From the moment I walked in I loved Maa Pleasant hill. It is One of the cleanest gated communities in Duluth. Believe me I've seen a lot lol . Coming from NYC trash is the last thing I want to see. From Sara who is super sweet, Leonard who is so cool and on it showing me how guest use gate access . While I was waiting to finalize there were two very nice ladies who worked there who were so willing to help everyone who walked in door. I was able to find the best apartment and location there. The manager was so helpful to getting the small repairs done so quickly. All staff very nice and everything done to repairs are handled so quickly.

Super nice staff, great open layout, and the campus is lovely! Love how quiet and updated the fixtures are! I love how it is located in the middle of so many places. Super convenient and I feel really safe!

This apartments are really beautiful and safe, it have good society and security. My kids loved the pool and the park. These apartments are better where we we were living before. My daughter and son loved the gym.

Do not stay here

I do not recommend staying with MAA ON PLEASANT HILL. I stayed for a year and I moved out, just to know you'll be paying when your leaving like if it was another month of rent. HEADS UP!!! when they do the final walk through inspection they have a limited time to add up all the charges and send you a final invoice, by Georgia Code Title 44 - PROPERTY Chapter 7 - LANDLORD AND TENANT Article 2 - SECURITY DEPOSITS § 44-7-33 "Within three business days after the date of the termination of occupancy, the landlord or his agent shall inspect the premises and compile a comprehensive list of any damage done to the premises which is the basis for any charge against the security deposit and the estimated dollar value of such damage. The tenant shall have the right to inspect the premises within five business days after the termination of the occupancy in order to ascertain the accuracy of the list" This agency gave me invoices after invoices, changing the the charge. I paid for the cleaning carpet of 200 just to know they will be replacing it for new tenants. They ripped off the carpet and sent me pictures of the carpet under that was damaged. When I moved in obviously I wasn't going to ripped the carpet out to make sure it was brand new and not damaged or stained under. As I saw another review about the same issue I'm sure I'm not the only one about the carpet. They sent me another invoice about 2 1/2 weeks later about the carpet of 668 dollars. I'm like really because even before cleaning the carpet there was no stain or damage on top of the surface. So why they ripped off the carpet? "They said the smell was so bad." If it were so bad you waited 2 weeks later. Isn't that part of the final inspection? If that was that bad that would of been the first thing I would check. So in other words their plan was to find some way to charge me for something I did not do. Because their plan was to change the carpet in the first place. So I sent 200 plus the 668. What a waste of my money and time. I'm so glad I left the renting phase of my life. Do not waste your money here its not worth it.

Excellent customer service experience with Riley. Both leasing associates that were present in the office were enthusiastic and professional. I was given a tour and provided the information that I needed to sign a lease. There were no questions left unanswered and I left the office feeling welcome and at ease. The leasing process was very simple and Riley was very helpful.

Excellent experience! The staff, mainly Riley, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! The one negative was having most of the inside of the clubhouse roped off. Covid is over in Georgia. It's time to go back to a normal life!!

Good, clean apartments. Friendly staff. Quiet community, don't really hear neighbors. The pet fee is ridiculously high though. Nice community, gates aren't always closed and are often just open. Plenty of parking, no assigned spots

I hate writing feedback.And the person living upstairs is too noisy. The sound of footsteps is too loud.It is the opposite of apartment prices going up every year. I hope to keep the same price for at least 2 years.

Good community with apartments built on hilly slopes. I loved the amenities onsites with swimming pool and 2 tennis courts. I really love to spend time on court as well gym. You can roam around the society freely.

Excellent service was performed recently, fixing the two issues quickly. Any service is performed immediately. During a recent service request, the service person walked on the floor wearing shoe covers and worked on the repairs?very polite and clean service personnel. Management always keeps the premises very neat and beautiful. I highly recommend MAA Pleasant Hills apartments for renters. We are hyper-sensitive towards cleanliness, promptness in service, and security. Though the security gates are sometimes damaged, and the management gets them fixed, we never had any problems here and always felt safe and clean.

I have lived here since July 2019 and it feels like home to me. Security is great, staff are kind and very professional, every thing works perfectly well, the maintenance team are the best. They tackle every issue very fast and very respectful. My only concern is the way they increase the rent at every lease renewal. I wish they can be lenient / considerate to their good tenants. I will always give them a five star.

So far it has been great living in this community. My roommate and I chose this apartment building since it was close to everywhere we go, when we visit Duluth. However, there are some minor issues with our unit which requires maintenance monthly.

Good experience. Feel very safe. Apartment is clean and spacious. Maintenance was very helpful in getting my jewelry out of the drain. Tenants seem nice. At my Condo in San Diego, neighbors with dogs would come out at 6:00pm and let our dogs mingle and play while we talked and exchanged information. Wish we could do that here.

My experience living here has been great. The office staff as well as the maintenance staff all have been very helpful and friendly. The community is quiet and my neighbors are wonderful. I have had a few minor issues with my apartment but they were fixed pretty fast.
