the gates...Never ever closed!!!! You get lots of traffic after 6pm when you close? There was a break in last week, and yet the gate remains open. Now I know you aren't offering me any security but the whole point of gates is to detour crime and give residents a sense of security. There's a fence near me that is broken, people come and go as they please at all hours of the day/night. I mean what would $2 or &3K to fix these items really do to your budget?

Clean and quiet community, able and helpful staff, great amenities. The staff are responsive to resident concerns and are quick to let residents know of issues with the community. The pool area is always well kept and the grounds are attended to regularly.

I like living here, the people are friendly, the staff is helpful and responsive, the pools are poorly maintained at times, often turning green, takes a while for staff to fix them which can be really frustrating in the summer. Other than that it's really nice living here

I've been a resident since 7/2014 and I must say that ever since I've lived here I've had maintenance issues, cleanliness issues in terms of pest control. I lived in a one bedroom apartment when I first moved in the lock to the balcony door was broken and it took them three weeks to get the parts to fix it so my balcony door was unlocked for three weeks. There was also a water bug problem in my apartment pest control needed to come once a month to keep them at bay but they still persisted. The property manager is very unprofessional she likes to hide behind her office door and not deal with issues head on. Can you call the corporate number to file a claim for a complaint you're calling customer service number where they take the complaint down and then referred to their corporate office. It took them three weeks to resolve an issue that I had at one time .

I like the appearance of the apartments inside and out. There are only a few minor details that could be updated. I feel safe in this neighborhood. They take care of the outdoor amenities as well, like the pool and tennis courts.

Prior to moving in, apartment should be repaired and cleaned. We moved in on 08/07/2015. We reported to office staff, Ms. Reed about dirty dishwasher, a hole on the backsplash, broken ligh cover in kitchen, folded blind in the bedroom, etc. These should be fixed soon.

This community is horrible and will be glad when I can move out. These apartments has so many hidden fees. I never know what my rent is going to be. I have almost cleared the savings account that I had dealing with this community. It's not fair..

Staff was very friendly but the apartment should have been cleaner. It was filled with dust and there were cockroaches on the floor and some of the lights were not working. I have just moved here from california and this would be totally unacceptable there. The staff however was very pleasant.

Its a good community, with a lots of recreational facilities, well maintained,well organized, friendly environment, great parking space, its close to all shopping areas, also school bus pick your kids, inside the community, its a gated community.

Unit was not ready by the move in date. Had to Call several times for the same type of problem. Lots of dead bugs in the house when we moved in. You can get a upgraded unit for more rent. I recommend that you get a upgraded unit.-little higher rent (I leased old unit and you get what you pay for) Great location!

It's has mold everything in my unit wasn't cleaned (bathrooms & appliances ) , after I received an email 2 months ago saying it was completed .. Management & maintenance is rude . If I can add pictures here I would .. I wish I did not move here @ all

The move in experience has been less than favorable. This apartment was not market ready when i moved in and it has been a headache trying to get the deficiencies corrected. Maintenance has been to my apartment on several occasions claiming to have made repairs and they were never completed and I had put in repeat work orders

I love the apartment even though it wasn't ready as promised. I received the wrong set of keys at the time of move in. The gate key did not work either. I am satisfied with a couple of the leasing agents. Community is nice though. I would still recommend this property to others.

I feel horrible about giving this property even one star because it is that horrific. Where do I begin? Let me begin by saying If you are even considering moving here....RUN and RUN FAST. My husband and I came to look at this property after moving from Chicago, which is a huge move. We were greeted and everyone seemed so friendly at the leasing office. The pool looked great and the gym for an apartment community was pretty standard. My husband decided to go ahead and fill out the application etc. AFTER viewing the model (which we were told our unit was identical to the model) they did not have our actual unit available to view....move in date was set for July 10. We were told by the leasing consultant everything is approved and good to go but all throughout July we were contacted about more proof of employment etc. because of some audit the Property Manager was worried about which we submitted pay stubs and offer letters so not sure what else she needed but it was a mess. July 10 is here....well around 4pm we received a call that the carpets were just shampooed and the cleaners were in route so we couldn't move in yet. ummm? 4pm on day of move in...interesting. We planned our July 11 move in. We arrive and first thing that is said was the lease wasn't in the system so a paper copy had to be signed. Even though we took the time to electronically sign already....They wanted a signature on the lease and pro-rated rent BEFORE giving us keys to the apartment (how convenient right?) The leasing consultant walks us to the apartment and the first thing I see is a couple "water bugs" nooo they are roaches. We walk into the apartment and when I tell you god awful smell. I mean god awful. Smelled like disgusting animals with probably 5 people who chained smoked. The blinds were yellow, the vents were all yellow, the cabinets were yellow (SMOKER CLEARLY LIVED HERE) we were told by the Property Manager( I wont state her name to save her the humiliation) but she had the nerve to say it didn't smell and we were never going to agree on smells (basically stating i'm too sensitive). We have over 17+ maintenance issues in which we emailed to the management team. (See pictures) The maintenance team was in our unit fixing other issues as we were walking in for the first time. Never have I seen this. Our washing machine didn't work, due to no inspections being done by management a pipe burst in our kitchen so we now have A FLOODED living room/kitchen. The gates are never closed and secured.- Response I got from the office was " we have a lot of prospects coming in so we need them open" Professional cleaners supposedly had been here twice to clean but yet you can see the picture of the bucket of water from me cleaning the place myself. ABSOLUTELY ASTONISHING they would let people move into this filth. Of course my husband and I have asked to let us out of our lease so we can get the hell out of this craziness and now its a big deal. WORST PROPERTY EVER!!!!

Until now less than one month l moved in colonial grand,absolutely not satisfied. From first day. Completely wet front door carpet wellcomed me. It take 4 day to dry even using fan. Gas stove could use after 3 week later because apartment management person closed valve of stove in home. But staff let me call gas company for checking connection. And several work order what I requested 3 weeks ago, I am still waiting. ...

My apartment and car both have been vandalized. Please also read experience with service requests. I had items taken out of the apartment. We have heard gun shots in the complex and know that a robbery occured. I've been happy at the complex until a few months ago. I believe the quality of tenants has been decreasing.

Maintenance take very long to take care of service requests, or the office takes forever to tell them; not sure. Have another request that have not been addressed at all. I send this request more than once. People pulling up behind your car to come thru gates.

Horrible worest ever,mold,floods 6 and counting. Staff is rude and will argue with you when you have a problem and contact corporate they never call back. Apartment doesnt do anything to try and make things right. My neighbor is fight same problems and they are doing nothing...I've talked to many people there and they want to leave too!
