Overall living here has been satisfactory. Unfortunately, I live on the Embassy Suites side of the complex and a lot of people don't clean up their pet fodder. Also, I don't think we should be charged for uncovered parking spaces.

It’s a great community and I have no issues. I love the fact of conveniency with everything so close by and I don’t have to leave Kapolei to eat or go shopping. All the workers at the Lofts are trust worthy and friendly. I am happy to be here!

Horrible experience, locked out of my apartment due to negligence on the Kapolei lofts maintenance team and then get called and berated by the after hours maintenance worker. The maintenance workers need to do a better job.

This is a great place but the pet families don’t pick up their mess. Sometimes there is dog crap everywhere. All the pets should be in one building. They stink up the stairwell. The parking areas are so dark. More lighting is needed in certain parking areas. The security just let the homeless ran sack the rubbish area.

I like the community services for the ressidents. The maintenance to the grills would be appreciated to be fixed and restored with tanks would help. I would also like to help clean the areas of they had an incentive like resident discounts to rent or gift cards if possible.

Kapolei lofts is beautiful, but too expensive for what you're getting/not getting. The maintenance team never answers the phone. The shared fees are expensive. The cleaning staff barely cleans the shared areas. The gym hours are limited and they're always running out of wipes. The community is great. Everything is within close proximity. They host a night market frequently which is really nice.

This is my husband and I first place together and we couldn’t have picked a better place. We love how well kept the place is and everyone who lives at the kapolei lofts are all super friendly and met some amazing people who also lives here.

I just moved in on Aug 19th , I’m fairly new here. I haven’t had any issues. The property is clean, it seems to be safe , the neighbors upstairs can be a little loud tho . But overall it’s a really nice property to live.

There’s nowhere else on this island I would rather rent from. When you mostly only see dirty old townhomes/condos here, with no amenities like AC or laundry, it was a huge relief to find a real modern apartment complex like you see all over the mainland. Ohau needs more places like Kapolei Lofts.

Great, just expensive considering other rental opportunities opening up in the close area. I’m often asked about living in Kapolei Lofts and people are very interested in exploring moving in here, but when they ask me about my rent, this often scares them away as being too high.

Very very friendly neighborhood. And pet friendly. With in unit washer and dryers it is very convenient. As well as a dog wash station. Looking forward to using that. I love that everything is nearby. From petco/petsmart to autozone to costco to home depot

I locked myself out on the official day of moving in and I called the after hours service for assistance. Followed the instructions and left a voicemail message. Received a call back from the maintenance team within minutes of my call. After the phone call back from the maintenance crew it only took them no more than ten minutes to come out and assist me with my situation. BRAVO ZULU to the maintenance crew.

I have been here at Kapolei Lofts for three years. I love living here! The facilities are well maintained and having access to a beautiful pool and well equipped gym is such an added bonus. AND our maintenance crew and front office is outstanding.

Kapolei Lofts called me at just the right time in my life. After being on the Affordable Unit list for nearly a year, I got the call. I had been in a really toxic living situation at the time and seemed to look everywhere and had no luck. When they told me they had one unit available, without hesitation, I said we would take it. The whole process was so easy and stress free. We've been here for 8 months now and can't be more thankful for such a blessing.

I'd love to see more accountability for those residents that don't pick up after their animals. I find it disrespectful for the maintenance crew who works so hard to maintain the landscape and beautify the area, to have to work around dog poop every 4 feet of grassy area. (This is not the responsibility of the maintenance crew; they are great). I have dogs myself and as a kanaka understand the importance of kuleana. Maybe place signs in common areas with the definition of kuleana and what it means; as well as other signs about cleaning up after animals.

Very safe, clean and quiet in the parking is very organized. The only thing I don’t like is too many dog poops are out, but that is on the residence that too lazy to clean up after the dogs. all the office lady are very nice. The gym is clean. The bathroom is clean and the lounge areas is nicer than before.

My apartment building is always clean and well maintained. I feel safe in my building and in this community. The management team is always helpful and professional. The maintenance team is always efficient, friendly, and very good at their job! The gym is well maintained and has all the equipment you would need for a good workout.

There are no recycling containers or areas that’s other than that I just have issues with my utility bill going up every month when I don’t have a television and rarely use appliances. It’s a bit strange especially since we have solar panels. But other than that I have no complaints I enjoy living here and the community. The buildings are solid and well constructed. The staff and maintenance are excellent.

Aside from how expensive it is an the rent increases by more than 30% every year and you have to pay for parking on top of everything else it is on of the sfaest and cleanest communities ive lived in. Maintenance and the office respond very quickly and work with you closely on any concerns you may have.
