Worse apartments I have ever stayed in, in my life... they try to charge you for everything when you move in & out and barely keep up the maintenance when you live there. Break ins happen every month and the gates are hardly ever closed. Office staff is always changing. Beware of ants!!!! Do not move here!!!

New resident, appears to be a quite, secure community. Staff are friendly and appear to be genuinely concerned about my request. I am also pleased with the postal service and mailboxes. I have had unfavorable issues with mailboxes being broken into in previous residences.

My experience thus far has been great. My requests for service are usually completed within a day or two. The community is well-kept and very quiet. We love the pool and amenities. The staff is very responsive and available to answer any questions. Our apartment is quite spacious and quaint. We will probably be here for another year or so.

I am very satisfied with residing here other than my air vent not working in my Master Bedroom. I have had maintenance come out twice but to no avail. I am going to have to reach out to the VP at Post Management contact that i have. And then the Corporate Office next week.

Very nice so far. Great staff they really seem to care about your wellbeing and keeping you satisfied. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Also very clean and quite. Very nice neighborhood. Very satisfied.

Great team at the front office. Everyone in the office was super friendly and very helpful in answering my questions. But I checked the condition of my new apartment the first day, I found numerous issues immediately. The apartment wasn't ready to move in at the time. They also force you to pay for basic cable $34, which is no HD and you will probably never watch it. And The gates are always open during the daytime.

Feeling comfortable. The value for money is good. Convenient place n good starter for a new entrant to US. Rooms are spacious but can be kept more cleaner. The entrance can be made better n made more cleaner. Externally looks pleasant.

The only problem I have is I have put in a service request for the same issue and still not fix. made contact with the leasing office and they stated that they will have a member of management give me a call. its been 3 weeks and still nothing

My home at Colonial Grand has been exceptional. Everything I could ask for. Great location for everything, shopping and dining, medical and so much more. Very diverse neighborhood, great staff and very responsive.

The staff members were courteous and very helpful in answering my questions. This was the first time I ever leased an apartment and after getting my questions answered and taking a look around the community, I felt very comfortable settling into my new apartment.

Great team at front office. At the beginning a lot of problems that was resolved while living there. The apartment wasn't ready at the time to move in. Insects are everywhere, this is the main problem all year long.

So far so good. I'm just not pleased with the lack of cleaning in the breezeways and stairs. Not resident trash but spider webs etc from lack of cleaning. Also, it is very dark by the unit door during the day before the breezeway lights come on. It can actually be very dangerous. .

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars, I would. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY! I saw the reviews before moving but decided to look past them. BOY WAS I WRONG. Management is downright terrible, they couldn't care any less about you after you sign the lease agreement. Burglaries happen weekly as well as vandalism, then they want to charge us MORE because of it. There's always trash outside the compactor, and furniture, yet they want to fine YOU if you have a little bag of trash outside your doorstep because you're too afraid to take it to the compactor at night! The garages are TERRIBLE with their huge speed bumps right in front that damage my vehicle every time I pull in. The walls are paper thin so I can hear my neighbors toilet every time they flush, their footsteps, and I can even hear their dog snoring. They want to charge you every nickel and dime for anything they can. I can get a beautiful house that's bigger and in better condition for LESS than the price I pay here. Less than HALF of the electrical outlets work in the apartment, bugs are EVERYWHERE, inside and out, the appliances look like they're from the 70's, the cabinets are about to fall off the hinges. This place is absolutely the worst. Run away... I wish I did. Only 4 months left at this hellhole.

We are satisfied over all but increasing our rent every year is unfair for a resident who has been with all these years. Our fixed income has not increased so because of your high rate of increase it is like our income is decreasing!!

cable service is mandatory, it's no good . I don't watch TV. community is clean and not lousy. convenience location. staff is kind an nice. I can get pest control every week. It's very good but I found the roach. we need strong pest control.

The apartment complex is pretty good looking with buildings that don't look too old. There isn't to much drama that goes on here, and the place is relatively calm. The downside is that they force you to pay for basic cable, which you will probably never watch but will still pay for. There is also a monthly charge for pest control and trash, never mind that the compactor is always full and gabage litters all around it. Other than that it is an okay place to live. Not the best but good enough.

so far so good but if i have to point out, leasing agents are not fully understand about this community system. agents asking each system was not updating. I felt like they are not sure what to do and maybe just start working in here so, I was little confused and currious.

I have been living here less than 90 days. The major problem is roaches. The pest control company has sprayed but that did not help and so I bought my very strong gel, it helps. Only see them in one bathroom and kitchen area so you're always on guard. This place cost too much to have this problem, they need to fix it. Seriously thinking of moving out.

Friendly staff!! Promp WO services. Rentable price is great and better than all other areas near by with great and convenient shopping locations and close to everything including the interstate. Everything you need is all within walking distance.

I moved in yesterday, March 10. I was told my apartment was sprayed, but there is a huge infestation of ROACHES in the apartment. They've been coming out of the walls, from behind the very old thermostat, and from the kitchen. I called the office three times to complain but no one can do anything until Monday. I decided to stay somewhere else for the time being until they eradicate the problem. Oh, and the door's rubber siding is torn like someone tried to break into it. The washer and dryer are also filthy, and I was told the place was thoroughly cleaned. And the walls and ceilings are thin. You can hear every time someone upstairs walks. Seriously considering buying out my contract and looking for a nicer, cleaner apartment where I feel safe. Staff is friendly enough, but they have no idea what they're doing.

The problem areas for me have been the water leaks and the slow service response time. Also, the walls are paper thin. I can hear everything in the other rooms of my apartment and what's going on outside. It's really annoying when trying to sleep. On a brighter note, the office staff is very friendly and professional.

I've numerous issues with the apartment since I moved in which kept people in my home. I'm getting notices of burglaries and people's apartments being broken into so I don't feel safe. There are constant issues with secured gate. It works one day the next day it doesn't. I've had issues getting in with my key card. My experience has been not to good since I've moved here. My apartment building has infestation of ants. My other neighbors have the same issue
