Finding a location to live in that was centrally located was ideal for work and travel time. I like the fact the units were clean and move in ready with all major appliances especially a washer / dryer and more than enough kitchen cabinets and pantry space. I love the open concept in the kitchen and living room. The bedroom has a huge walk in closet and the bathroom is very spacious with a large counter top with drawers underneath. Wood floors in living room / kitchen, carpet in bedroom and ceramic tile in bathroom. The unit also has central AC that is great for this wicked heat and humidity.

My family loves the comfort of central air! We enjoy spending time on our huge balcony! We love the convenience of our laundry room as well as the dish washer. The bathrooms are huge and there is plenty of storage space throughout our home!

Initially hesitant about returning to apartment living, but Kapolei Lofts layouts offer home feel. The amenities were definitely also a deciding factor. The convenience to shops and the highway a plus.

Kapolei lofts is a great complex. Theres a lot of things you can do at a walking distance. The staffing and amenities are great. One thing that we love is that it is also very pet friendly. Overall, a safe community.

Great apartments with great features. Amenities are great but need some repairs. Maintenance is excellent and tends to your request in a timely manner. The hallways need to be cleaned on a regular basis to prevent pests.

Im a single parent of a teen age daughter. Leilani and I just love it here. We feel safe!! Feel like family!! The floor plan is perfect for us. She love the pool and the gym. Great neighbor. The staff is great always friendly.

Living at the lofts is great. Staff is very welcoming and professional. Amenities are great. This place is pet friendly, but would be great if other owners picked up after their pet and also kept them on leashes. Some of our dogs are no so friendly with others. But either than that, I love it here.

Kapolei Lofts is located in a great position. Walking distance to grocery stores and various restaurants, a short drive from H-1, and a few minutes from the mall. The property is well maintained and the leasing staff genuinely care for residents and their needs. You get a lot for what you spend. Im glad to call Kapolei Lofts home.

Old management was good at keeping up with cleanliness of the neighborhood and the bill was always on time. The new management is little behind on providing accurate bill on time Every time I try to call them for any issue it is hard to get a hold of someone even though I see people in the office all the time. No one seems to like picking up the phone

If you want modern amenities, this is one of two complexes on the island that offer them. If you want to feel like youre being ------------------------ pick this one. You cant trust the office staff to resolve issues and will get conflicting information from employees, all of which will cost you money.

The maintenance team was amazing! Get response time, friendly and very knowledgeable! Excellent open communication regarding repairs that needed to be made. Extremely impressed by the extent of knowledge he had regarding each repair.

Nicole has been definitely great. She listened to all our wants and needs. She also had to deal with me nearly everyday the month before move in. Even tho the phones were down at move in, she reassured me that they are still here and trying their best to move forth with every question and concern.

Each management company gets worse and worse and promises more and more. I just Want a clean complex that works efficiently. No one answers the phone or calls back, this place is dirty now, and they raised so many peoples rent that we only have military and people moving in and out continuously. I want More permanent residents who care for their place.

I love Kapolei Lofts! The only thing I would say is that my upstairs neighbors are EXTREMELY loud all night long. My husband and I are young so usually, we don't get annoyed with noise at all, but these people are insane. We can barely sleep with how loud they are... besides that, we like living here!

Kapolei Lofts is amazing! The staff, I was helped by Tanya and Nicole, they were both amazing! The quality of the apartments, and the location also can't be beat! Lots of shopping and places to eat. Literally 7 min drive from Target, Ross, TjMaxx, Marshalls, Pier 1 imports and more. Everything in the apartments is so nice and high quality! I have only been staying there for five days but I absolutely love it! :)

It is a great place to live. I feel safe around this area and the amenities are amazing. The only thing that could use improvement would be the office staff could be more understanding and patient with the customers in their needs. Thank you for doing the best job you can! Improvement can be a positive thing. Not negative.

The move was seamless. Moving to the island can be stressful but the process was so easy and convenient even with the 6 hour time difference. We looked everywhere for a modern apartment with lots of space. This is my dream apartment

There are too many people park on resident empty parking lots everyday for months.. I pay $80 every month. They are same people who live here and they know they do not get trouble because you do not do anything. Giving them notice paper does not mean anything for them. I do not think it is hard to monitor them. Please check the empty parking ( you can put cone in the empty parking till somebody pay for it) I hope to see some change soon.

The apartment complex and grounds are really clean and trendy. Its great the you can walk to the grocery store and restaurants/stores across the street too. The pool is really nice and its great that food trucks and events take place regularly.

Just moved in last week. So far no complaints and everything has been excellent. Moving in was easy and the staff have been helpful. The rooms are nice with new appliances. Overall very pleased with my decision to move here

Great location. Super amenities. Friendly staff. The owners make upgrades to better the complex. In the last two years (even if when I move me in 4 year ago to a brand new unit), the newest owners made upgrades by renovating the pool area, resurfacing then entire parking lot, and now they are replacing the carpet in each breezeway to wooden floors.

Everyone keeps to themselves. Alot of dog walkers some dogs are not on a leash so be sure to watch your keiki. Maitence crews are always around while h is super helpful. It's easy to locate them if help is needed. The pool wateris a little warmer which is perfect for night swimming.

Parking is a mess. I cant understand why we pay for parking??? Should one parking stall be included with the rent??? And theres dog poop everywhere. No elevators, stair carpet needs to be cleaned. Overall very lovely. Nice apartment.

Here are some features that sold us: Pet friendly (our dog is our child), secured building, laundry in-unit, close to restaurants and shops, community gym. It's a lot of fun to mingle with other residents while at the pool. In our opinion, the grounds are well-kept. We enjoy the sunsets from our third-story balcony!

My family and I truly enjoy living here in Kapolei Lofts. Its very quiet, clean, and pet friendly. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Its also very helpful for us that theyre always informative of going ons within the community.
