See above. Grounds very beautiful. Apartment itself a little above average for Hawaii standard. Rent too high & increases to rent scandalous. Not impressed with office staff. Hard to reach, unprofessional, a lot of turn over.

One of the safest, most quiet neighborhoods Ive been to. The facilities are clean and modern. In my opinion, there are certain things such as parking and internet which are additional charges out of pocket that are not included. Rent is a bit pricey, all things considered, you are paying for one of the best places to live.

Great and allowing me to pay my rent in installments-covid relief program. Would love if they could continue this. When calling maintenance they respond quickly and are very professional. Would love if they would not charge for every little thing like sewer, trash, water, because it comes out super expensive.

I moved in during Covid which was super different for me. Im amazed at how the staff was able to accommodate move ins without having to do anything in person. I respect that they took my safety first but was still able to make sure I was able to move in timely.

The features and maintenance are nice and quickly responsive. Secured buildings which require fob access to get into. Plumeria trees smell great in the mornings and evenings. Most shopping and appointment needs are close by in walking distance. Bus routes are easily accessible. There are apartment events like free pizza (pick up & go)... but not much getting to know your neighbors other than that. Downside... lonely living here theres not much community interaction. Kapolei seems less community connected than other parts of the island. A lot of homeless in the area especially in the park/park bathrooms. Homeless sometimes go through the dumpsters sometimes late at night or at other daylight hours when less people are around. Feral cats in the area. Someone feeds the cats near the walkway near the Driver License Center. Rent is high I pay about $2600 a month for a 1 bedroom with a garage, utilities, fees... Place is spacious but would prefer my bedroom to be bigger. The floors arent sound proof normally my neighbors are quiet but if you get someone above you with a lot of pets and/or large pets or a late owl who does laundry through the night it can be a little disturbing having my air purifier on helps. The lanai door could use a screen just a door there. The breeze way doesnt get much air flow an air purifier would help. My windows face inwards where parking is so the area is like an amphitheater with the occasional loud music from the cars driving in. The dumpsters get regularly taken out and maintenance will tidy up but there have been some gross moments there. Inward areas have less greenery and sitting areas besides the courtyard. I wouldnt recommend living here mainly because its so lonely here and Kapolei seems such a disconnected area with little community events compared to other parts of the island. The homeless community here make it uncomfortable-carts and trash... left around. Some are cordial others may have mental issues. Theres a lot of side street parking and seems some people may even live out of their cars. The Drivers License Center/people like to use the nearby street parking area to practice or use for parallel parking so youre sometimes dodging them or having to keep an eye out for them. On a positive end note Kapolei Lofts regularly ask for feedback, sends out email notifications, and tries to resolve any issues that come up.

The people are all amazingly friendly and open and kind. I wish there was an elevator in the building to help with moving. If the gym hours were expanded it would be amazing to be able to workout either before or after work, which isnt currently possible with the shortened hours

The team at Kapolei Loft did a phenomenal job taking care of all my needs. I completed my tour and initial application process the same day. The community is extremely beautiful and friendly. I had the privilege to work with several members of the Kapolei team and they did an excellent job communicating with one another about my situation and where I stood in the process. I did not have to give a long explanation at all. They genuinely care and assisted me swiftly. I highly recommended this community to friends and family. Big shout out and thanks to Malia Calvino | Leasing Professional for the smooth transition to my new home!

We just rented a beautiful 2 bedroom and are absolutely in LOVE with it! Our unit is so spacious, the appliances are sleek and modern, and the atmosphere of this neighborhood is just so relaxing. The scenery is just STUNNING, and that is what first drew my hubby and I to this residence. But we had no idea how amazing, wonderful, stupendous, efficient and all around beautiful our leasing agent, Nicole Henderson, would be. Most of the communication was between Nicole and my husband, but even he was impressed with her, and that rarely happens lol. Any questions that we had were answered within couple hours to a day and when I met her in person, I felt the same sweet, caring energy that I saw in her emails. Nicole made me feel like I was meeting one of my girlfriends for brunch instead of a leasing agent for an apartment. Any one who gets the PRIVILEGE of working with this kind woman will be taken care of without a doubt! She was our first introduction to Kapolei Lofts and because of her infectious smile and sweet spirit, we are so excited to start our new chapter here. Thank you Nicole!!!

Ive contacted the manager Brandy several times about the noise of my neighbors above me several times and have been met with no solution other than us moving to the third floor, which is a huge inconvenience for us, and not move the noisy naeighbors to the bottom floor as they ARE NOT CONSIDERATE of the people under them. I was advised to contact security after hours for the noise complaints and to no success there after doing so every night for 2 weeks straight. I was told by Brandy herself that she would speak to the neighbors about the noise which didnt help at all because they are still at it. In fact, it is currently 4:44am and I am up listening to them doing god knows what now. Lets not even get into the fact that we are suing another neighbor because he was harassing my wife and I (which we also told Brandy about before it escalated to the lawsuit several times) about our dog and decided to call us racial slurs whenever he deemed necessary. Brandy had a lot to say to us about his complaint which was a baseless allegations proven false to her several times. Theres always dog poop on the grounds because some residents dont clean up after their dogs. The homeless is constantly around going through the trash spreading it everywhere. Cars are broken into within the complex. Parking is not included in rent and you pay for literally everything.

No trash shute, heated pool, or elevators for $3,500 a month... A 201 character minimum to add this review is exactly what we're talking about. There doesn't seem to be much tennant-forward thinking by management or owners.

I love the amenities here like the pool and the gym. This is a quiet neighborhood and the staff upfront are always very helpful. Hopefully, after covid is not so bad, the pool can have more extended hours. I feel safe here and I would recommend this palce.

Wanted to move to a larger apartment was told there was a $1,000 transfer fee. Okay why? Im paying more money and signing a lease. Its penny pinching during corona virus. It makes me want just move out when my lease is up instead. Ive seen allot of people move out and I see why management keeps trying to squeeze money out of tenants and in the process is loosing residents.

Great and quiet apartments. Clean and community is very nice. Just wish neighbors were more reasonable when making noise complaints. Some things cannot be controlled. For example Heavy feet or pets playing.

Not good, trash and cigarettes butts every where, dogs barking all day. Loud music playing all night. Homeless always on property. Lots crime and breaking in cars. Office staff rude, useless. Dont get one free parking.

WOULD SUGGEST TINTED WINDOWS FOR BOTTOM FLOOR UNITS TO ALLOW FOR PRIVACY AS WELL AS SECURITY PURPOSES. EXPAND PARKING SPACES FOR TRUCKS AND OVER SIZED VEHICLES ADD ACCESSIBLE CAR WASH SPACE PER BUILDING. ALSO A BASKETBALL COURT WOULD BE A GREAT ADDITION.

So far good, since I haven't live in other apartment complexes in Oahu. I know there are some areas that could easily improve regarding noise (both coming from upstairs neighbors, or vehicles), safety (speed limits on premises, break-in on cars), and cleanliness of common areas (building hallways, and trash/recycle dumpsters), especially considering the rent rates, and additional charges for just about everything, parking a vehicle inside the complex for example.

Living at the Lofts has been great! The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. Theyve even went as far as developing community events that we could enjoy from the safety of our homes during this pandemic.

One thing that would be nice is if the gym was open later. I tend to work late, and am often not able to go until later in the evening. Aside from that I really enjoy living here and have been treated with nothing but hospitality.

The lofts are absolutely beautiful. I am a first time resident to Oahu having come from the big island and our lease agent Keenan made the process so easy. I am so happy that I was able to move to a new island and live in such a wonderful safe community with all the important amenities so close. The apartments themselves are so modern and beautiful and I love the landscaping and walking path. If I had a critic it would only be that the pool and gym be opened later as during the work week I leave before it opens and get back after it closes.

Great amenities, everything seems new and they are always adding new things to do or enjoy. Super amazing staff who are grateful and help you through all of your concerns. Lastly, gorgeous apartments that I could not find in most places of the island.

Rent too high for affordables thats the main issue also the parking we need to pay for that its usually included and if you need more stalls then you would be charged. Some neighbors that live in your building have no consideration for others.

Awesome. Great location close to shopping and essentials. Great office staff that is very attentive and helpful. Love the inside of the apartment and the central AC. Love the neighborhood and all the amenities that come with it.

Awesome, I could not be happier. The staff is excellent and maintenance. I love living here. The grounds and apartment is very new and well maintained. The process to get in is lengthy but worth it at the end. Maintenance requests are completed same day and well done. I would recommend to a friend for sure.
