I've lived here for about two years. From the start I was treated with care by the office staff. Kristin has been a major help in my entire process of living here and she is truly AMAZING. The maintenance crew are efficient and thorough and the best part of all NO ROACHES!!!!! I can't complain!!

Great experience with management! Kristin was so helpful and attentive to our needs which made move in very smooth. The complex offers a clean and safe space to live. We really enjoy the amenities that are offered such as new washer and dryers, 2 pools, 2 tennis courts and dog stations for the pets!

Overall great community. We've only had to call maintenance a couple of times since living here the past few years for very minor things and they always respond quickly and are very kind. The leasing office does a great job of communicating with residents.

So far Pleasant Hill has been a very enjoyable area to live in. Lots of amazing food options very close by, clean area, and the walls are thick enough that neighbor noise isn't a factor (although we do get lots of noise from the street, which isn't as easily avoided).

It got better these days. 6 months ago, the person named Anna or Ema was very rude and unable to take my complain seriously. Every time I requested maintanence, I asked her to call me 30 min prior since I work at home and I need time to get changed. No one ever called me when she was here. But these days, office people are very kind and consider. For my last maintanence, they made sure someone called me 30 min prior. Very thankful.

Team was great with helping me get everything answered and together for move in! Some things weren't ready when I moved in due to COVID back ups, but everything was handled swiftly. The gate is broken right now.

i am disappoint because i pay very expensive rent , but they no maintain the apartments as they promise . I still wait for repair the draw of kitchen cabinet and door , also the balcony are super dirty , and it was suppose to painted

Overall, it is a good location. I've had a few maintenance issues that I did get resolved. The staff is very friendly and listens to your questions and concerns. The grounds are kept up, but sometimes the guys blow stuff on your car when cleaning the parking lot.

Non-stop incompetence and lies. Community throws trash everywhere, puts furniture in the trash compactors, blasts music you can hear through your entire unit, races in the streets. Maintenance breaks as much as they fix. Units look terrible, floor molding looks like it was done by drunk cavemen. Deck plastic has black melted spots all over it from cigarettes. Leasing office stole $500 from me by making me pay a pet fee 5 weeks before a unit transfer and then saying that pet fee was for my old unit and had to pay it again for the new one. They were too stupid to even know who was on my lease. The people at the office are pedantic, petty and condescending, I feel like I'm at the DMV or post office when I'm forced to interact with them. Also, if your neighbor likes to have their dog bark all day or turn their subwoofers all the way for hours, the office will gladly tell you they can't do anything. They seem to take joy in it. Walls are cardboard needless to say. Lowest of the low and I've lived in section 8 housing before. It was better than this dump. At least they never stole from me with a smile.

Over all I have had a good experience living here this complex. It's quiet, kept cleaned in and around the apartments, crime rate is on a low scale, the staff is always willing to help when needed.

So far so good besides maintenance recently taking a week to respond to my service requests. Also the gates into the complex are constantly being broken by folks. I'm also not thrilled with it being left open during the day. Other than that it's been nice.

It is overpriced, management is very rude, I can't wait till my lease is up so I can move, the maintenance crew are the only nice ones here, overall I have a root over my head, that's about all I can say.

Be careful a lot of traffic at night, car and apartments break ins..security gate always broken and open to is an old place needs upgrading and make over. Complex looks beautiful, but that’s just. Smoke and mirrors.

Super nice. Management is very friendly from day 1 from just seeing the apartment to getting you the keys for it. Clear and fast communication and really not having doubts when moving in. Everything was completely clear from the beginning, making a really pleasant experience!

It is too early to make a comment. However, I am really happy the way Leonard and his team made the effort to get things moving in the right direction. I don't usually rate and comment on any establishment whether it is good or bad but I believe credit should be given where credit is due. Leonard deserves the credit, I highly recommend him.

Have been very happy here. It's close to stores and doctors. The hospital is just a short distance away. There are many churches in the area and good schools .Community has very good facilities such as pool and gym. Maintenence responds quickly with -in day or two and always do professional job.

I have been living in the complex for 8 months now , I like the area and the environment. But the trash is my problem. I take a work every Sunday , but I have seen a lot around the complex with trash and is not good looking at all. I know not everyone is like that but some neighbors are not very clean at all. If we all do our part and keep the neighborhood clean and safe . the other issues I have is the gate is always broken by some stupid people that living in the neighborhood. That's all I have to comment.
