Good place to live, glitches at time. But these glitches will happen any place you live in. Trash is an issue for me. Staff is amazing and the trash is beyond there control. Overall is a great community

Great team, easy move in. Nice clean area. Office team was very knowledgeable and helpful. Apartment was clean and ready on move in day. Gate stays closed at night which makes me feel safer. Plenty of parking available.

This lla e is all smoke and mirrors,please don't be fooled by the office staff having good attitudes they are trained staff, they will do anything to get you to sign that lease 6 months you will regret it,if you like an. Infestation of cats,cockroaches,trash and crime then this is the place for front gate is always one good thing about this llace is they keep the rental office clean to reel new customers in .look somewhere else do business with people who value,your money ,your health and your safety.

I have been living in this apartment community for four years, and it's been pretty pleasant. The leasing office personnel are friendly and professional. Anytime I had an issue it was addressed promptly. The maintenance staff are also efficient, and fix issues as soon as a workorder is made. The community is safe and the grounds are kept very well.

DO NOT LIVE AT AN MAA COMPLEX! Our apt flooded TWICE in less than a year and they made ME pay for damages to my stuff. The gates are always broken, the pool is frequently closed, the office rarely answers the phones. We have had a multitude of maintenance issues. Office staff told me to buy plumbing equipment when my drains weren't working. I have nothing positive to say about this complex. WAY too many issues.

Not great. Car got broken into in the apartment complex, there was a large fight outside the building across from mine, there was an attempted robbery early one morning that resulted in gun shots being fired

The community is beautiful. It's very quiet, relaxing and very peaceful I would definitely recommend. The actual apartment home is very nice and feels like home once touring them. The community is very diverse and friendly you would regret it!

The main issues with this community is that the rent increase was dramatic for the value of the apartment that we had there was very poore renovations so you can see through the paint through the wall on top of that my bath tub cracked because I was too heavy it was poorly done job the washer and dryer is very old I would just say for the rent that I was paying its not a good value also in the height of covert pandemic there was an issue with my renter's insurance which caused a past due payment that we had to get a regional vice president involved to clear up But none of it was my fault because I had renters insurance. I was informed that they wanted to evict me because of a fault on their end. Overall not of good value or experience.

Overall my living experience at Colonial Grand at Pleasant Hill has been pleasant, despite several repair problems that I should not have had to endure. I do object to the fact that MAA always looks for every opportunity to raise the rent at the end of each annual lease term. GA law does not require the lessor to justify a rent increase, so MAA raises the rent as a matter of policy. Each year I feel that my having been a good tenant, who has always paid rent on time and caused no problems, counts for nothing, as far as MAA is concerned. Since having moved in, I have had to deal with a leak in the guest bathroom, which has required extensive ceiling opening, cutting away of a large patch and re-spackling. Having to put up with this repair just once would have been an annoyance, but I have had to endure, not one such repair job, but four! That is an average of one such repair every year that I have been here! That is simply outrageous. The toilets have given me headaches too! Both toilets become clogged regularly, but the one off the master bedroom has become a perpetual headache. Neither toilet has enough suction power. Finally, after I have appealed for a permanent solution for months, Dave, the Maintenance Dept. Head, has been given authority to install a new toilet. He says he will do so as of Monday, 11/30/20. I believe that he will do what he has promised to do. In the meantime, my other (guest) toilet is now malfunctioning! It has become clogged before, just not as frequently as the one off my master bedroom. It will need to be unclogged again! Before I moved into my apartment in the Colonial Grand at Pleasant Hill complex (#2117), in August 2016, I had rented an apartment at another MAA complex, Colonial Grand at Berkeley Lake. I lived there between 11/14 and 08/16. I never had any problems with the toilet in that apartment! I pay too much money in monthly rent to have to endure these toilet problems. These toilets simply do not have sufficient suction power. I do not put an excessive burden on these toilets! I a single/divorced man, and I live alone. I have no children. I am tired of this problem! It has become intolerable.

I have enjoyed living at MAA Pleasant Hill (formally Colonial Grand). It's conveniently located to supermarkets, shopping areas, restaurants and entertainment. The community amenities are very nice, the pool, tennis court and workout center are all conveniently located at the property and the property itself is a great place for walking.

The outside looks amazing. Inside is decent but sloppy job. Rent is always going up therefore I don't like that. I hope a better job is done on the inside of the apartments. I Instead of a sloppy mess.

It's a really quiet community, which I like. They could do more grounds work to improve the appearance, and sometimes I see areas that are littered with trash. But it's not that often. Overall it's fine.

Good, very quiet and safe. But need to place security cameras at all entrances. Sometimes gates dont work properly and some who doesn't live in this place can get access very easily to the complex without any restriction.
