The office staff was very communicative and friendly, but now always knowledgeable of what was offered in the rooms. We were originally promised renovated appliances, but did not receive them. Later found out that it would cost an additional $60/month to have the new appliances. I was fine with this, since then I knew I was not paying for new appliances (and always had the option to upgrade if I wished). Our move-in date was pushed several days because the apartment was not ready. They replaced the carpet, which was nice, but nothing else looked like it was cleaned. We had to spend several days cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms ourselves, and still have cockroaches all throughout the kitchen. Overall, the apartment is still plenty spacious and comfortable (once cleaned). Neighbors all seem friendly.

    It is cool I'm just not satisfied with condition of apartment and the length of time maintained takes to address the issues i found when moving in . The Community and staff is wonderful just wish my apartment would've been cleaner

      One of the most comfortable and reliable apartment I ever stay. Staffs are all friendly and nice. Community is clean and quiet. Whenever I have an issue or problem, the staff resolves right then. I can trust staff here and feeling safe.

        We have had a great move-in experience so far! The apartment looks great. The office team has been quick to answer any questions we might have, and the maintence crew came and fixed any issues we have had extremely quickly.

          A quiet community ....no outrageous noise or obnoxious people ....kid friendly community..... close to 85 quick way to get close to the city ....surrounded by many eateries .....dealerships .....parks ...etc.....

            Since I received the keys to the apartment everything has been a problem, the vendor offered me some remodeled kitchen and bathroom butts and when they gave us the apartment it was nothing like that, it has old and peeled tops but we were told that if we wanted the tops that they had offered us we should pay more. From the first day, the kitchen drawers were dismantled, the air conditioning does not cool, the ice machine does not work, the tap drips and we still hope they fix it

                When I contracted. I used be by on lline. I couldn`t remember where it is. I moved this unit in. I couldn`t check any condition because I lived far away. I just belived leasing office. However I realized that had to check move in before.

                  So far so good, I had to call maintenance every week since June 1st. Overall everything has been great, much better community than my last apartment home. Much better features and the appliances were new and clean.

                    So far so good i live the amenities, great sized bath tubs and 24/7 pool. Playground and tennis court a plus as well. Washer and dryer also is provided which is a life saver. Honestly happy with the complex

                          I was referred to the Colonial Grande at Pleasant Hill by another apartment complex. When I got here I was met by Leonard. He was so warm and welcomeing, made me feel right at home. The price was right for my budget and then it was a wrap. The grounds are nicely kept is beautifully landscaped and it just meets all my needs for right now.

                            It's ok friendly employes apartments wasn't cleaned hallways filthy but the Landscpacing is great who ever is supposed to keep the trash out of the parking lot needs improvement friendly staff carpet needs cleaning better and better the vents inside the apartments needs cleaning

                                  The people who work for the apartment are very kind. I am highly satisfied with their service. However there were some uncomfortable situations. For instance water shutoff happens too often. It always bothers me when I have to leave for work.

                                        Firstly I am give props to maintenence crew. They are helpful, efficient and professional. Now let's talk about the leasing and sales. I lived there for 2 years 2 months. Previous occupants of first apartment obviously had some beef with someone who visited my apartment at 2am. So I decided I needed to transfer asap cos I wasn't gonna wait for more late night visits. Leasing office and property manager in particular completely unhelpful and unsympathetic. Even though I was happy to pay extra to move asap. Got my bill wrong which I caught thankfully. After 2 years decided I needed to get out of here. Wanted to transfer to sister property Preston. Got my docs all in. Then they take best part of month to actually process it. Unfortunately the sales clones all follow the lead of the property manager who actually has a much empathy as an alien. Between their incompetence and the incompetence of Preston decided MAA properties are waste of my time and moved elsewhere. Not recommended unless if living on Pleasant Hill Rd location is everything to you. General cons: Not safe. Gates hardly ever work and even if they do remain open overnight. Lots of gate crashers. Dumpster always overfill and filthy. Unresponsive front office. Property manager doesn't give a s** about residents - sure didn't care about my safety. Pros Location. Maintenence crew - reason I stuck around otherwise would have been gone
