Overall, good experience at this community. Quiet neighborhood, Accessible to everything. Maintenance personnel responds pretty quick. Clean gym, Workout equipment always works. The pool is always clean. Our only complain so far is that we have to pay for a parking space.

I wouldnt want to live anywhere else on the island. The prices can seem daunting but its worth it. The apartments come with everything we wanted and its difficult to find apartments that have a Washer/Dryer in your unit along with A/C. I like how clean and new the buildings are in the common areas. Ive never seen any other places like this one. Our associate leilani made the leasing and move in process very easy. She was quick and knowledgable. Took care of a lot of our issues very fast. I love living here.

S far has been good, seems to be some mix up due to the switch over from the last apartment management. Took a while to get my application approved due to small little things that always had to be double checked. Pool is nice and apartment was in good shape

Non responsive staffs at the leasing office. They don't return phone calls nor emails, and they don't pick up their phones either. I've been trying to get a hold of them for the past three weeks. I'm hoping this review will change the way treat future residents.

Great amenities. Its a good location to live, as there are many food places and stores nearby. Since living here, its pretty peaceful. I have not had any noise complaints-Ive never heard any of my neighbors. Just would wish my neighbors be more courteous of picking up after their pets when taking them outside.

We have been living in our apartment for almost a year and we have loved every detail about it. It is a beautiful place with an awesome kitchen!!! It is worth the drive to work because you get to come home, our little oasis and relax. Love this place!

Usually Im very pleased with my experience here but not this time. Its not the proper way to extract water or mold and Ive addressed this with the maintenance worker and even reached out to a professional mold remediation company

The power went out the other day and the lobby doors were deactivated locking a lot of people out of their apartments. Sometimes when maintaince people have been in the apartment there is no note left to say the job is completed. I have a hard time reacting staff occasionally dn the residence service number The online rent service has been incorrect on my bill causing inconsistent totals from month to month. The staff is not always helpful resolving this issue. Everything else about living here has been a good experience. I have noticed most of these issues occurring recently ( in the last 6 months to year)

I've been living in Hawaii for seven years and have lived in several different housing communities, but Kapolei Lofts is the best one by far. Honestly I should've moved here years ago. The staff are extremely friendly, patient and understanding. I was dealing with all sorts of issues from my previous apartment and needed to move right away. I met with one of the leasing office personnel, chose an apartment and submitted the application, and was moved in within a week. I mean the process was just seamless. I think what I love most about Kapolei Lofts is that the pictures on the website aren't photoshopped, the apartment/community is really that nice. I'm glad I made the decision to move here and I would recommend it to anyone.

Need to enforce no smoking...since you took over smoking and cigarette butts everywhere. Patio violations: storage, bbqs propane, gas, charcoal grills, fence coverings. Fire hazard to all! Landscaping weeds in parkway, lawn and bushes are no longer well groomed. Trash in parking lot, dumpster areas. Dog feces everywhere. Tenants using guest parking. No security at night. Noisy pool parties late at night. Mgmt doesnt walk property for lanai violations. Reezeway doors never cleaned.

I did have a few maintenance issues when I first moved it but they were taken care of right away and the maintenance team is very friendly. The staff is very welcoming and took care of any questions or concerns I had. The property looks beautiful and I love coming home to place that has great landscaping and an eye catching exterior.

Rude management. Every time I have an issue they just give me the run around. If you are paying for rent it does not include parking, which has me guessing everyone who cannot afford a parking spot is suppose to park by the park?. New management stop doing pest control, now I see roaches in the building all the time. Air conditioning in the hallways used to be always running, now is always off. You can find better places around kapoleei for way cheaper. If you are military they are just trying to take your BAH- not Military is just unaffordable. Stay away!

New management just tries to charge for any detail. I will prefer them to told me in my face that they are going to increased the rent that been imposing fees for stuff. The staff is always uninformed about everything, they just lack on answers to questions.

Overall The Lofts is a great apartment complex. However, since Greystar took over the upkeep of the buildings and grounds other than landscaping has declined. The response to issues has sometimes been good and other times been less responsive.

Disappointed Rent is currently very expensive & the new management deemed in necessary to take out a paid for car parking space out of our rent & we have to pay for it separately. Which is crazy. Since new management company, property has looked underkept & not cleaned frequently. This is disappointing for paying so much for rent. Majority military community with High rent prices & management keeps finding ways to mark up the price, makes us feel like they don't care about local non-military residents.

A great place to live. We have bought & sold property in the past. But are at a stage of wanting to rent or lease. Kapolei Lofts is that perfect place. The location is excellent and the Staff is nice & professional.

There is a bit of a noise problem but all my neighbors have been great and very easy to live with when I ask them to keep it down if I have to get sleep. My partment is kept in great condition by a very responsive maintenance staff. Whenever I put in a work request it just handled within 24-48 hours.

Since new management has taken over since August 2018, I have noticed the grounds maintenance appearance is poor and the maintenance of the common areas inside the bldg is bad. The office staff is not very friendly or helpful.

Things were excellent from the start. Tanya is the best! She made our transition so easy. I am retiring at the end of the year (2018) and I am trying to squeeze a family of 5 into a 3 bedroom loft and Tanya has made all the difference!

We relocated and downsized from a good community ( Foster Village) and found Kapolei Lofts to be equally good community, with peaceful neighbors, and great control of the parking situation, overall noise and peace within the Lofts. We tend to keep to ourselves and try not to bother anyone AND we found the Peace and Quite residence living that we enjoy.

Apartment is great, amenities provided are great. The new management is terrible and the outward appearance of the community is starting to degrade. Kapolei Lofts are a little expensive but worth the money comparative to many places on island, could be a little cheaper though.

We love it! No complaints so far, except for feces outside due to tenants not making use of the dogipot. Our experience so far has been nothing but good. Our neighbors in our building made us feel welcomed and we have no issues with them at all. My husband loves the fact that this facility has a gym and goes quite often. I love the fact that the schools of all grade levels are literally walking distance. There is also a park nearby for sport and activities for family and friends. Being near government facilities help out a lot and saves you gas and money because you don't have to travel far and be stuck in traffic just trying to get documents updated as needed, sometimes monthly. Although we live on the leeward side the time it takes us to go to places outside of the city limits isn't too bad. We get to enjoy the beautiful view to and from work, despite the traffic. And the Aloha spirit as we are on the road is great compared to other places. We are also located right across the street from Foodland and restaurants, which makes dinner easy and extra convenient for us tenants and family to head on over especially after a long day.

Wonderful experience warm welcoming, they make you feel @ home & help you the very best w/finding a way to help w/affordable financial aide, every time you walk in to the office is very deliteful happy w/love & care (TLC). The utility situation seems to be a mess. I haven't received a bill for utilities due on March 1st yet and the leasing office has no clue what is going on. I received one bill that was $16 (due on FEB 1) and when I asked the leasing office they gave me a shaky answer and said to contact conservice. I called conservice and they said all Kapolei lofts bills were like this due to new management and wanting to get a new reading. Conservice said my bill for FEB would be just the $16 and then for MAR it would be normal usage. Well on FEB 4 I got a bill for $160 and it said it was due on FEB 1. Not sure how that works but we paid it. Now it is FEB 27 and I still have no utility bill for MAR 1. This makes it extremely difficult to create and manage a budget. I would like to speak with someone who actually knows what is going on.
