It use to be pleasant, but I have had lots of negative things to happen since moving in in 2019. To long to go into. I am sure there are documents of all of the incidents that have taken place . Staff use to show concern, but I no longer see that or feel that as a resident. I have voiced numerous times my complaints about my current neighbors only to be told that it will be taken care of and the issues still exist. I know that I can break my lease and leave, but it isn't exactly easy for me to just find a place, pack up and move . I am sick and tired of complaining and it is obvious that the management is also tired of my complaining. It's just not what it use to be .

Nice quiet apt complex !!! However paying $85 a month for basic cable(13 channels and internet which is worthless due to complex location and all the trees whatever cause sorry internet reception! So on top of this i still pay another 90 for all channels and sufficient internet speeds. Landscapers lack common sense they dont trim trees and branches hang low hittin cars and rubbing against windows. Broken gutters cause loud rain pour when it rains. Lots of vibrations due to buildings built on hill and feels like earthquakes so foundation cracks!!! On top of all this the rent is insane go rent a house!!!! How they figure u are gonna pay water is so unfair!!!four people living in an apt and one person living in an apt are paying same amount$122!!!! Apts were built cheaply? u hear your neighbor piss if they have a dog and kid they sound like a herd of elephants. And whatever your neighbors cook u smell it! Think the smell comes from the kitchen sink!!! And parking sucks!!! I have to park three buildings down. But if u can get passed that its ok!!! At least we dont have bug issues!!!! Well maybe spiders!!!

This has been amongst my top two apartment living experiences and I've had many over the years. The property is very well maintained. The office is responsive and kind. More recently I've been dealing with a noisy neighbor issue which I can't seem to get a resolution to but overall, I would recommend.

Muy mala, deja mucho que desear. Mucho ruido y mucho esc?ndalo, M?sica alta de los veh?culos en el ?rea de la piscina hasta altas horas de la noche y madrugada. Servicio de mantenimiento muy malo. Tengo como 4 meses reportando que la tina del ba?o se le da?? la pintura y es la hora y no la han arreglado, y para arreglarla me piden que desocupe el apartamento por tres d?as.

I would say that this is a satisfaction regarding MAA apartment community ,it is clean, and security .Besides residents are always getting aided by employees .Maintain team is helpful likewise .Last but not least we hoping that for long term contractors will have batter policies

The leasing staff is pleasant enough and maintenance is good, but huge water bugs/large roaches are a problem. They are likely in the walls and I see them often during warm months. Pest control doesn't really help because the buildings are old and they are somehow getting into the structure from outside.

We have enjoyed our stay here. Everyone is very nice. Grounds are kept well. Maintenance people are always great and punctual. Leonard has always been wonderful. Best apartment that we have ever lived in

Good! I'm happy to live here. The complex administration is very responsable and when something happens they always take care of it quick! I like to take my dog in long walks around the complex. It has a park when we can play and green areas too

Too expensive for what it really is. They demand to pay first day of month or else they threat with eviction. Honestly that's the worst part since it puts people under unnecessary stress. Gates are ALWAYS broken, trash compactor is broken every three months. Leasing office are not very friendly. Seriously, $1800 is a lot of money for an old and outdated 1 bedroom apartment. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

A very nice complex, great people, excellent customer services at the leasing office. The maintenance team are always prepared to help. The amenities like Gym, Pools, are always clean. The green areas are always in shape.

Loud upstairs neighbors... Paint was just blasted all over everything. Leaves white residue on everything it touches and the cabinets reek of paint. Overall the unit is nice, but the price is a tad too much.

My experience has been great. The front office staff is great. The apartment unit and complex is always clean and quiet. I have no issues with my neighbors. Parking is easy and always available. I am very happy here.

I don't know all that much about the apartment as I am a prospective tenant; however, the tour that I received was very professional and meticulous. The leasing office seemed pleasant to work with. The location seems unbeatable as well for anyone interested in short commutes to everything one could want.

Nice Clean quiet community. I love it here. I've only been here a couple of months, but no problems so far best decision that I've made since I've moved to Georgia. The staff is amazing here they have addressed any issue that I've had immediately and professionally not that I've had any problems no major ones anyway, but the minor ones they responded immediately.

Riley was great, went above and beyond to help me make my huge move! Answered all my questions, gave me resources to local utilitiy companies. The environment is well kept and quiet. I even had a neighbor help me move a sofa in. I am new to the area, and Riley has been very informative on how to make this less stressful for me. I am overall happy and pleased with her customer service.

So far my experience has been satisfactory. A rocky beginning with the apartment not painted properly, not cleaned properly, some appliances not working, but all issues, except one or two, have been resolved in good order thanks to attention and perseverance of office and maintenance personnel.
