Great place, leasing staff was very pleasant and helpful. The unit was clean and all the appliances were in great condition. Lots of walkable places to go( food, shopping, etc.) Short drive to major shopping centers

We’ve lived at Kapolei Lofts for about a year and a half now and just love it! The community is so friendly and nice. The apartment complex is just beautiful. The maintenance staff are very timely and friendly and complete the work quickly. We love our Kapolei Loft!

We love living here at Kapolei Lofts. The resort style living and convenience is amazing! The community is always so well kept and the mainteneace team is quick to respond to all of your needs. It’s location is amazing, quick access to the freeway and so many shopping spots for grocery, lifestyle and fun!

If you decide to move here. Please go to the 3rd level. Do not get an apt on the 1st floor. You will hear everything from your neighbors upstairs. The apartments are well kept. They should be for all the fees you pay. The only reason I picked these apartments was because I needed a place immediately moving from the mainland. If I had more time to look I would have not chosen to stay at the lofts. They are nice but not worth the price.

It starts out fine. DECEIVING!!! Animal friendly? NOT! Yeah, unless it's a cat! Then not friendly AT ALL! This is not a place for locals. This is not a place that cares about people. This is not a place that's animal friendly! DON'T BELIEVE THE LIES

Love the community and think that overall upkeep, improvement of units, and security will continue to keeping the kapolei lofts a competitive place to live. Maintenance team are very professional and does its best. Overall a very safe and friendly environment to live in. It’s been great overall, the front office is helpful and the location is amazing. The only thing stunting our happiness here is the noice issues we keep having with our upstairs neighbors. My wife has had very strange encounters with homeless yelling at her as she walks the dog.

Overall experience is good. Exceptions are the number of feral cats and now chickens coming into the community. Landscaping is getting rough as trees fall down and are not replaced making the community less attractive and hot. Trash is noticeable around the community as well as homeless go through the dumpsters

I really love Kapolei Lofts. The grounds are well kept, the units are newer. The amenities are great. I’m on the ground floor, and occasionally hear noise above me, but not as much as other places I’ve lived in. The best part here is if anything ever breaks, the maintenance team comes immediately over and fixes it for you! They are super nice and always do an amazing job!!! It’s very easy to walk to a lot of stuff like restaurants, movies, and grocery stores. There are lots of trees and a huge park nearby.

The maintenance crew and Kapolei lofts is very responsive to the needs of its residents. They are friendly and professional. The upstairs neighbor is a bit noisy and there is a neighbor who does wood work that doesn't clean up his sawdust, but other than that, it's a great place to live. I feel safe leaving my family at home while I'm at work. The gym and pool area are very nice.

Great communication, even if I don't like the answer, staff is knowledgeable and they are able to answer most of my questions for a good understanding. Maintenence responds in a timely manner and they make sure that I know what the status is at all times.

it is not a bad place to live but sometime I wondering why it’s so expensive I get some cockroaches in my apartment and I see a lot outside just some bug problems. And so much noise around I guess it’s the quality of how the was build

Great community with proximity to everything you need. Maintenance team is by far the best I've ever dealt with in lifetime of renting. The tenants with dogs that don't pick up after themselves should be fixed, it's not fair for kids playing or the groundskeeper team. Love the amenities (pool and gym) as well as the events coordinated. Thanks team.

Very family friendly. Friendly & helpful staff. Easy to make requests through the portal & they are very efficient when it comes to completing your requests. My family & I love all the amenities such as the gym and the pool. Having the shopping centers close by also is awesome being able to walk when you want dinner or need to do shopping. Love the lofts!

Office staff are not very friendly or responsive after the rental contract is signed. I would suggest that they change their attitude to keep residents from moving out of the community.Also keep the pricing the same in renewals to keep residents from moving.

Thus far my experience has been fine. I do enjoy the location. The pool is great. The extra events are fun and easy to participate in after work. The residents are polite and respectful to other residents. I have an overall good experience with noting negative to add.

I love the community always clean and maintenance is always fast and ready to fix the problem. A lot of community events are always being held on the grounds which gives residents things to do. The leasing office staff is always nice and respectful.

Unsecured dumpsters lead to the homeless raiding them and garbage being strewn about the property, dog walkers don’t pick up after their pets and no one seems to do anything about it, rent and fees far too expensive, extremely loud / noisy location right on Kapolei Parkway with constant construction occurring

It’s been great so far! I love the amenities and how professional the staff are. Maintenance has been quick and I love how they offer storage units just right outside of our apartment building, it really helps out a lot!

This property is overpriced and the people who work in the leasing office is constantly rotating and not very personable or easy to get a hold of when you need them but they will be very persistent when they need something from you. Property is littered with dog and stray cat feces and lately the lawns look very unkept with lots of patches of dead grass. Parking situation is always an issue, people park in spots that aren’t their spots forcing the person who actually does pay for a spot to resort to street parking which isn’t very safe due to frequent around the property.
